AND THE LORD DID WHAT HE SAID [GRAND FINALE] || NSPPD || 7TH MARCH 2025

The Lord did what He said: the glory of God has taken over, and we will not rest until we possess the other side of our Jordan, because what God cannot do does not exist.

Summary

The Friday grand finale of the "And the Lord did what He said" week, in the fifth anniversary season of NSPPD. Worship opens on Hebrews 11:6 ("we know You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You... all power is in Your hands, with You nothing is impossible") and the week's refrain, "what You cannot do does not exist". Pastor Jerry then recounts two wonders from three weeks earlier: a word of knowledge told someone sitting beside a clinically dead mother to turn up the phone volume and lay it beside her, and five minutes after the prayer ended, when the family had begun to feel disappointed, she came back to life; and a wife whose husband had brain cancer surgery and was told he would not wake for six months and might never walk. She answered the doctor, "What God cannot do does not exist," called her husband's name in the ICU, he opened his eyes, and as staff removed the window blinds to pass his stretcher through, he stood up on his feet. "We are in a season of a revival of the strange acts of God."

The song of the day carries the theme from Genesis 21:1 and Numbers 23:19: "The Lord visited Sarah as He said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken... God is not a man that He should lie." The congregation declares 2 Corinthians 3:18 seven times with hands lifted: "With open face I behold the glory of the Lord as in a glass, and I am changed into the same image from glory to glory."

The prayer focus is the other side of Jordan. From Joshua's charge that "we will not rest until you and your brethren possess the land on the other side of Jordan", he tells the people that this side is good, the career has been good, things have been fixed, but marriage, elevation, healing, deliverance and laughter are still on the other side. Every giant that says "you may stay on this side but never cross over" is called a liar. The Lord told him "from now to the next 11 days", so the people shout eleven times: "I have possessed the other side of my Jordan." Glory prayers follow (John 17:22, Luke 18:31, Psalm 71:18): "Forsake me not until I have shown Your strength to this generation." He then ministers a long impartation of the weight of glory, describing a vision of the river and the tree of life from Revelation 22, a river of glory from the throne, mantles of fire falling, and Jesus walking among His people taking away old garments. He calls for the weight of glory to fall seven times and declares: "The glory of God has taken over."

Words of knowledge run through the prayer (thyroid cancer, a heart bypass, a family of kidney failure, three relatives down with stroke, lost erection, eye surgery). The Monday word is given: "The Lord answered His name in my life." Recorded testimonies follow: a court conviction in Canada overturned, an anal fistula and faecal leaking reversed in Accra, a hand saved from amputation, and a woman in Dallas who rose from her wheelchair after keying into another testimony. Pastor Jerry, moved, says from Monday to Friday God did "the things that are impossible, the things that money cannot buy", and notes that the man whose word came was not even online that day: "No matter what, stay at the altar."

The service closes with salvation, three communion servings, announcements, reflections from the team ("God is here and He shows it by many infallible proofs"; Moses at the burning bush), Psalm 91 declared standing, and seven congratulations. The opening recount is replayed after the close.

Communion

  1. "The glory of God has taken over."
  2. After Psalm 62:11 (power belongs to God): again "the glory of God has taken over".
  3. Communion of answers: on your knees, ask the Lord for three things you desire of Him. "We decree it is done."

Offering

  • On their knees, people were asked to put together a seed of thanksgiving: "today is not an ordinary day". Over the seed he decreed the glory of God has taken over and "you are no longer the same".

Testimonies played / recapped

  • Revived mother (recap, three weeks earlier): word of knowledge to turn up the phone beside a woman confirmed clinically dead hours before; five minutes after the prayer ended she came back to life.
  • Husband after brain cancer surgery (recap): told he would be unconscious six months and might never walk; the wife said "what God cannot do does not exist", called his name in the ICU, he woke, and stood up as they prepared to move his stretcher out through the window.
  • Godwin, Canada: traffic violation ticket (17 November 2024) delayed by the Canada Post strike; hearing on 3 January missed, convicted in absence, warrant issued. In December he heard on the altar a word for someone guilty in a court case to whom the Lord was showing mercy. Convicted in February, the judge gave him six weeks to bring evidence; his insurance company produced documents, and he received an email that he need not return: no case. Pastor Jerry, noting the lawyers present, said a case closed after judgment ("functus officio") is not normally reopened: "my Father reversed it".
  • Ata M., Accra, Ghana: anal fissure since 2015, an expensive ointment (caption "REO jic", price rising from 800 to about 2,005 cedis). Joined NSPPD actively after the Ghana conference. On 26 September heard "anal fistula be reversed", developed an abscess that day, surgery 2 October, then a fistula and a second surgery (woke on oxygen). On 18 December began leaking faeces; crying for mercy, she heard on the altar "anal fistula be reversed". The leaking ceased and the doctor marvelled at how fast she healed.
  • William A.: in a ghastly accident two years ago; orthopaedic doctors wanted to amputate his hand. A cameraman and businessman, he refused. A friend in the UK told him to follow the programme; the day he was on a drip and missed it, the friend called to say the pastor declared "that amputation in the hand, reversed". His hand was not cut; he lifted it on camera.
  • Woman in Dallas, Texas (name unclear, "laa"): bedbound in 2024, then wheelchair bound. On 4 March she keyed into a young lady's testimony of rising from a wheelchair; God told her "get up", and she walked through her kitchen, her mother's room and the living room, then stood and walked on camera.

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

  • Someone told they would never cross to the other side: giants are liars.
  • "Relapsing potis" (caption phrase; condition uncertain): what pushes you back to what God delivered you from, broken.
  • A family where the father and his younger brother died of kidney failure and two siblings now have kidney failure and kidney disease.
  • Cancer of the thyroid.
  • A person told God had failed them; a planned heart bypass and fluid (caption "dread fluid").
  • Someone who lost the left eye after eye surgeries and is afraid of the same surgery on the right: "let the surgeon of heaven operate".
  • A man who lost his erection seven days after his wedding, now nearly five years ("about to enter the 50 year", likely fifth year): erection restored.
  • A family where everyone has the same dream and within three days is diagnosed with a terrible disease, more than five people: reversed.
  • Pus that keeps reaccumulating after drainage (caption "SC is full of pce"; site uncertain).
  • A family with three people down with stroke within seven days: healing power, stroke reversed.
  • Closing decrees: infirmities that were in your body before this prayer have disappeared; autism and marital delay cannot withstand His glory; demons will see you and run.

Important message

  1. God does what He said. As He visited Sarah as He had spoken, He is not a man that He should lie; what He has said He will make good.
  2. What God cannot do does not exist. This is a season of a revival of the strange acts of God, so the world no longer asks "where is your God?"
  3. Faith is now. Like the wife in the ICU, act on the word while He is yet speaking, even when it seems God has disappointed you; "five minutes later" He shows up.
  4. Do not settle on this side of Jordan. Be grateful for what has been fixed, but marriage, healing, elevation, deliverance and laughter are on the other side, and every voice saying you cannot cross is a liar.
  5. You were made for His glory. The glory the Father gave Jesus He has given us; believers are being changed from glory to glory, and the weight of glory makes infirmities and demons give way.
  6. Stay at the altar. A word may come for you on the day you are absent; the testimonies show God reaching people who simply kept showing up.
