MY JOY IS FULL

This is Day 7 of the 14 Days of Prayer & Fasting, and it runs almost entirely as a prayer-and-praise altar rather than a teaching service. The first fifteen minutes are worship ("How great is my God", "There is power in your name", "We will wait"), with the congregation urged to open their mouths and speak in the Holy Ghost. Pastor Jerry then opens the altar with the day's banner: "On this day of our fast, my joy is full."

The prayer arc is aimed at the second half of the year. He has the house decree "July to December" again and again - continual shouts of joy out of their dwelling, in career, in family; joyful news continually, "one good news every day", good news on the right, on the left, in front, at the back. He anchors it in Isaiah 51:11 (the ransomed of the Lord returning with everlasting joy upon their heads) and in Jesus' promise that whatever is asked in His name the Father will do, "and your joy shall be full."

The second movement is warfare against partial joy. Using Pharaoh's negotiation with Moses - "let the men go and serve the Lord, leave the women and the children and the cattle" - he names any power that offers good news on one side and bad news on the other as a liar, and insists on "good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over" instead of a half or a quarter measure. He prays against "joy spoilers", "joy hijackers" and "joy stoppers", against the foxes that spoil the vine (wine being the symbol of joy), and against the pattern of "I got the job, but…", "I got married, but…", "I got the visa, but…" - the part that reduces the joy. Nabal (rich, but foolish, husband of a wise woman) and Naaman (a mighty man of valour to whom the Lord had given victory, but…) are the pictures of that "but".

The third movement is the release of long-delayed answers. He calls forward prayers saved for 30, 20, 15, 10 and 5 years, and for 6 months - "from prayer to answers, from asking to answers." He commands angels of glad tidings to take over July through December and to welcome each person with good news at the entrance of every month. Then, borrowing David sending for Mephibosheth in Lo-debar, he has each person call their own name and shout "Come out!" over anything of theirs held in a Lo-debar place. He closes the warfare with Psalm 30:5 - "weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning" - and the personal confession, "my weeping days are over; I will not cry in July, August, September, October, November, December."

The service ends with a seven-fold anointing with oil, seven screams of "It is already settled", the Psalm 91 confession, a shout of thanksgiving, and closing worship - "We draw from the well of salvation" and "I've got joy deep in my soul."

Theme and timing

• Prophetic word: "Before the next seven days, the Lord will do one big thing that will make you shout" - and "another big thing that will make you scream."

Mantle and anointing oil

• He prayed over "anything you are using as a mantle", that it ceases to be ordinary, and asked people to put it upon their head.
• He prayed over every oil, that it ceases to be ordinary and becomes "the oil of your joyful sound" and an extension of the right hand of the Lord.
• Seven rounds of self-anointing, each with its own declaration, in this order:
  1. That the thing your heart has been desiring becomes your reality on this seventh day of the fast.
  2. Reversal of anything that would make you cry and ask, "God, where were you when this happened?"
  3. Restoration of every joyful sound you missed, at any point in your life, without your knowing.
  4. Reversal of any appointment or date set for lamentation - over you, your children, your career, your ministry.
  5. Whatever the devil has designed dies in your hands, and what he killed resurrects by fire; and prayer against "any garment and mark of irrelevance, any projection of irrelevance" - torn by fire. (He said he did not know why the Lord asked him to pray this.)
  6. Generational joyful sound released - "from you to your children, from your children to your children's children."
  7. Final anointing, then seven hallelujahs answered with a loud "It is already settled."

Words of knowledge / prophetic declarations

• "Powers negotiating the level of good news you have - you are a liar."
• "Joy spoilers, joy hijackers, joy stoppers" planted in the second half of the year - located and scattered by the whirlwind of God.
• "May the Lord destroy the confidence - and the power - of those that want you to fail." (He said he was specifically led to make this prayer.)
• To those carrying long-standing prayers - 30, 20, 15, 10 and 5 years, and 6 months - "You have prayed for too long. It's time for answers."
• "The Lord will do it again, help you again, block it again, lift you again, align you again, favour you again, bring celebration again."
• "They have sent you pain so that they will laugh and you will cry - they are liars. Let the Lord join the battle against them."

1. Joy is the marker of a finished answer. Jesus did not only promise the answer; He promised joy attached to it - "ask, and my Father will do it, and your joy shall be full." An answer that leaves you unable to rejoice is not the full measure.
2. Refuse a part-measure. Pharaoh's tactic is to release the men and keep the women, the children and the cattle. Any power handing you good news on one side and bad news on the other is lying: your portion is "good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over."
3. The "but" is the enemy's territory. You got the job, but… you got married, but… you got the visa, but… That reducing part must be shut down; what you bind on earth is bound in heaven, so do not allow it.
4. Little foxes spoil the vine. Because vine and wine are the symbol of joy, the foxes are the small, unnamed spoilers - the thing that takes the taste out of food you are eating with joy.
5. Joy is the divider between darkness and light. After a first half spent sowing in tears, the season of joyful harvest is now: those that sow in tears shall reap in joy.
6. What is stuck can be summoned out. David sent for Mephibosheth and brought him out of Lo-debar; whatever of yours - joy, good news, favour, greatness - sits in a Lo-debar place is subject to your command to come out.
7. The shout does real work. Israel shouted and Jericho fell; the same shout is available now against every wall of opposition and every wall of shame.
8. Weeping is a night visitor, not a tenant. "Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning" - the crying days belong to a season, not to July through December.

• Open your mouth and pray aloud in the Holy Ghost; do not whisper.
• Decree "July to December" over your dwelling, your career and your family - continual shouts of joy, and one good news every day.
• Shout "Fire!" / "Release fire!" against joy spoilers, joy hijackers and joy stoppers, and against whatever stopped your joy from January to June.
• Call the angels of glad tidings and position them in your July, August, September, October, November and December.
• Call your own name and shout "Come out!" over your joy, good news, favour and greatness held in any Lo-debar place.
• Declare: "My weeping days are over. I will not cry in July, August, September, October, November, December."
• Declare: "Another joyful sound will be heard in my father's house - in my career, in my business."
• Take up whatever you use as a mantle and put it on your head; anoint yourself with oil seven times, following each of the seven declarations listed above.
• Shout "It is already settled" seven times, answering his seven hallelujahs.
• Lift both hands and confess Psalm 91: "I am dwelling in the secret place of the Most High…"
• Walk up to 21 people and scream - not whisper - "Hallelujah!" in their ear.
• Lift up a shout of thanksgiving.
