GOD OF PERFECTION! GOD OF VENGEANCE! GOD OF NOW [DAY 2]

Day 2 of "God of Perfection, God of Vengeance, God of Now" opened with the song "We know You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek Your face; all power is in Your hands, with You nothing is impossible to do", and the refrain "What You cannot do does not exist." Pastor Jerry Eze then recounted two recent wonders. Three weeks earlier, during the 7am prayers, the Spirit told him someone was beside a dead woman and should turn up the phone and place it beside her. The family's mother had been confirmed clinically dead; when the prayer ended nothing happened and the daughter felt God had disappointed them, but five minutes later the mother came back to life. In the second, a woman whose husband had brain surgery was told he would be unconscious for six months and might never walk. She answered the doctor, "What God cannot do does not exist", went to the ICU a few hours later and called his name; he opened his eyes, and when staff were removing the window blinds to carry his stretcher out, he stood up on his feet. He called this "a season of a revival of the strange acts of God", when no one will ask "Where is your God?"

The prayer moved into the God of vengeance. The congregation chanted "In flaming fire, take vengeance on them that know not God" and "The Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed", and declared over every affliction: "Everything must obey." He prayed against those dancing in the dark so God's people will cry, those using another's glory to renew their age, manipulation from the grave, wicked altars and libations, people who repaid good with evil, landlords who made sacrifices so tenants would die, and anyone vowing "I will be number one, nobody will rise." He pointed to Egypt urging Israel to leave "or we will be dead men" and asked that things now happen with speed.

The central picture was Adonijah: the throne was already given to Solomon, but Adonijah rose to hijack it while David lay sick, and was already celebrating. Pastor Jerry led cries against any Adonijah hijacking what God gave, any power taking advantage of weakness, and any celebration in hell over a believer's downfall: "They will not laugh at your pain." He announced a spirit of restoration, prayed "Let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me" and "May I not lose what I have", used the lost axe head to restore a lost cutting edge in ministry, career, favour and speed, and had people declare "The Lord planted my feet where they opposed me, where I was denied, where they said no", then pray and move.

Words of knowledge ran through the morning, along with two prophetic calls: one to someone God healed of a brain tumour who has since drifted ("Come back, I am your shield"), and one to put away envy and jealousy before God does "a quick work". With mantles on heads he declared an outpost of perfection, vengeance and now, and told those asking why God let their offenders go: "Vengeance is mine; in the next three weeks watch me do what only I can do." The day's narration was set: "The Lord just did it now."

Two testimonies followed: Paul Muri from Kenya, healed of a lifelong allergy to water, and Samuel and Leticia from New York, where a man given a DNR order, with part of his skull removed, recovered to walking, eating and talking while an NSPPD MP3 played at his bedside. The service closed with the salvation prayer, three communion servings, a declaration from Psalm 91 and seven "congratulations".

Testimonies played / recapped

• Recap, the dead mother (three weeks ago): at a word of knowledge, a daughter turned up the phone beside her mother, confirmed clinically dead hours before. Nothing happened when the prayer ended; five minutes later the mother came back to life.
• Recap, brain surgery husband: told he would be unconscious for six months and might never walk. The wife insisted "What God cannot do does not exist", called his name in the ICU hours after surgery, and he opened his eyes; when staff removed the window blinds because the stretcher would not pass the door, he stood up.
• Paul Muri, Kenya, age 25: since childhood water on his skin, even his own sweat, felt like acid; a doctor in 2020 diagnosed an allergy to water. He could bathe only about three times a week and never learned to swim. He joined the altar this year; during "The Wonders of El Roi" Pastor Jerry described someone for whom water feels like fire, even their sweat. The next day he bathed longer than ever with no itching, and will start swimming lessons.
• Leticia and Samuel (caption: "Conedu"), New York: on 22 February 2022 she found Samuel on the floor at 3am with a severe brain bleed. After surgery his organs shut down; doctors asked her to sign a DNR and said he would be a vegetable. She refused. Part of his skull was removed and he wore a helmet; he had a tracheostomy and feeding tube, and rehabs refused him. In a nursing rehab a Nigerian nurse, Rose Mary, introduced NSPPD and promised to stop watching herself if he did not recover. Leticia hung an NSPPD MP3 by his bed, and Samuel says that even in a coma he heard the prayers and answered "Amen, fire" in his mind. After two months he moved; with communion he talked more, sat, stood, walked with a walker, then ate jollof rice and had the feeding tube removed. His skull was replaced on 3 August 2022 and he went home on 15 May 2023, about a year and a half later. A doctor who said his left side would never fully recover was asked "Are you his god?"; staff who had written him off as mentally impaired later asked whether he held a second degree. A nurse said she now believed her mother's talk of miracles and would read her Bible again.

1. What God cannot do does not exist. Doctors' reports, even an expert's, are not the final report; God has the final say.
2. This is a season of the revival of God's strange acts, when nobody will ask "Where is your God?" Faith is now, and the answer can come while He is yet speaking.
3. The God of vengeance arises for His people: against wicked altars, manipulation, people who repay good with evil, and those who exploit a good heart or ignorance. Those who cannot fight their own battles have God fighting for them.
4. Like Adonijah, the enemy tries to hijack what God already promised, especially in a season of weakness, and celebrates early. That celebration will be turned; they will not laugh at your pain.
5. God restores the lost cutting edge and plants your feet where you were denied, but you must pray and move.
6. Do not take God for granted after a deliverance, and lay down envy and jealousy so He can do a quick work.
7. The spiritual controls the physical: as long as someone stays connected to the altar, as Samuel did through the MP3, the spiritual will overcome the physical result.
