OH LORD SHOW ME MERCY

Day 31 of the 40 Days of Prayer, Mercy and Miracles opened straight in fire, with no teaching preamble. Pastor Jerry moved immediately into altering "anything not in line with the will of God for my life," calling wheelchairs lifted, calling the sound of premature death out of families, and telling any woman believing for the fruit of the womb to "carry your evidence right now," no matter what the medical report says.

The whole prayer then narrowed to one cry: "Oh Lord, show me mercy." He led the congregation to Arroi - "the God who sees me," the name Hagar gave God in the wilderness - "the God that saw me where they gave me a bottle and you gave me a well… and you said a generation will come out of a dying child." The posture he asked for was not strength but dependence: "We can't fight like them. We don't know who they know. We can't do what they are doing. All we are asking is mercy." He prayed it first as corporate lament - "We are overwhelmed, we do not know how to navigate" - then as confidence, because "your mercies are new every morning" and "mercy rejoices over judgment."

From there he prayed reversals by mercy: the verdict of death reversed, dry bones alive, the dry stump budding again "at the scent of water," "affliction will not arise a second time," bitter tears wiped away, and "you are coming out as if nothing happened." He ran a long block of words of knowledge - wheelchairs, brain paralysis, gland calcification, hydrocele, autoimmune disease, a tumour that began as a headache and dizziness, locked joints, people in ICU - each with the same instruction: "If you are the one, put it on the live stream. The devil is a liar. Let it be reversed."

The prophetic word for the day was announced as "Instant mercy turnaround" - "It is happening now, not tomorrow. One hour after this prayer, carry your evidence." He asked the congregation to kneel with their request beside their device, then with a seed of thanksgiving, while he and Pastor K declared judgment cancelled, doors opened, shame removed, and a new name given.

Four testimonies were played: two separate reversals of multiple sclerosis, a creative miracle of a regrown ovary from a viewer in Japan, and a UK immigration testimony where a Certificate of Sponsorship came through less than five hours before a visa expired. He closed with communion in three servings, the Psalm 91 declaration, and seven rounds of "congratulations" ahead of what God is about to do - then set tomorrow's altar: "Oh Lord, block it," a naming ceremony, with everything you want God to block written down and brought to the altar.

Communion

Three servings, after prayer over "every liquid" and "every substance" that it ceases to be ordinary:

1. Communion of a clean bill of health - "let the Lord cleanse your system of every negativity" (he said God repeated this to him the night before as he prayed).
2. Communion of instant mercy turnaround.
3. Communion of answers - kneel and ask the Lord for three specific things; "I decree it is done."

Testimonies played / recapped

• Multiple sclerosis reversed. She collapsed at home on 30 June the previous year; ambulance, MRI showed something in the brain; by September she could not walk at all, a second MRI still showed the lesion, five days of IV steroids, discharged with the diagnosis "multiple sclerosis - it cannot be cured but it can be managed." She replied, "Nobody will manage my life. God Almighty is a healer," and asked God to put the name in the mouth of his servant. On 28 January 2026 Pastor Jerry called out multiple sclerosis: "Hear me as I hear the Lord - the Lord reverses you." She began sleeping at night again for the first time since June, walking and exercising; the July MRI came back clear - "your MRI is good, you don't have any lesion in your brain… don't stay at home, start going to work."
• Multiple sclerosis reversed (second, diaspora). In the first week of April 2024 the declaration went out over autoimmune disease and multiple sclerosis. She received it after the media fast - and says it was not even her main prayer point, as she was trusting God for her career and other matters. On 25 July, stepping out to catch a bus with her son, he pointed out she had left her walking stick behind: "I don't need this stick anymore." She has not used it since, at any distance.
• Mayenda, from Japan - creative miracle. In 2010 a ruptured ovarian cyst forced surgery and one ovary was removed; doctors reconfirmed the single ovary in 2022 and again at her first caesarean. During NSPPD prayers around 2024 Pastor Jerry declared, "Creative miracles are happening… new ovaries, let them regrow." She laid her hand on her stomach and said, "I receive my ovaries in the name of Jesus." Her doctor in Japan then insisted he could see two ovaries; she argued with him, he traced her hospital history, confirmed the record of one - and could not explain it, suggesting it might be intestine covering the space. At her 2025 pregnancy's caesarean she asked them to check during the operation: both ovaries present and functioning perfectly, seen with their own eyes. She asked Papa to put Japan on the flyers - "we follow NSPPD at 3 p.m. Japan time. Asia is waiting for you."
• Jonah Azuka - UK visa, job and DBS restored. Relocated with his family to the UK in 2022. In 2024 he got sponsorship and lost it a month later when the sponsoring company withdrew it; in November he was reported to the DBS and told to submit nothing and wait while he was investigated. He anointed the letter with communion every day from that November. In February, right after prayers, a "no action" letter came: cleared of all allegations, continue in your job. He got another job, but in August the Home Office shortened his visa to November 2027, giving him 60 days to get a Certificate of Sponsorship or leave the UK. Three days before expiry - on the last working day before it - he was called into a meeting and his contract was terminated because they could not get him sponsorship. On the Monday morning, the "And the Most High Showed Up" service, the word came: "In less than seven days, every doubting of God's power, let it produce evidence that sounds like a lie… the process is in your favour, your name is on the final list, they will call you today, the reports are changing now." HR called that same day: the sponsorship applications made since February had been approved, and although he was not on the list, they would give him the first one. It was settled less than five hours before his visa expired. He applied for four of his family of six, then for his two lapsed children the next day, and the approval came through on a Sunday morning. Job, DBS and sponsorship all restored. Pastor K read it as Acts 12 repeated.

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

1. Mercy is the right thing to ask for when you cannot fight. "We can't fight like them. We don't know who they know. We can't do what they are doing. All we are asking is mercy." The service deliberately traded strength for dependence - "not by my power, nor by my strength, but by your mercy I come before you."
2. God's mercies are new every morning, so you are never disqualified from asking again. "The reason why we can't stop asking for your mercy is because your mercies are new every morning."
3. Mercy outranks judgment. "Wherever there is a voice of judgment, we announce: let the voice of mercy arise - for mercy rejoices over judgment." Judgments of guilt, mistakes, affliction and evil patterns were each answered with the blood of Jesus.
4. He is Arroi - the God who sees you. The God who met Hagar in the wilderness with a well and a promise over a dying child is the God who sees your journey: "You know where we are, you know where we are going. You know us."
5. Nothing is bigger than God's compassion. No affliction, no dryness. "At the scent of water" the dead stump buds again; "affliction will not arise a second time."
6. Mercy provokes rejoicing. As the neighbours rejoiced with Elizabeth, so "because the Lord has shown you mercy, let there be a sound of joy around you - the pain has become celebration, the disaster has become congratulation."
7. The turnaround is instant, not deferred. "It is happening now, not tomorrow… one hour after this prayer, carry your evidence."
8. Your testimony multiplies what God does. The leper who returned was made whole in the returning: "Every time you say thank God for what he did for you, he opens greater doors."
9. God interrupts at the eleventh hour. Pastor K on the UK testimony: like Acts 12, God shows up the midnight before the verdict is executed, when the enemy is already popping champagne.
