OH LORD BLOCK IT

Day 32 of the 40 Days of Praying, Ministration and Miracles opened straight into fire prayer, with Pastor Jerry calling for altered destinies - "anything that is not in line with the will of God for my life must be altered" - and immediately releasing words of knowledge over wheelchairs, the fruit of the womb, cancer, diabetes, HIV and addiction. He told the congregation that whatever followed them to the altar would not go home with them, and that the sound of their family would "no longer record premature death."

The spine of the whole service was Psalm 91 turned into a declaration. He led the church line by line - the terror by night, the arrow that flieth by day, the destruction that wasteth at noonday, the pestilence that walketh in darkness - and after each one had them scream the day's cry: "THE LORD BLOCK IT." He extended it to every conspiracy, every cross raised against the life, every root and pattern of negativity, every measuring of a name for evil, adding Isaiah 54:17 ("no weapon that is formed against me shall prosper") and Matthew 15:13 ("whatsoever is not planted by my heavenly Father must surely be rooted out").

Two Bible pictures carried the teaching. First, Joash: Athaliah killed the royal seed but Joash was hidden and survived - "there is a reason you did not die, there is a reason you are the one praying in your family," and the priest had already drawn the line she would not cross. Second, Elisha at Dothan: before the army ever surrounded them, the chariots of fire had already blocked them; the Lord opened the servant's eyes and shut the eyes of the enemy. That was the day's theology - the block is already in place before the siege arrives.

He then prayed by category: pregnant women and babies ("no pregnant woman will die in their pregnancy"; anything planted to manifest after six months reversed), firstborns ("the devil will not pass negativity through you to the members of your family"), and a long stretch of medical words of knowledge with the instruction to type the condition on the live stream. He declared new names over the church from Isaiah 62:2 - perfect health, increase on every side, high favour, thrones and crowns, no more oppression - and had them lay help, mercy, grace, favour, rising and wisdom on their own names and on the names of their children, siblings and parents. Twice, unprompted, he returned to Revelation 7:17: the Lamb in the midst of the throne shall feed you and lead you to the fountains of living water, and wipe all tears from your eyes.

The offering was taken kneeling, mantle on the head, seed in hand, each person telling the Lord three things they desired. Testimonies followed - two marital settlements, a professional footballer signed at ten times his old salary, three heart healings, and a couple who walked out alive from a hotel fire in India where everyone else on their floor died. Communion was served three times: clean bill of health, the mercy/grace/help advantage, and a communion of answers. Pastor K closed by naming the day's clincher - that faith "is not emergency boldness, it's the sum total of your work with God" - and the church declared Psalm 91:1-2 together.

Testimonies played / recapped

• Marital settlement (Nigeria): a woman who said amen at last year's NSPPD Nigeria Prayer Conference to "any woman due to get married by this time next year will walk in here with your husband" - engaged 6 March (two days before her 8 March birthday), married 28 June. "My friends are now calling asking me which baba did this for you."
• Marital settlement (Abuja): a law student who said a passing amen to "they will see you, they will love you, and they will want to marry you." Her mother took a catering job for a conference; the host asked "Is that your daughter?… you're going to marry my son." After a midnight call he was at her parents' house by 8 a.m.; traditional marriage 28 March, court marriage in Abuja, and the wedding "was indeed loud."
• Filimon, professional footballer, UAE: ex-Premier League and first-division player, rejected by clubs and offered a second-league salary too small to fuel his car to the stadium; one club refused him for being a professional. On 30 June Pastor Jerry declared "where they keep offering you what you are bigger than, the siege is broken." That same night a coach called about a club in Bahrain - salary ten times his old contract and twice the first-division offer, plus a private car and a house. His visa arrived while he was on the altar.
• Endocarditis healed: diagnosed with inflammation of the endocardium from a bacterial infection; caught the live word "bacterial infection of the heart - put it on the live stream, let it be reversed," typed it in, and at the Friday appointment the ECG and all results came back normal.
• Heart failure reversed: ejection fraction below 40 (normal 50-70), BP dropping; joined daily from the January fast and held on to the "heart failure be reversed" declaration. The cardiologist's ECG was clear, and an echo in April 2026 put the EF at 62.
• Bradycardia healed: pulse dropping below 50 bpm. On 2 April Pastor Jerry called out "dextrocardia," then came back saying "but I hear someone saying mine is bradycardia"; she had put hers on the live stream reluctantly while on duty, and could only weep. Her pulse went to 87, 82, 86 and has stayed at 60-plus since.
• Delhi hotel fire survival: Jeb (surname uncertain), testifying from Congo-Brazzaville. On 3 June the hotel where she and her husband were lodged in India caught fire from below (news clip: Malviya Nagar hotel fire, 21 killed). Trapped on the third floor with the corridor full of smoke, they broke the sealed bathroom window, she screamed "El Roy, show up," and prayed for the third man of the furnace of fire. She felt cold air and closed her eyes; firefighters who entered to remove corpses found them alive. Everyone else on the third and fourth floors died - 23 dead in all. They walked out on their own feet and left hospital 10 days later.

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

Instruction throughout: "if you are the one, put it on the live stream" - then "the devil is a liar, let it be reversed."

1. The block is already in place before the siege arrives. Elisha's servant only saw the surrounding army; the chariots of fire had blocked them before they ever gathered. What surrounds you has already been answered in the realm you cannot see.
2. When the Lord blocks it, the evil returns to the sender. The prophet releases the word, the servant's eyes are opened and the enemy's eyes are shut - arrows, manipulation and lies bounce back onto the heads of those who sent them.
3. There is a reason you survived. "There is a Joash generation." The reason you did not die, the reason the devil could not keep you off this altar, the reason you are the one praying in your family - that is not accident, it is assignment. And the line the priest drew against Athaliah is already drawn against whatever is coming for you.
4. A journey of negativity will not begin with you. Patterns and cycles, inherited energies from your father's side, the battles that fought your mother and father - the firstborn will not be the channel through which negativity reaches the family.
5. You are being called by a new name (Isaiah 62:2): perfect health, increase on every side, high favour, thrones and crowns, celebration, congratulation, no more oppression, no more affliction, married, pregnancy, another beginning.
6. You will not fight the same battle twice. "I will not get stuck in the same pit again… that season of continuous battles is over. My destiny is no longer on the radar of satanic attack."
7. The Lamb in the midst of the throne feeds you and wipes the tears - he said twice that the Lord kept pressing Revelation 7:17 into his spirit; let the sound of your amen become your refuge.
8. Whatever you thought was lost, the Lord brings back - Moses was released to die, to be forgotten, to end; the Lord brought him back.
9. Faith is not emergency boldness (Pastor K's closing point, affirmed): what that couple exercised inside a burning hotel was the sum total of a long-standing daily walk with God - which is why the daily altar matters.
