AND THE LORD TURNED IT [EVIDENCE FESTIVAL]

Day of the 40 Days Prayer and Midnight Mandate (40DPMM), billed as an Evidence Festival. Pastor Jerry opened straight into fire prayer - "anything that is not in line with the will of God for my life must be uprooted" - and almost immediately released a word for women waiting on the fruit of the womb: "No matter what the medical report, carry your evidence right now." From the first minutes he framed the day as one where evidence, not merely prayer, would be handed over.

The through-line was a single verse: "He turneth the wilderness into a standing water, and dry ground into springs of water" (Psalm 107:35), prayed back over and over, joined to Psalm 126:1 - "when the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream." The congregation's cry for the whole service was one phrase: "Turn around by fire." He led it over shame, evil arrows, patterns and cycles, evil foundations, exchange of glory, evil covering, thrones of wickedness, and evil decrees, ending each cluster with "and the Lord turned it."

He stacked reversal stories: the Hebrew boys in the furnace and the fourth man "like the Son of God"; the decree against the Jews signed by the king and overturned through Esther's banquet; Gideon's pitchers and lamps, after which "the oppressor became the oppressed"; David's word over Ziba - "restore to him everything that is supposed to be his"; Adonijah reaching for a throne he had no prophecy for; Jezebel going up to a window just before her end ("how you know a negative matter is about to end is that sometimes it looks like it's going higher"). Sarah's laughter carried the closing argument of the message: "Do you know Sarah did not stop her evidence? Your failures are not qualified to stop what he wants to do in your life."

Words of knowledge came in timed form: before 7:00 p.m. Nigerian time the Lord would show people that his hand is upon their lives and that they have sought his face; a witness before 6:00 p.m.; light shining within 24 hours; an answer "between now and the next 30 days"; no parent under the sound of his voice burying a child; appointments with death reversed. He then had the congregation kneel, put together a seed of thanksgiving, and call by name every situation they wanted turned.

Four testimonies played - a baby after years of waiting, a stage-3 invasive carcinoma reversed, a fully funded international scholarship out of 29,000 applicants, and a father brought back from a brain haematoma after a 24th-March word about "appointments with death in the remaining days of March." Communion was served three times, salvation was called twice, and the service closed with Pastor K on Psalm 91 and seven rounds of "Congratulations."

Theme and timing

• Salvation call given twice (early in the prayer and after the testimonies), with the prayer: "Lord Jesus, come into my life. Come and be my Lord and personal Saviour. Forgive me my sins. Cleanse me. Sanctify me. And make me pure and holy again."

3. Communion of answers - kneel and ask the Lord for three things you desire of him; "I decree it is done."

Testimonies played / recapped

• Mrs Williams (caption: "Auro State") - married in 2016, believing for the fruit of the womb through medications and prayer. Introduced to the fire altar by her niece (caption: "Paniel"), left, then rejoined in September 2023. Confirmed pregnant July 2025; delivered 24 February 2026 - baby Jonah Williams. The baby had a hip fracture at birth, which Pastor Jerry mentioned from the altar; the fracture is gone and she is well. She also testified that a woman she did not know keyed into the written prayer points she kept writing after the prayers and now has a baby boy.
• Esther, Lagos, Nigeria - her mother was diagnosed with invasive carcinoma, stage 3 ("invasive ductal carcinoma"), already advanced and with a foul odour. People named 8 August as the date she would die. The family held on to the words of knowledge on the altar ("invasive ductal carcinoma - be reversed"), refused to contribute "a dime to any black thing," and her mother now "does not look like what she has been through."
• A scholarship testimony (name not clear in captions) - applied for a scholarship in July 2025 at a friend's urging, keyed into Streams of Joy, and travelled to Abuja for interview. Papa did not call her case; after the service she wept, then swept the altar with a broom after a voice said, "pick up this broom and sweep whatever you don't want to see in your life" (17 July, a Thursday). She prayed and danced nightly from July to September. Result: out of 29,000 applicants, 5,000 were interviewed and 180 selected - five from Enugu State, two from her local government, and she was one. Fully funded: choice of three countries and roughly fifty institutions, covering flights, feeding and accommodation. She could not name the awarding body because of an NDA.
• A family testimony (father raised) - on 24 March on NSPPD the word went out: "anyone the devil gave an appointment with death in the remaining days of March… let it be reversed." On 26 March the family found the father unresponsive after sleeping on the night of the 25th - lifeless, discoloured, rejected by almost three hospitals. The daughter prayed at work, "Arroi, you will not receive the body of my father until I say so." He regained consciousness at 12:00 on the 27th; an MRI showed a brain haematoma with half his body already paralysing. He is now hale and hearty. The mother, who was in the UK, is returning to Nigeria to meet her husband: "My husband did not die. I'm not a widow."

