MY JOY IS FULL

MY JOY IS FULL || SUNDAY SERVICE || 26TH JANUARY 2025

After 21 days of fire, stop mourning and fill your horn with oil: your morning has come even if it is still dark, so carry joyful news, refuse every "what if", and do not sabotage what the Father has already made full.

Summary

This was day 21, the last day of the January 2025 21-day fast, and the Sunday ran as four services under one theme: my joy is full (John 16:24, "ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full"). Each service opened with worship and "speak into the week" declarations for Monday to Saturday, the 2025 call and response ("2025: nothing goes wrong around me ... Heaven and earth, my case is different, I have seen the God that sees me, El Roi"), testimonies, a message, the offering and the same block of announcements. The fast itself was to be sealed at a closing service at 5:30 pm the same evening. The cry of the day, shouted 21 times on the way back to the seats: "My joy is full."

First service opened with a long prophetic altar on "the last day of the feast" (John 7:37): "This is not like last year. This is 21 days of fire, 21 days of evidence, 21 days of result." He called for "physical manifestation by fire" on what was "settled in the spirit", declared a great and effectual door open, and said: "2025 is already different. You will talk less; there will be more evidence." Words of knowledge followed (below), including "I will announce you between February and March" and "last minute restoration." The message, from 1 Samuel 16:1-14, was a template for joy in a season of transition. God told Samuel to stop mourning and fill his horn with oil, so "the opposite of mourning is oil": live by the Spirit, not by emotions, because "if my joy is situation specific, it is not joy, it is happiness." Samuel's fear ("if Saul hear it, he will kill me") never happened, so stop building anticipation of negativity: "After this 21 days I don't want to hear 'what if'." God sent Samuel to Jesse, not to David: fathers and mothers can be gatekeepers whose names heaven knows, and "until he finds you, there are other people tied to you that must be found." Eliab looked like Saul, but this is a season of people who "don't look like it": "In seven days you will hear my testimony."

Second service was preached from Psalm 30:5. Morning starts at midnight, so it can be morning and still be dark; "between a dark morning and a bright morning is just time." That time is not chronos but kairos, and prayer engineers kairos: "Never leave your house without expecting a kairos." He read the verse as words and opposites: anger for a moment, favour for a lifetime ("don't apologize for being favoured by God"); weeping for a night, joy in the morning, a definite article. He urged people to use the womb of the morning in night prayer instead of scrolling WhatsApp and Instagram past midnight, and closed with what to do when your morning comes: celebrate but pray again, let God choose your circle, talk less, treat each morning as a seed, and "use your morning to make other people's morning happen," as Dorcas did. Testimonies included a sister delivered from a "demonic headache" in a vision and a UK care worker spared at a disciplinary hearing.

Third service taught from Luke 1:5-25 on being "a carrier of joyful news", modelled not by Zechariah but by Gabriel: "I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God." The power of what you say depends on where you dwell (Psalm 91:1-2), and "I am the presence of God." Zechariah did not doubt God; he processed God's word through his situation and body. "Until your faith does not make sense," praise ahead of time, because God's integrity is at stake (the illustration of a child who rolls on the floor thanking "Uncle" for a promised shoe). God shut Zechariah's mouth, so shut up every voice that says what God is not saying: "What you are afraid of will not happen." And "when God speaks, a new season begins." The service carried some of the day's strongest testimonies: a woman whose head was split open by a tipper truck, a Cameroonian kidnapped for four days, a broadcaster healed of nine months of bleeding, and a baby doctors said had no brain.

Fourth service read the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32) under the sub-theme "don't stop your joyful news": "The devil cannot stop what God wants to do for you. The only person that can stop your joy from being full is the person looking at me right now." The first gift the son received was the father, before the robe, ring and shoes; "there is spare in the father's house," so another garment, door, helper and breakthrough. He warned that this is a season where prodigals walk in while good sons stand outside "judging them with all the expired scriptures in their head", and read the elder brother's "kid" as a baby goat: "Be careful, immaturity can sabotage your joy." Seven testimonies were heard, several from the UK.

Information given

Theme and timing

  • Day 21, the last day of the 21-day fast of January 2025, under the theme "My joy is full". Service 4's sub-theme: "Don't stop your joyful news."
  • Closing service of the fast: this evening at 5:30 pm. Bring your own communion if you are coming. The auditorium and overflow were already full, so LED screens and speakers would be placed outside: "outside will be as good as inside."
  • He said the journey continues for him after the fast "until NSPPD is 5", which is April, and some would keep fasting with him "until April ending".

This week on the altar: five days of the God that answers by fire

  • He called this "that critical week" after the fast: "taking a break is almost looking like you want to spoil all the things the Lord has done."
  • Planned prayers: positioning for answers and to receive, operation shake it off (Monday), operation speedy accomplishment, operation no delay, breaking the power of delay, outpouring of grace, high-level defence, creation of new destiny pathways, special covering prayers over families.
  • A new prayer never prayed on the altar before: dimensions of the hand of the Lord, to begin tomorrow (Monday). "Tomorrow is a day you should never miss on the altar."
  • Write your answers or testimonies as if they have already happened, and come with whatever you downloaded from the altar.

