AND THE LORD ANSWERED HIS NAME IN MY LIFE [GRAND FINALE]

The grand finale of the week opened with the worship song built on Hebrews 11:6 ("we know you are a rewarder of those who diligently seek your face; all power is in your hands, and with you nothing is impossible") and the line "what you cannot do does not exist". A recorded word from Pastor Jerry recounted two wonders from three weeks earlier. During the 7am prayers he had a word for someone beside a dead woman: turn up the phone's volume and place it beside her. The mother had been confirmed clinically dead; when the prayer ended nothing happened and the daughter felt God had disappointed them, but "5 minutes later" (Hebrews 11:35, "women received their dead raised to life"). A second woman's husband had brain cancer surgery; the doctor said he would stay unconscious for six months and might never walk. She answered, "What God cannot do does not exist", went to the ICU, called his name, and he opened his eyes. When staff removed the window blades to pass his stretcher out of the window, he stood up on his feet. "We are in a season of a revival of the strange acts of God."

Pastor Jerry then prayed over the anointing: "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power" (Acts 10:38), the yoke destroyed because of the anointing (Isaiah 10:27), "anointed for greater exploits, higher results, bigger evidence". He used Saul hiding among the baggage on the day of his public presentation (1 Samuel 10:22) to break every power that says a person's anointing, joy, or good news will be covered: "No covering, no hiding." "I rise, I bounce back."

The central prayer came from Isaiah 58:12: "they that be of thee shall build the old waste places; thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of paths to dwell in." Worshippers declared over their bloodline "from now to the 100th generation": no more curses, evil patterns, rising and falling, failure or disappointment, and then raised foundation after foundation (fear of God, glory and fire, nothing missing nothing broken, high favour, no premature death, speed, perfection and completion, no more battles, open doors, direction and purpose, greater results and high ground, gifts and revelation, glory, power, strength and might). From Revelation 4:1 ("a door was opened in heaven... come up hither") he called people up into a new season, gave words of knowledge (cancer, auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder, autism and slow development in children, abnormal growths, HIV), led a rededication of marriages, careers, projects and ministries, and gave a prophetic word: "I am your God... they will not see you, they will see my glory... emerge, step out and fulfil destiny."

The service climaxed in a long time of glory: scrolls of fire becoming garments on people, fireballs, a wind of fire from the throne, tongues touched with fire. Pastor Jerry announced a "glorious shift" ("the man or woman who started this prayer is no longer the person you are"), the fountains of the deep opened, and the old set aside. He called for a seed of thanksgiving on which to write "Glory, fire, power", the summary of the whole week.

Four video testimonies followed: Hermon's orchitis reversed on 14 March 2024, Dr Junah's clinic burned in a gas tanker explosion with her car and equipment untouched, a woman's endometrial cancer cleared after a "Show me mercy" Wednesday, and a mother's triple negative breast cancer gone from both lump and lymph nodes. Pastor Jerry marvelled over the car that did not melt, gave the salvation call, served three communions, made the announcements (next week's double package, Monday fast, Sunday in Abuja, the Zambia conference) and closed with Psalm 91 and seven "congratulations".

Testimonies played / recapped

• Recap (three weeks earlier), clinically dead mother: at a word of knowledge her daughter raised the phone volume and laid it beside her; no change at the end of the prayer, then she came back to life five minutes later.
• Recap, brain cancer surgery: surgeons warned of six months unconscious and possibly never walking; the wife insisted "what God cannot do does not exist", called his name in the ICU and he woke; as staff prepared to pass his stretcher through a window, he stood up.
• Hermon, Buea, Cameroon (fell ill in Kuwait): severe orchitis with restricted blood flow to the scrotum and an inflamed right testicle; surgery on 1 March 2024 left a wound that would not close; on 12 March doctors planned a second surgery and possible removal of the testicle. A word about restricted blood flow to the scrotum came, then on 14 March 2024 "I hear orchitis, let it be reversed". At the ward round that morning: massive improvement, discharged the same day, hospital bills cancelled.
• Dr Junah (dental clinic owner): a gas tanker exploded on a Tuesday evening and her clinic caught fire after she had unusually gone straight home. Standing on the bridge she declared, "God, I cannot serve you and end up in shame... you said March would be a month of celebration... nothing missing, nothing broken." The roof burned and the carport melted, but her car parked under it had not a scratch (tyres intact), the dental compressors were untouched, and inside the clinic paintings and the clock were still hanging. The security man in his post was also spared (account cut short in captions).
• Woman from Nigeria: irregular periods from February 2024, then heavy bleeding in June; scan showed haematometra and a biopsy showed endometrial adenocarcinoma. Booked for emergency surgery at UCH on a "Oh Lord show me mercy" Wednesday, when Pastor Jerry prayed "let every terminal disease be terminated... cancer, park your load, mercy has arrived". The 28 October CT scan was clear; the doctor told her she has no reason to come back.
• Mother of two (triple negative breast cancer): after praying and fasting for an older woman whose breast cancer and planned mastectomy were cancelled, she found her own lump. On 13 October 2023 she heard "the Lord is rolling away triple negative breast cancer". Scans still showed it; eight cycles of chemotherapy did not shrink the lump and a mastectomy was advised. She refused in prayer ("nothing missing, nothing broken"). A chemo burn on her hand that needed plastic surgery healed in under two weeks. After lump and lymph nodes were removed, results were delayed four weeks; that morning she heard "what they saw before they will not see it again", and tests found no sign of cancer in any tissue. She shares Pastor Jerry's birthday, 22 August.

1. We are in a season of revival of the strange acts of God. No one will ask "Where is your God?" when the dead come back and the paralysed stand.
2. What God cannot do does not exist. Faith speaks this to doctors and to fire alike; the generation God is raising is not moved by what it sees and speaks to the fire.
3. An anointing is not meant to be hidden. Like Saul under the baggage, many are anointed yet covered; this is the season of breaking out: no covering, no hiding.
4. Believers are called to raise the foundations of many generations (Isaiah 58:12). Prayers laid today settle the bloodline to the 100th generation, so descendants inherit blessings they never knew their fathers prayed for.
5. Prayers made now go ahead into the future and wait: some for April, August, September or December. There will be no evil emergency.
6. A door is open in heaven and the voice says "come up". The glory of the new season has erupted; the old is set aside, and the weight of glory makes things happen at the same time.
7. God gives his children what they ask for, not a stone or a snake, even when the answer seems to come five minutes late.