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

• Any woman waiting on the fruit of the womb - "no matter what the medical report, carry your evidence right now."
• Cancer, delay, stagnation and evil covering announced as broken; "the sound of your family will no longer record premature death."
• People lifted out of wheelchairs ("he's not in a wheelchair").
• Addictions broken - "mercy that breaks addiction."
• Special grace over businesses and careers; sieges over career and business lifted.
• Anyone with an appointment with death around them - reversed: "you will not receive my body or the bodies of my loved ones until I say so."
• A prayer of separation: "may you not be a partaker of anyone that has a mark of calamity on their head… of anyone in an atmosphere of doom around you."
• A specific word for those who have tried many options: "I have finally brought you to your rest."
• Restoration of what was stolen without the owner's knowledge - peace in the marriage, finances.
• "Where you were standing with one leg, the Lord is making you stand with your two feet."
• "Something better and bigger than what you lost is coming."
• Those with a mantle were told to put it on their heads during the turnaround declarations.

1. God's name today is the God of the turnaround. He turns the wilderness into standing water and dry ground into springs - not improving the situation, but reversing it. "From one to another, God is busy turning things around."
2. What men have called final is not final. "That which they call final that did not favour you - it has turned around by fire." Papers will be re-recorded, emails withdrawn, verdicts apologised for; "their hatred for you is turned into love."
3. Your failures do not disqualify you. Sarah laughed, and still "God visited Sarah as he had said." "Your failures are not qualified to stop what he wants to do in your life… I don't judge you by your mistakes in the sound of heaven."
4. A matter often escalates just before it ends. "Jezebel went higher… how you know a negative matter is about to end is that sometimes it looks like it's getting worse, like the battle is more fierce."
5. Everything Ziba took must be restored. What you laboured for will not end up in the hand of a servant who seized it while the master lived. "By the command of the Lord, everything that belongs to you has been returned to you."
6. The furnace is where the fourth man appears. They counted how many were thrown in and saw one more "like the Son of God" - God shows up inside the place meant to destroy you.
7. The door God opens no man can shut. Paul had a great and effectual door with many adversaries; Jesus says he opens and no man shuts - so the adversaries do not decide the outcome.
8. You will not lift a finger. "Stand still and see the salvation of Arroi" - the evidence enters in three hours, thirty minutes, three minutes; it is not earned by struggle.
9. This is a season where even "a careless amen" produces something (echoed by Pastor K): say amen and doors will open.
10. The victim has become the victor, the oppressed a conqueror, the afflicted set free, the one they tried to stop the overtaker - and the Lord has called you by a new name: married, pregnancy, celebration, congratulation, another beginning.

1. Gather prayer points from every member of your family and drop them on your family WhatsApp group.
2. The whole family waits on the Lord / fasts from 6:00 to 1:00, and beyond individual prayer points you must articulate collective family issues - the things you consider family-wide challenges - and bring them to the altar of fire.
3. Write your family testimony as if it has already happened. Let someone undertake to write it, and share it with everyone before the prayer starts tomorrow, so that every member of the family gives that family testimony as an accomplished fact.
