THE GOD THAT ANSWERS BY FIRE

Day 1 of "The God That Answers by Fire" came straight after the close of the 21-day fast. Worship opened on Hebrews 11:6 ("you are a rewarder of those who diligently seek your face ... with you nothing is impossible") and the chorus "What you cannot do does not exist." Pastor Jerry then recounted two wonders from three weeks earlier: a word of knowledge during 7am prayers told someone sitting beside a woman confirmed clinically dead to turn up the phone volume and lay it beside her; she did not rise when the prayer ended, and the family felt God had disappointed them, but five minutes later she came back to life. A second woman, whose husband had brain cancer surgery, was told he would be unconscious for six months and might never walk. She answered the doctor, "What God cannot do does not exist," called her husband's name in the ICU and he opened his eyes; when staff removed a window to move his stretcher to the ward, he stood up on his feet.

The teaching thread was the hand of the Lord. Pharaoh would not let Israel go after the "finger of God" (Exodus 8:19); God said He would act by "a strong hand" and "an outstretched arm." Pastor Jerry declared a new season of the outstretched arm of the Lord, and built prayer on Isaiah 48:13 ("my hand laid the foundation of the earth ... I call to them and they stand up together"): whatever has been prayed for is called to answer. From Psalm 110:1 he preached rest: "Sit down at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool... You are not the one that will make them. Sit down, let me handle cancer, let me open the door." The day's declaration was Psalm 118:15-16: "The voice of rejoicing is in my tabernacle; the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly."

Prophetic prayer pictures followed one by one: the dragon standing before the pregnant woman (every pregnant woman needs a midwife, not a devourer); Saul, the tallest man in Israel, bending down to hide among the stuff on the day of his showing ("which power wants to bend you down?"); the enemy sowing tares while men slept; the Midianites rising at harvest; "I have graven you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually before me." He then walked through the hand of the Lord in Scripture: on Elijah to outrun the competition, on Ezekiel in the valley, turning the hearts of kings, writing on Belshazzar's wall, raising the widow's son on his bier, multiplying five loaves and two fish, and touching the blind man a second time until he saw clearly.

Words of knowledge covered optic neuritis, autoimmune kidney disease, testicular cancer, a hormonal imbalance, a nine-year-old who suddenly stopped talking, joint hypermobility syndrome, three family members struck by stroke in three weeks, and five doors opening for a family within seven weeks. The congregation testified "like it has happened," sowed a thanksgiving seed with "the hand of the Lord" written in the narration, and shouted three times "The hand of the Lord has settled it."

Video testimonies: HPV 52 cleared in London, years of jaw nerve pain gone in Australia, triplets after 22 years in Scotland, and a Nigerian woman from a family of eleven reduced to two who went from not affording data to a federal chairmanship. The service closed with salvation, three communions, announcements for the NSPPD Nigeria prayer conference, thanks from the pastors for the 21 days, a Psalm 91 confession and seven congratulations.

• Decree over the seed: move into a season of wonders, run with the speed of the Lord in 2025, every situation that defied the finger of God crushed like Pharaoh.

Testimonies recapped by Pastor Jerry

• Woman confirmed clinically dead (3 weeks earlier): a word of knowledge told a family member to place the phone beside her during 7am prayers. Nothing happened when the prayer ended; five minutes later she came back to life.
• Husband after brain cancer surgery: the doctor said he would be unconscious six months and might never walk; she replied "What God cannot do does not exist" and the doctor asked the brother-in-law to warn her about her behaviour. Hours later she called his name in the ICU and he opened his eyes. Experts said he could not stand for a year; while staff removed the window blades to take the stretcher out, he stood up.

Testimonies played

• Anda Apostal, London, UK: HPV 52 found in June 2023, progressing by December to abnormal cervical cells (cervical dysplasia). Introduced to the altar by a friend, she first thought the shouting and the white cloth on the head were "cuckoo." She fasted the 21 days, took communion seriously and laid it over her cervix, refused a colposcopy, and nearly left the altar. Home test on 21 January: negative, everything cleared. She hopes to visit Nigeria this year.
• Nishika Basi, Australia: a friend, Donali (spelling uncertain) from South Africa, kept sending the prayers; she ignored them, and her brother died in ICU on 21 November. Since clenching her jaw in 2019 she had nerve pain "like thousands of needles," heavy painkillers and anaemia needing transfusion ("ala" in captions). One Monday after work she finally listened to the prayer; from Tuesday morning to Friday the pain was completely gone and she had taken nothing.
• "An" from Scotland: introduced by Mrs Nadura (spelling uncertain). She kept trusting God while Pastor Jerry declared over women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s to carry their own babies. On 25 June 2024 she delivered triplets, three girls, after 22 years. She prayed for Pastor Jerry and Pastor Eno.
• Woman from a family of eleven (town unclear in captions): siblings died one after another until only two remained; her elder sister died pregnant with twins, and she had head torment and was told "madness." In a meat market she heard of four NSPPD women aged 60, 50, 45 and 30 married within one month, found one of them near the stadium, and was connected online with a phone; it was her first time buying data. Her head symptoms stopped and an alcoholic brother stopped drinking. Unexpectedly she was named zonal woman leader, then South East chairman and later South South chairman in a federal programme replacing fake fire extinguishers on heavy trucks, despite opposition. Offered bribes of 300-400 million, she refused and brought it to the altar. Pastor Jerry: "From zero to hero... these testimonies have faces."

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

• Someone on the stream who seems to have lost a loved one: let the spirit of death be broken.
• Three family members came down with stroke within three weeks: "let it all be reversed."
• Within seven weeks, five major doors open for a family in the very areas they sought God's face.

1. We are in a revival of the strange acts of God. No longer will people ask "Where is your God?"; the dead are raised and doctors' timelines collapse.
2. What God cannot do does not exist. Faith is now, not tomorrow; it answers a doctor's verdict with God's ability.
3. The finger of God was not enough for Pharaoh, so God moves by a strong hand and an outstretched arm. Situations that resisted earlier prayer now meet the hand of the Lord, and this is the season of the outstretched arm.
4. When God's hand is involved, everything must answer. The hand that laid the earth's foundation calls prayers and answers to stand up together.
5. When the hand of the Lord is involved, there is rest. "Sit down... you are not the one that will make them your footstool; I will."
6. Do not hide or bend on your day of manifestation. Like Saul among the stuff, no power should cover or bend you down after the prayer and the fasting.
7. A seed of prayer cannot produce bitterness. Any enemy sowing tares, devouring the child of promise, or rising like Midian at harvest is refused.
8. You are graven on the palms of His hands. Your walls, the boundaries you raised in prayer, are ever before Him; nobody crosses them.
