THE GOD THAT ANSWERS BY FIRE

Day 4 of "The God That Answers by Fire" opened with the worship line "We know You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek Your face; all power is in Your hands" and the refrain "What You cannot do does not exist." Pastor Jerry then recounted two wonders from three weeks earlier. A word of knowledge told someone sitting beside a woman just confirmed clinically dead to turn up the phone and lay it beside her; she did not revive when the prayer ended and the daughter felt God had failed her, but five minutes later the mother came back to life. A second woman's husband came out of brain cancer surgery with doctors predicting six months unconscious and that he might never walk. She told the doctor, "What God cannot do does not exist," called her husband's name in the ICU and he opened his eyes, and when staff were removing a window to move his stretcher out, he stood up on his feet. He called it a season of "a revival of the strange acts of God."

The prayer hour moved through several pictures. "The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel": worshippers declared light over family, career, children, finances and ministry, because the entrance of the Word gives light. He then declared "the Spirit and the bride say come," and said the Lord told him to deal with "the spirit of Haman." Mordecai, the gatekeeper who would not bow and who had exposed the plot against the king, saw his honour taken by Haman and then restored to him; the people declared "we will not bow" to cancer, delay, shame, limitation, barrenness and loss, and "whatever the enemy took, let it be restored."

The central burden was "the other side of Jordan." God told Israel not to rest until their brethren possessed their land across the Jordan, and the first thing they met there was the wall of Jericho. Things may be fine "on this side," he said, but there is a wall on the other side; with the captain of the Lord's host present, every wall of Jericho must fall. A long deliverance sweep followed (madness, negative reinforcement from the father's house, dream attacks, evil foundations, pictures and hair taken to altars, spiritual spouses, witchcraft deposits, curses). He also prayed through Obed-edom's house prospering under the ark, Jesus praying for Peter before Satan could sift him, and the "sons of thunder" disrupting every signal from hell, since thunder always comes with lightning and is always loud. A Mephibosheth prayer ("you may not have legs, but the sound of grace will be your legs") ended with the people shouting seven times "come out" of Lo-debar.

Words of knowledge followed (scrotal surgeries, post-COVID respiratory illness, ovarian cancer, autoimmune hepatitis, a mother smoking with her children, families left "with the roof open"). Then he prayed over the congratulation notes and mantles, announcing manifestation "in 24 hours," and declared "operation manifest now," "no negative carryover" and "let there be an overflow."

Testimonies showed inanimate objects coming back to life (a fan dead for 19 years, phones, a laptop, a blender, a home theatre). A UK mother told how her baby son on ECMO in Glasgow was taken off the machine, against the doctors' forecast of death within minutes, and recovered. A Nigerian lawyer told how multiple sclerosis and seizures were healed through words on the altar in 2023, and she has now gone almost two years without medication. Salvation, three communions, Pastor K's remarks and a Psalm 91 declaration closed the service, and the stream ended with a replay of the opening story.

Testimonies played / recapped

• Dead mother revived (recounted, three weeks earlier): after a word of knowledge to put the phone on loud beside a woman confirmed clinically dead, she came back to life five minutes after the prayer ended. Repeated at the end of the stream.
• Brain cancer surgery (recounted): a husband predicted to be unconscious six months and never walk woke when his wife called his name hours after surgery, then stood up as staff removed a window to move his stretcher.
• Inanimate objects (testimony montage, recorded around Wednesday 29 January): a blender dead three years; a home theatre unused over two years; a phone that stopped after ink covered the screen in April 2024, now clean and working; a fan over 19 years old, uncovered and bent, now spinning; a phone dead almost five years; a laptop unused 4+ years that charged and came on; an appliance that used to trip the power (caption "my K", perhaps a kettle) now working; a daughter's broken phone charging; a machine that had smoked and died now running. A list also mentions microwave, dishwasher, television and tablets.
• UK, Glasgow baby on ECMO: a one-year-old fell ill after immunisation in September 2024; heart problems, referred to Glasgow, then ICU, paralysed and ventilated, then on ECMO (caption "E machine") from 18 November 2024. Consultants said his heart was damaged and lungs collapsed, "medically impossible" to recover, and he would die within minutes off the machine. The mother refused extra days, quoting "I will not cast my young," and prayed the NSPPD prayer "O earth, you shall not receive my body," laying hands on the grass outside the hospital. Off ECMO he lived past the 15 and 30 minute checks, improved as support was withdrawn, and left intensive care in under three weeks. The child's name is unclear in captions.
• Lawyer healed of multiple sclerosis: numbness on her right side from 9 February 2023, double then crossed vision, later seizures; diagnosed with MS, told it had no cure and put on lifelong steroids (60 mg a day) and anti-epileptic drugs. She suffered seizures in court at the Court of Appeal, on buses and on the road, with steroid rashes and sleeplessness. Words on the altar: about 16 February 2023 (right-side numbness reversed in 3 days, feeling and writing returned), 24 February (autoimmune disease reversed), 24 April (lifelong steroids reversed), and 29 May 2023 at about 7:17am, "multiple sclerosis," after which the seizures and symptoms stopped. She has been off medication since spring 2023, almost two years, swims and goes to the gym, and the neurologist calls it remission.
• Pastor K: a broken fan started working the previous night when he spoke to it; "we are living in an age of power," and "on the other side of Jordan the main thing must work."

1. We are in a season of a revival of the strange acts of God. What God cannot do does not exist, and no one will again ask "where is your God."
2. Faith is now, not tomorrow. The same Jesus who raised the dead and answered "while He was yet speaking" still does it.
3. God sends His Word and it lights up every area of life; the believer, as the bride, says what the Spirit is saying.
4. Do not bow to the Haman spirit. A gatekeeper who bows loses the key, sensitivity and advantage; God restores honour that was stolen.
5. Gratitude for "this side" is right, but God will not let His people rest until they possess the other side of Jordan. A wall stands there, and the God who answers by fire brings it down.
6. Believers are sons and daughters of thunder: their evidence will be loud, not quiet, and every hellish signal of fear and bad news is disrupted.
7. Diagnoses called incurable and terminal (MS, a dying infant) bow to God's Word. Healing on this altar comes "without collecting one naira," and the devil's plans for public embarrassment are reversed.
8. Even inanimate objects reviving are a promo: "if He can do it for a fan of 19 years," the main thing in your life must work too.
