THE YOKE IS BROKEN SERVICE

This is the full Sunday at Streams of Joy International, Abuja: four services (7:00, 8:30, 10:15 and 11:45) under one theme, "The Yoke Is Broken", with the companion cry "The siege has been destroyed." Each service opened with worship ("Only You Can Do What No Man Can Do", "Another One", "The Presence of the Lord Is Here", "Break Every Chain", "Let God Arise"), a confession into the week (Monday to Friday, different in each service), the 2025 call and response ("nothing goes wrong around me... before I ask, Arroi answers... I have seen the God that sees me"), and long rounds of fire prayer against yokes of delay, diseases, rising and falling, marital delay, witchcraft, family patterns and territorial powers. Pastor Jerry's call in every service: "As I announce the yoke is broken, you shout: the siege has been destroyed."

Each service had its own message. First service (John 5:1-9, Galatians 5:1): "The generation that loves their chains." At Bethesda a multitude waited and one person per season was healed; Jesus saw that "the problem here is greater than the power here." The devil makes a believer powerless by making him doubt his identity, breaking his spiritual discipline and making his walk with God religious instead of supernatural. Angels are ministering spirits sent to the heirs of salvation (Hebrews 1:14), so send them. Jesus did not ask how the sickness started; He asked about the end ("Wilt thou be made whole?"). The first of His three commands, "Rise", was the key to the miracle, and "take up thy bed and walk" means leaving the environment that reminds you of where you were.

Second service (Isaiah 10:27, Genesis 27:40): the anatomy of a yoke. An ox yoke first ties the mouth ("a closed mouth is a closed destiny"), yokes the strong with the weak at the yoker's choice, is brought out at planting and harvest so the yoked one works the harvest but cannot eat it, and steers by a rope, so refusing the direction of fear breaks it. Oxen trained long enough keep walking the old pattern after the yoke is taken off, which is how believers undo in conversation what was broken in prayer. Young oxen are yoked early, so the declaration covered the children. The yoke is destroyed "by reason of fatness" (a reading of Isaiah 10:27): a spiritually lean believer can be yoked, a fat one cannot. A yoke taken off is not the same as a yoke destroyed, and "in that day" means today. Third service (Mark 5:1-13): prayer from the Gadarene demoniac against crying in your morning, powers that use you against yourself, worship that coexists with demons, and territorial spirits that ask to stay in the region. Fourth service (Judges 6:11-16): "The rise of a yoke breaker." Gideon asked question after question; God answered only with power ("Go in this thy might... have not I sent thee?"). Yoke breakers do not analyse yokes, they destroy them; they go for the root, not the symptom (threshing wheat by the winepress fed the family but left the Midianites); they go before everything adds up; and they are sent men who do not play on the errand.

Ministry included words of knowledge in the first and second services (premature burial ends in a family, osteoporosis, fibroid, children with learning disabilities, marital garments within 12 weeks, babies, a family whose "clock" was touched so they always arrive late), prayer over any anointing oil people had brought, and a prayer for worshippers who flew in from outside Nigeria. Testimonies ran through all four services: a promotion to senior manager after six years of blocked promotions, non-Hodgkin lymphoma and stage four colon cancer reversed, chronic piles healed after a torn and flushed prayer paper, a husband hired as supervisor within a year of arriving in the United States, a house fire put out with the roof timber unburnt, a friend revived with a mantle, a dermatofibroma case named twice on the altar and discharged, a delayed graduation released, a fibroid that vanished mid-scan, and 33 years of bed-wetting and marine attacks ended.

Every service closed with offering, the week's announcements, a welcome and prayer for first timers and new members, Psalm 91:1-2 as a declaration, and the instruction to tell 14 people "All yokes are broken."

• First timers were welcomed in each service and asked to fill the usher's form and hand it to an usher or the inquiry desk.
• Those deciding "this is going to be my church" were prayed for ("whatever runs in the prophetic DNA of our ministry, let the same run in your life").
• Fourth service: worshippers who travelled from outside Nigeria were called out and prayed for.

