FAMILY & RELATIONSHIP SERVICE || SUNDAY SERVICE || 9TH MARCH 2025
Refuse the serpent's conversation, invite Jesus into your house, and declare it over your bloodline: my family is blessed, honoured and favoured, nothing missing, nothing broken.

Summary
This was the Family and Relationship Sunday in March, the month NSPPD turns five. Pastor Jerry told first-timers the whole day would run as "our family service", and every service opened with prayer over family foundations: patterns of early death in the 40s and 50s, delay, addiction, glory exchanged, pictures and hair taken to shrines, and "the season of one person being the light in my family is over". The recurring declaration was "My family is blessed, honoured and favoured, nothing missing, nothing broken", with the 2025 confession to El Roi, "the God who sees me", spoken over the family in every service.
The first service message was "The Lamentations of Eve over her family" from Genesis 3:1-7. God's idea of family was Eden and dominion, yet the serpent, a creature under man's dominion, ended up leading the conversation. Eve began to see the fruit with the eyes of what had been spoken into her ear, because fear comes by hearing just as faith does. Adam and Eve were chased out of the garden because of what they ate in it: "there are things you don't touch in the garden." The serpent in Genesis comes with conversation; in Revelation 12 he comes with aggression, so "if you don't want the battle of Revelation 12, avoid the conversation of Genesis 3." He closed on Genesis 2:15: God gave Adam a responsibility (tend and keep the garden), but the devil pointed only at fruit; do not eat fruit that did not come from your tending.
The second service taught from Mark 5:22-43 on Jairus, whose name he gave as "light", a ruler of the synagogue ("Pastor Jairus") who knew the scrolls but had no power while death was in his house. The points: a family full of strategies and WhatsApp meetings still needs power; Jairus refused to be comfortable and went looking for Jesus; the woman with the issue of blood received "according to her faith", but Jairus asked Jesus to come into his house, which is the "exceeding abundantly" season ("Jesus, enter my house"); Jesus shut out the voices saying "don't trouble the master" and put out those who laughed, so stop some things from entering and send out anyone not aligned with the word; "Talitha cumi" speaks to the damsel's vision, speed, favour and dreams, not only her body; and "give her something to eat": keep feeding the family the word.
The third service turned into a long testimony and ministry service. The pastor said he had prepared a message but "God overtakes you". The centre of it was Miracle (name as captioned) from Cross River State: after a 2022 accident she spent over two years in a wheelchair, and her family had a long list of losses. She stood up on 2 March 2025 while following the online first service at home alone during the "prophetic steps" declaration, and was flown to Abuja to testify, standing on the altar the whole time. Pastor Jerry then prayed over stubborn challenges ("it will look like 20 years in one day"), had the church shout fire seven times, and took prophetic steps out of what they were leaving behind. He reported that a bedridden woman in America also stood up from her wheelchair on the Friday after hearing her story.
The fourth service taught "Kingdom relationships" from 1 Kings 3:16-28, the two harlots in one house. Relationships come as starters, activators, propellers and finishers, and keeping someone past their season disrupts destiny. Red flags: they hand you dead things; you do not know people until transition (the woman acted at midnight); familiarity used to hurt you, so do not take a spouse, driver, security man or good boss for granted; relationships that reduce you ("divide the child"); depleters; and people who reinforce your weakness ("both of them were on the same level"). He closed with the prayer "God, send me good men" and the word "great men will find you this week".

- First-timers and those making Streams of Joy their church were welcomed in every service, asked to fill and return the forms, and prayed over ("give me three months of your time"). Visitors from outside Nigeria were called forward and prayed for in the fourth service.
Testimonies played / recapped
Second service:
- Man (name captioned "David DEA", uncertain), visiting from Ghana: sharp prostate pain in 2021 and a spirit of fear ("hit this car"); both named on the altar and gone since. His wife went to study in Canada; Pastor declared "I'm seeing visas everywhere"; he got the visa, spent four months in Toronto, and came to Abuja as vowed.
