THE WONDERS OF EL-ROI // AND THE WORD OF THE LORD CAME TO PASS [DAY 5]

Day 5 and the Friday grand finale of "The Wonders of El-Roi". Worship opened on Hebrews 11:6 ("we know You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek Your face... with You nothing is impossible to do"), and the day's cry ran through the whole service: "What God cannot do does not exist." Pastor Jerry opened by recounting two wonders from three weeks earlier. A word of knowledge told someone sitting beside a woman just confirmed clinically dead to turn up the phone volume and put it beside her; the prayer ended and nothing happened, the daughter began to doubt, and five minutes later the mother came back to life. A wife whose husband had brain cancer surgery was told he would be unconscious for six months and might never walk; she answered the doctor "What God cannot do does not exist", called his name in the ICU and he opened his eyes, and when staff were removing a window to get the stretcher out, he stood up on his feet. He called this "a revival of the strange acts of God".

The prayer movement was built on the Lion of the tribe of Judah and Psalm 77:14 ("Thou art the God that doest wonders"), then on Nahum 1:9: "He will make an utter end; affliction shall not rise up the second time." He declared an end to shame, disappointment, evil arrows and struggles, and broke monitoring spirits, powers from the grave calling names, demonic attacks on the mind and strange afflictions in the bloodline. From Isaiah 66:9 and Revelation 12 he spoke to people brought to "the place of birth" who have not yet brought forth: the dragon waiting to devour the child will not eat up their evidence.

He then led "seven sounds of victory", each released when he shouted "Hallelujah, victory is here": perfection, transition into a new season, enlargement, breaking iron gates, the Lord fighting hidden battles, the Lord rebuilding foundations, and all-round evidence. Creative miracles, healing declarations and a long run of words of knowledge followed (Rett syndrome, gastric cancer, stage three kidney disease, decompensated cirrhosis, metal plates disappearing, a child with leprosy, and more). Mantles were blessed, feet were anointed as "feet of favour", and a long glory encounter followed (wind of fire, a double portion, a sevenfold mantle), ending with "It is done" and a threefold "Glory, fire, power".

Played testimonies included a soldier released from redeployment after the word "because of you", a sister revived on a bathroom floor with the mercy prayer on her chest, a UK family whose brother was delivered from close to 20 years of mental illness, and Sara from the UK, whose five-year-old son with autoimmune encephalitis was healed after his case was named on the altar. Pastor Jerry announced next week's theme, "God of Perfection, God of Vengeance, God of Now", asked for three written lists and the mantle all week, and closed with salvation, three communions, the Abuja Sunday service, and a Psalm 91 declaration led by Pastor K.

• Hands stretched out "cease to be ordinary". Feet touched: "these feet will never carry you to your destruction"; feet of favour, "step into territories and possess".

Testimonies played / recapped

• Recap, three weeks earlier: a woman sitting beside her mother, clinically confirmed dead, turned up the phone with the prayer beside her at a word of knowledge; nothing at first, doubt, then five minutes later the mother came back to life.
• Recap, brain cancer surgery: surgeons could not avoid sensitive areas; told he would be unconscious six months and might never walk (later "not stand for a year"). The wife declared "What God cannot do does not exist", called his name a few hours after surgery and he responded and opened his eyes. As staff removed a window to get the stretcher out of the ICU, he stood up.
• Soldier ("because of you"): due to be redeployed after a year and three months; on hearing "because of you" he took the word; the redeployment was cancelled, he was discharged to go on pass.
• Sister Flora revived: testifier (place unclear, caption "Medri") found the sister collapsed behind a stuck bathroom door at about 10:30, tongue out, foam at the mouth, too heavy for four people to lift. He placed the phone with the "Oh Lord, show me mercy" prayer on her chest and called her name; she started breathing, vomited and revived; the hospital told them to hold on to the God they serve. Earlier the family had prayed the "earth will not receive my body" prayer.
• UK, brother delivered from mental illness: on behalf of his father's house. A younger brother, now 40 (41 this year), had been mentally ill for close to 20 years, known only as "a mad man"; every medical and other effort failed. The testifier joined NSPPD in 2022 and kept the case on the altar under the prayers against arrows of madness. The brother, living with a sister in Nigeria since 9 December, is now normal, learning a trade and speaking reasonably.
• Sara, UK, son with autoimmune encephalitis: her healthy five-year-old had a flu jab at school on 29 November; behaviour changes followed, then seizures. Midland Metropolitan Hospital diagnosed brain inflammation (caption "NMD and gapalitis", likely anti-NMDA receptor / autoimmune encephalitis) and referred him to Birmingham Children's Hospital: plasma exchange, semi-coma in ICU, six months in hospital, likely disability and special school. She played "Oh Lord, show me mercy" beside him. On the second day his vitals went off for six minutes; a consultant asked "Are you praying? Whatever you are doing, keep doing it, it's working", and they returned normal. On the ward he had 30-40 seizures at a time, was paralysed, bedbound and drooling. She prayed for the case to be mentioned; the word "autoimmune encephalitis" came, and from that day he never had another seizure. He now walks, eats by mouth, talks, sings, attends normal school; doctors cried and filmed him; she had written "What God cannot do does not exist" around his bed.
• Pastor Jerry led a kneeling thanksgiving for NSPPD after Sara's testimony, and turned the soldier's word outward: "Because of you they will change their mind, cancel that policy, reopen the immigration."