Testimonies played / recapped

First service

• Hadiza Oigi Bello (Abuja; joined September 2022, a new convert facing rejection for it): six years of career stagnation, denied promotion three times, people paying to block her. A new chairman scrapped the promotion exam for appraisal; on Friday 7 March the list came out with her name, promoted to senior manager in a department people were fleeing. She had claimed Pastor Jerry's word of a mega celebration before 15 March.
• A woman from Southampton, UK (name unclear; "Mrs B..."): three cancelled tickets before she made it. Eye surgery found a tumour, diagnosed non-Hodgkin lymphoma (from November 2023). On the word "He is the Lord that heals me" she declined radiotherapy, used communion on her eye and body, and the MRI found nothing; still clear in January.
• A man who flew in from the UK on Friday (likely "Prince Agogo"): chronic piles since youth (stooling blood, days without stool), unable to eat sweets or juice. Joined NSPPD at crossover 31 December 2022. In a "write what you don't want to see" prayer he wrote "pile"; a scrap with "p-i-l-e" survived, so the next day he tore it up and flushed it. Healed since; eats anything.

Second service

• A woman from Boston, USA (joined during COVID): after keying into a Lagos crusade testimony about high prolactin, her own test came back normal (30 January). Her husband relocated in April 2024; on the word about Mephibosheth ("God will give you men who show you His mercy") and March as the month of great evidence (Hebrews 2:4), he beat 30 applicants for 4 slots and was confirmed as supervisor at a gas and utility multinational, less than a year in the country.
• K (Zimbabwean, married to a Nigerian, lives in the UK, flew in Friday): 148 kg, gastric sleeve in Turkey (2022), then pain; tumour markers at about 2,000 to 2,500 against a maximum of 5.2. January 2023: stage four colon cancer with liver metastases, three months to live, palliative chemotherapy. She kept the altar, applied communion to her stomach; after six cycles the markers were back to 5.2, she had liver and colon resection, the biopsy showed no cancer, and in January "no more cancer". Still finishing protocol chemotherapy, believing she goes home whole.
• Zena (Abuja): on Wednesday a newly repaired AC caught fire behind her, then the ceiling; the extinguisher failed; neighbours and security fought it for about 30 minutes before the fire service arrived. The roof timber did not burn; her mantle sat untouched on her office desk. That morning's declarations had included "no one under the sound of my voice will die" and "the sound of joy shall be heard in my dwelling."
• Salam Alex (Lagos): a friend collapsed and stiffened, apparently dead; he wiped him with his mantle twice and he revived ("what happened?"). Separately, a recurring back tumour (operated twice in 2021, then at LUTH in February 2024, deep wound that would not heal): on a communion word ("anything not of God in your body, let it fall off") the packing fell out and it healed. Biopsy named dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (caption "dermato fibroma ... protuberans"); Pastor Jerry read it out on the live stream on 16 July 2024 and again on 12 September 2024. Doctors discharged him: "you are no more our candidate." His doctor later watched the clip and wrote "what God cannot do."

Fourth service

• Amarachi (NYSC corps member in Abuja): twice dreamt "you will not graduate with your mates"; missing scripts, a blackout in an exam she knew she failed, a missing file, then a file marked "pending". She refused to rewrite the course, keyed into "your name is on that list" and "God is changing names", and found her name on the second graduation list. NYSC registration was delayed after a dream of lending out her cap; she now serves in her choice state, accepted at a PPA whose rules barred corps members.
• Anita Morris: angry with God after a close friend who prayed with NSPPD died in 2021, she deleted and blocked her aunt's daily links until 2024. A radiologist saw a fibroid; as she got up Pastor Jerry said "what they saw before they will not see again", and on rescan neither the radiologist nor his superior could find it. Her sister's unborn son was said to have fluid in the brain; born in October, no fluid. On Wednesday, after the mercy prayers, her family escaped what would have been a disaster.
• A third testifier (name caption-garbled): a friend's insomnia healed (an hour a night to five hours); a cousin wrongly held as a suspected terrorist since 2022 released "before 6 p.m." on 18 January (21-day fast), no charges, no money paid; family feuds ended after the 24 August 2024 word "light is coming into your family". Called a "marine child" since birth, she went through 38 churches and native doctors, drank to sleep, and wet the bed for 33 years. She gave her life to Christ at a Streams of Joy second service; on "marine spirit, be reversed" the dreams and the bed-wetting stopped a year ago.

