OH LORD SHOW ME MERCY//[FURNACE OF ANSWERS - GLOBAL CRUSADE - DAY 3]

Day 3 of the Furnace of Answers Global Crusade fell on a Wednesday, the weekly "Oh Lord, show me mercy" altar. The stream opens (and closes) with a montage of the morning's strongest moments: wheelchairs being lifted up, a word for women waiting on the fruit of the womb ("no matter what the medical report, carry your evidence right now"), "this mountain must be removed today", "the sound of your family will no longer record premature death", and the cry "My Lazarus is not dead... wake up." A short salvation prayer sits inside that opening.

The heart of the service is a long, psalm-soaked mercy prayer. Pastor Jerry leads the altar through "Arroi, show me mercy", coming boldly to the throne of grace, running to the rock that is higher, and "Who do I have in heaven but you?" He prays through Psalm 136 ("your mercy endures forever"), Psalm 138:8 ("perfect all that concerns me... you are not the God of abandoned projects") and "the God of my journey, let me not be ashamed". He then intercedes for the one in hospital, the one full of guilt, the one who feels unheard, reaching for the ten lepers, the widow of Nain, Mary and Martha's "he whom thou lovest is sick", and "when I said my foot slipped, thy mercy, O Lord, held me up". The repeated decrees are "Let there be a turnaround", "Let your mercy take over" where the experts and reports have failed, and "When mercy comes, sorrow is terminated."

He then moves into words of knowledge, each introduced with "If you are the one putting on the livestream, the devil is a liar; let it be reversed": gangrene, transverse myelitis, aspergillosis, fractured bones, a loved one shot with bullets in the stomach, enzyme deficiency, a mother whose three full-term babies each died of respiratory distress within 12 days, an adrenal condition, and a patient given chemotherapy for a cancer they do not have. A string of mercy declarations follows (Pastor G declares alongside him), numbered prophetic releases ("take your seat at the high place", "they said no, they are saying yes", "from delay to...") and a garment of mercy: "Because you are clothed with a garment of mercy, people will show you mercy." The seed of thanksgiving is sown into the word "Instant mercy intervention," and the congregation declares, "The Lord has shown me great mercy. It is settled."

Three testimonies are played: a doctor couple whose baby, born with serious heart defects, "stayed" and needed no medication; a woman in Canada whose husband's returning craniopharyngioma vanished after a word in October 2022; and a woman in Abuja whose seven-year rotting leg closed after the altar reversed a word that she would die in the seventh year. Pastor Jerry responds that "your life is not an abandoned project", that every move of God "must be powered from the secret place", and that testimonies like these make him say, "I will do this till I die."

The service closes with salvation, three communions, testimony and social details, the WhatsApp prayer for every female, the declaration "I am a partaker of God's mercy", Psalm 91, seven congratulations, and a preview of Day 4: "Take over the gate", with healing and deliverance and the uprooting of the power of delay.

Testimonies played / recapped

• Doctor couple (both medical doctors; he runs his own clinic): after an older child of about 10 and two miscarriages, the wife was bleeding in this pregnancy. Coming home, he heard Pastor Jerry say twice, "You see this one? It will stay." Doctors found the cervix open at about 5 months; she left against medical advice, saying, "That's not my report." The baby, due in February, was delivered and a professor of cardiology diagnosed mitral regurgitation, atrial septal defect, pulmonary hypertension and patent ductus arteriosus (captioned "material regurgitation atceptor defect... patent doctors atosis"), referring them to UPTH. His wife rejected the report and his sister tore it up (he taped it back together for the testimony). The baby has had no medication at all. "Daddy" dedicated their new building the day before; today they dedicate the baby. "Everything is perfect."
• Woman in Canada (name captioned "On"), for her husband: 8 years ago he was diagnosed with a craniopharyngioma, had four brain surgeries and radiation. In 2022 a routine MRI showed it returning. Around October 2022 Pastor Jerry named craniopharyngioma in a word of knowledge. The December MRI left the neurosurgeon confused ("maybe a stroke your body fought, maybe an aneurysm, maybe a scar"). March 2023 and December 2023 were clean; scans are now every 2 years. She apologised for testifying late and promised not to delay again.
• Woman in Abuja (testified in person at the altar): 7 years ago she accidentally broke an elderly deaconess's bracelet and was told, "In years to come let your family cry over you." Two weeks later she dreamed she was in a mortuary, killed by her left leg; then the left leg swelled and burned, and hospitals found nothing. She turned to native medicine and her life fell apart: marriage lost, mother died, her business (trading between Vietnam and China) demolished. In 2021 she moved from Kaduna to Abuja with 20,000 naira and slept in her shop. The leg swelled again until it rotted and smelled; a taxi driver had to wind down the windows. Her young son, who had a spinal cord problem, hid his own pain so as not to trouble her and died last year. In April last year she had bought Sniper (a pesticide) to end her life, but heard Pastor Jerry preach restoration from Joel 2:25, dreamed he tapped her, and restoration began. Before her 40th birthday in July the leg swelled again; she had gone to about ten native places and doctors in every region, with CT, MRI and a doctor from abroad. On a Wednesday Pastor Jerry said: "You had this affliction for seven years, it has drained your resources, where they wrote it you will die in the seventh year." It was reversed; "my leg closed." She now owns a house in Abuja and bought a car within a year with no one's help: "Let me balance well."
• Pastor Jerry's recap: "It started seven years and this is the year they said you will die... Who is writing something against you? Let fire answer them." He released a "balance well" anointing and said of the craniopharyngioma testimony: "When God starts with you, they cannot tell what it is."

1. Mercy is the answer when there are no more words. When you do not know what to pray, shout Arroi and call on the God who sees you; only His mercy endures forever.
2. God is not the God of abandoned projects. Your life is not an abandoned project; by His mercy He will perfect all that concerns you and you will not stop on the way.
3. Jesus is a faithful and merciful High Priest who is touched with the feeling of our infirmities and lives to make intercession, so He is able to save to the uttermost.
4. When mercy comes, sorrow is terminated. This sorrow, pain, setback or crisis will not lead to another one.
5. Mercy takes over where experts, strength and reports have failed. "It is not because you deserve it, but mercy is speaking for you right now."
6. God has mercy on whom He will have mercy, which means on those who ask. Being clothed with a garment of mercy makes people show you mercy too.
7. Whatever has been written against your life, family or children, whether by man, woman, demon or spirit, can be reversed; "the devil will not have the final say."
8. When God restores you, you will "balance well": restoration reaches home, children, house and car, not only the body.
9. Every move of God must be powered from the secret place. The daily altar is sustained by prayer through the night, and testimonies like these are why he says, "I will do this till I die."