- Bui (as captioned), from Lagos, second visit: brother who had refused school since 2015 agreed to return after 10 years and had semesters shortened; after the father's death (2017) and a sister's four years later, no death in four years, with a son's dream of striking a pursuer with a frying pan during an "O Earth" prayer season; a toenail fungal infection healed with communion; praying over friends' names produced seven weddings, five jobs and three babies (one pregnant) last year.
- Young woman (name not clear): after NYSC camp (Lagos, Batch C stream 2), a keke lost its brakes on a slope, she shouted "Jesus", it veered off the road and somersaulted; the front passenger died, she survived with stitches; dreamt Papa said "nothing missing, nothing broken" and the X-ray showed only torn tissue. Second: stage four cancer of the blood cells in 2021 (24 months to live, radiology about 150,000 Kenyan shillings a session, figure uncertain); Pastor named the case and three checks found no cancer; healed since 2022.
Third service:
- Judith E (as captioned), single mother, member for three years: her mother, separated from her elder siblings at age 7 for over 50 years, was reunited with her eldest sister last Sunday in Igala (captioned "igara"; uncertain) after a cousin happened to share her vehicle; chronic asthma for 16 years (over 200 inhaler canisters in pregnancy) gone since November 2024; jobless since 2015, she received a federal government appointment letter the Friday before the Nigeria prayer conference, then a second appointment as Higher Executive Officer in Abuja.
- Mother (name not clear): two daughters' high fevers (40.5) cleared after mantle and altar prayer with no admission; transferred to Gwagwalada (captioned "gagal") as punishment for raising staff benefits, then restored to headquarters with all withheld benefits and trips; youngest brother Mandy (Mandela) had an accident on 7 March 2024 with five broken ribs, broken scapula, broken fingers and internal bleeding; Pastor declared "your ribs are broken, go back and check" on 8 March; healed without surgery, walks and drives, and an employment letter reached him on the hospital bed.
- Medical professional (name not clear): her sister's husband was found lifeless at 3 p.m. after collapsing around 8 a.m. (date captioned "July 21st" but placed during January prayer and fasting); mantle tied on his leg, "O Earth, I will not bury and I will not be buried"; Papa said "a family member in the hospital, it will end in praise"; he sneezed three times, revived, and the brain CT showed nothing. Second: a job abroad after an interview on Sunday 7 July 2024 at 6 a.m.; Pastor said "I see employment letters"; pay almost double the baseline; visa arrived after Pastor said "the battle is over" last Sunday. It was her last Sunday at Streams of Joy; she is the woman whose 0.9 kg baby testimony was shared in 2022.
- Miracle (as captioned), Catholic, from Cross River State, living in Imo State: father, a soldier, retired in 1980 and died in October 2023; mother with diabetes, an ulcer and high blood pressure; first-class economics graduate brother Douglas without a fitting job; sister Doris missing since 2005; sister Kate maltreated by her husband; two brothers in land and cocoa disputes (one has spent close to 7 million naira); a sister with five miscarriages. After a camp in November 2022 a vehicle hit her motorbike from behind: lumbar spine injury and later a T7 thoracic finding; wheelchair; physiotherapy at Imo State Specialist Hospital, UPTH Port Harcourt, National Orthopaedic Hospital Enugu and Holy Rosary Hospital, plus native treatment for four months; mocked in her village. She joined NSPPD reluctantly through a friend and a hospital visitor, at first skipping to testimonies. On 29 December 2023 she held on to "affliction will not rise the second time". On Sunday 2 March 2025, home alone following the first service online at about 7:12-7:16 a.m., she shifted along the bed during the "prophetic steps" declaration, felt pushed, stood without falling, walked to the wardrobe and phoned her friend, who came back to find her walking. Her first ever flight brought her to Abuja.
Fourth service:
- Gori (as captioned): on 24 February, around 7 p.m., she entered the wrong car; robbers with a gun emptied her account (millions), declared her kidnapped, demanded ransom and beat her with the gun; she prayed in tongues, called El Roi, sang, and prayed "O Earth" with her shoes off; released around midnight. She kept praying Psalm 35 (prayed by Pastor in the 23 February second service) and Isaiah 62:8-9. Last Monday the bank flagged the account the thieves had moved the money into, and all of it returned. No trace of the beating; a pattern since 2019 of gathering money and losing it is broken.