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

First service

• No more premature burial in a family: "the last one that happened is the last that will ever happen."
• Father and mother both mentally ill at the same time: reversed.
• Hormonal imbalance reversed; osteoporosis going away.
• A fibroid "like a child" in the stomach: disappear.
• Four children with learning disabilities: reversed.
• Young women receiving marital garments: within 12 weeks, some in less than 2 weeks.
• "The iron gate has finally opened."
• Prayer over anointing oil (see above).

Second service

• Women trusting God for the fruit of the womb: "I see babies everywhere."
• Intestinal disease reversed (caption "intestinal lemia", term uncertain).
• Something eating your toes: dried up.
• Two people at the last stage of something between Monday and Tuesday: "it shall be given to you."
• What was taken years ago is being returned.
• A family whose "clock" was touched so they are always late and get everything later: broken.
• No bloodshed around your family on Wednesday morning.
• Powers that push you to do things you will regret: broken.
• "No human being will end your chapter while God is still writing."

Third service

• "In 14 days let God give you an evidence" (to everyone connected).
• "It will not be up to 72 hours" before what you thought could not shift is turned around.

1. The yoke is broken and the siege destroyed, today. "In that day" is now: burden off the shoulder, yoke off the neck and yoke destroyed can happen at the same time in this service.
2. Do not love your chains. A generation keeps its chains to make God look bad or to feel pious in suffering, never believing "it is finished" and never asserting "you have no right to touch my health, my children, my destiny."
3. The problem must not be bigger than your power base. One healing per season at Bethesda while a multitude waited was what Jesus came to end. The devil disarms believers by making them doubt their identity, breaking their discipline (prayer, word, fasting, worship) and making their walk religious. Every minute of prayer generates power.
4. Use the resources of heaven. Angels are sent for you; a generation with so much in God goes looking to men.
5. Talk about the end, not the beginning. Jesus skipped the history and asked "Wilt thou be made whole?" Change your perspective; see how and when it ends.
6. Rise. The first command was the key. Do not adjust to the infirmity; your faith must rise above your feelings, fears and reports. Then leave the environment that keeps reminding you of the old condition.
7. Know how a yoke works. It ties the mouth (keep speaking, praying, declaring), it yokes you with what you did not choose, it keeps you in the harvest without eating it, and it steers you by fear. Refuse its direction.
8. Walk in the liberty. Trained oxen keep the old pattern after the yoke is gone. Do not go home and talk the very thing you prayed out of existence ("in my family we always...").
9. Grow fat in the spirit. Chew on scripture, declarations and prayer all day and teach your children to do the same, so no yoke fits your neck. A yoke taken off is not the same as a yoke destroyed: go to the root.
10. Break the powers in the Gadarene story. Crying in your morning, being used against yourself, worship coexisting with demonic strongholds, and territorial spirits: deal with the root spirit, not each manifestation.
11. You are a yoke breaker. God will not do it without mortals; Satan should not boast in your family while you are there. Your presence should settle things.
12. Answer questions with power. Gideon asked question after question and God only said "Go in this thy might." Living on questions leaks destiny power; spiritual power is built in encounter and discipline. Business and office are a power play too.
13. Treat roots, not symptoms. Threshing by the winepress solved hunger and left Midian in place. Lasting legacies are built by those who deal with roots.
14. Go, as a sent man. Metamorphosis happens on the move; God's purpose for Gideon was territorial, not just family. Sent men do not play on the errand, do not blend in or seek validation, and the Midianites are weaker than they look.

Today / this season

• Shout "The siege has been destroyed" to "The yoke is broken"; tell 14 people "All yokes are broken" / "I am a yoke breaker."
• Pray with a raised right hand: "If it is of the devil, I hate it, I reverse it, I renounce it."
• Send angels on assignment this week (ahead of you to the office, to bring out your file).
• Close your eyes and see how and when it will end; at home take something as a microphone and rehearse the ending; when depression comes, take 10 seconds and dance.
• Call your own name and tell yourself "Rise" (and in the fourth service, "Go").
• Keep your mouth open: pray, declare and speak in tongues even when overwhelmed; do not repeat at home what you prayed against.
• Feed your spirit through the day (verses, declarations, meditations) and teach your children to speak scripture.
• Stop managing symptoms: act now (start a 3 or 5 day family fast in the family WhatsApp group, send that email, revisit that conversation) without waiting for everything to add up.
• Give offerings, tithes and partnership as a wave offering; in the second service he asked for "extremely intentional" giving.
• First timers: fill the form and hand it in. New members: attend discipleship class.