- Mother (name not clear): in a family where no one finishes school, her daughter Jessica, 33, took eight years on a four-year course while an old woman in her dreams said she would not finish; her son and daughter graduated the same week.
- Woman (name not clear): joined in 2022 through an aunt in the US. A motorbike skidded under a bus on a wet road and she found herself standing safely across the road. Her mother's lip growth was booked for surgery (a doctor abroad warned it could cut the facial blood supply); on 21 February 2025 Pastor said "your lips is decaying"; it dried up and fell off on 25 February, with no fee or medication. Her sister, in long labour with a high foetal heart rate and a doctor proposing an operation, had picked the 4th as her date; "O Earth" prayer, joining the live altar, Pastor's word "no pregnant woman will die", and "Oh Lord show me mercy" prayer; she delivered a baby boy.
- Woman (name not clear), oil and gas professional: a 2016 dog bite turned her leg black ("one in a hundred survive"), then years of pain, imported painkillers, a medical evacuation from her workplace in 2023 and arthritis diagnoses. She came to Abuja in April 2023, lay at the altar, helped clean the church, and the pain left; she threw the drugs away. In February 2024, after the 21 days fast, an ovarian cyst with heavy bleeding was booked for surgery in Lagos; on 19 February 2024 she watched Pastor sing "The Lord has done it finally"; the Monday scan showed it had dried up. An international oil and gas company that interviewed her in 2023 called in July 2024 to mobilise; she had three offers, missed her flight, and was rebooked; salary now in US dollars.
Words of knowledge / healing declarations
- First service: heart failure reversed; hemorrhoids disappearing; single women who desire marriage, "the next three months will not pass you by"; two blind persons in a family, eyes opening this week; cancer of the throat reversed; a couple told to prepare for a sickle cell baby, "you will not have one"; fibroids dropping off; the congratulations your family has waited for "will not exceed the next seven days"; release a date of divine visitation.
- First service close: "your brother who is in prison is coming out this week", a week of miraculous proposals, and what you were saving for given as a gift.
- Second service: things falling out of people's hands reversed; "now" had been replaced with "five years"; a breast cancer report cancelled; insomnia taken away; a burning sensation like fire on the head; babies said to be dead in the womb; an eldest brother unheard of for 30 years, family reunited before Wednesday morning; whoever took a sanitary pad for wickedness will come on their knees to apologise by Tuesday morning; nobody called a black sheep in your house; "your family will be exempted from evil emergency, a king will send for you this week".
- Third service: stubborn challenges broken ("the Egyptians you saw before you will see them no more"); any negative description attached to your family reversed; "in less than 24 hours let supernatural results erupt".
- Fourth service: "great men will find you this week"; a short work rather than a process; parents will not cry over that child; "what you were looking for starts looking for you".
Important message
- God's idea of family is Eden and dominion. The serpent was supposed to be under your feet, so sickness, delay and rising-and-falling patterns must not be the ones calling the shots in your family.
- Do not hold the conversation the serpent offers. What is spoken into your ear adjusts what you see; fear is faith pointed the wrong way, so choose to believe what God said: "God said it, I believe it, that settles it."
- In the garden there are things you do not touch, and some fruit you must not eat if you have not tended the garden. Keep your responsibility, and do not want your eyes opened to every evil God is covering you from.
- A family can have religion, strategy and knowledge and still lack power. Like Jairus, refuse to be comfortable with darkness in your house; seek Jesus and ask him to enter the house, the foundation and the bloodline, not only to heal on the way.
- Guard the entrances of the family. Not everyone gets access; wrong connections bring spirits your children will fight. Send out every voice that does not agree with what God has said.
- Speak "arise" to the vision, favour, speed and intelligence the enemy thought he had buried in family members, and keep giving them the word to eat.
- The one God raises in a family is the light of that family: "you are not a spectator", and God can use one person's testimony to break a whole family's cycle.
- Relationships have seasons. Let go of people whose season has expired; you only know people after a transition; do not let transition change you; never commonise the gifts God placed around you; and do not stay close to depleters or people who reinforce your weakness.
- Be a good person who builds others up: raise the self-esteem of everyone around you, speak words seasoned with salt, address the issue without cursing the person.