Next Sunday and the coming weeks

  • Next Sunday (2 February 2025): theme "Rain of answers", a communion service, in all four services. Bring the answers you wrote down.
  • Midweek (Word and Fire) service returns this Thursday at 6:00 pm, opening a series running through February: "I am living in my answers."
  • Discipleship classes resume Monday 3 February at the church auditorium, 6:00 pm.
  • NSPPD Nigeria prayer conference: 7 February 2025, Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos. The first service said 6 pm; later services said 9:00 pm and called it an all-night event. Register through the QR code on the screen.
  • Church building project ongoing (account details on screen). Devotional books, MP3s of his messages and other materials available. Pick up testimony forms from the inquiry desk to be scheduled to testify.

Venue

  • He apologised in every service to people who stood outside and at the overflow: "we have outgrown this space." More room was promised by next Sunday, and the move to the new building "looks like something that may not pass the first quarter of next year" (as said; no date given).

Offering

  • In each service, offerings, tithes and partnership were raised as a wave offering: "the devourer is rebuked for your sake and the windows of heaven are opened."

First timers and new members

  • First timers, new members ("this is going to be my church") and, in service 4, people who flew in from abroad were asked to stand, were prayed over ("whatever runs in the prophetic DNA of our ministry, let the same run in your life") and asked to fill and hand in the ushers' forms.

Testimonies played / recapped

Service 2

  • Swollen legs: a woman came back from her father's burial in the village in December with both legs swollen; she could not wear slippers or stand for a minute. During the fast, at a declaration, the swelling began to dry. Healed.
  • Sister delivered from a "demonic headache": after Christmas, a younger sister fasting for the first time developed severe headache and dizziness, was admitted, given about 15 injections and diagnosed with "malaria plus", then migraine drugs, and later could not walk or eat for two days. The testifier, led to pray alone that Thursday evening, felt the fire when Papa declared "I can raise the dead, I can heal the sick ... I can interpret dreams", laid "Oh Lord show me mercy" on her bed and communion on her head, and in a vision saw Papa lead her into a bush where her sister was tied up, say "loose her", and slap the man who chased them. The sister slept through the night, dreamed Papa delivered her, and has had no headache since. The testifier gave her life to Christ on this altar in 2022.
  • UK care worker (name unclear, from North Wales): suspended on 14 August 2023, a day before her probation was to be confirmed. Sisters Aisha and Jamaa (Muslim converts in NSPPD) told her to send every letter to the altar; she played "Oh Lord show me mercy" on every device overnight and answered the voices with "I am a kingdom financier." On Tuesday 31 October 2023, about 6:55 am, Papa said a disciplinary meeting was that day, "nothing was found in you", it would end in her favour. The regional manager decided not to dismiss her, and the leave her manager refused, which she "put on the fire", let her travel to Abuja.

Service 3

  • Man from Asaba (name unclear): came to close the 2024 fast. His wife's business turned around (properties, a car, land, a shop crowded with customers); his wife fasted 14 days 6 to 6 during the mid-year fast. On contract appointment with "the apex financial institution in Nigeria", in October his salary was tripled and arrears back to July paid: "what I couldn't do for over 10 years." His six-year-old repeats the altar's words.
  • Annie, public servant and caterer, tipper accident: on 3 January, on a motorbike leaving a market near "Pap Junction" in Abuja (caption spelling), the rider swerved between a trailer and cars and a tipper hit her. Her head was split and "blood was gushing out as if it was a tap." She laid her hands on the ground: "Oh earth, my blood has spilled but you will not swallow it ... I am an NSPPDian, we don't die like that," and walked into the hospital holding her mantle. While being stitched she saw herself in a white place, then saw Papa in the blue cloth of the 31 December Passover night declaring "anybody's name registered to die in 2025, fire", while the doctors searched for blood. She woke singing "the Lord has done it, finally." X-ray and scan: nothing broken, no bleeding. She also reconciled with sisters after 10 months of strife, stopped the drugs and finished the fast.
  • Rose from Cameroon: runs an NGO whose 2023 project approval went silent. In late July she heard a "cleaner to director" testimony, flew to Abuja, stood at the altar on a Thursday crying "Arroi, I have come so that you can see me", and at 2:30 pm the contract email came: a $50,000 project, her first. Travelling back to testify with a staff member, she was kidnapped with nine Cameroonians (place unclear in captions), flogged for her "What God cannot do does not exist" T-shirt, which the kidnappers called juju, and declared over the ground "Oh earth, you will not receive my body." They fasted four days without food or water and were released on the fourth day; the kidnappers told the others to thank her. Villagers said earlier captives in that bush had been killed after ransom was paid.
  • Broadcaster, former Muslim (name sounds like Mariam): menstrual problems since her teens; fibroids diagnosed in 2010; from 16 September 2020 she bled daily for nine months, PCV fell to about 11%, adenomyosis, a biopsy read malignant, and doctors gave her three years without a hysterectomy. Sent the NSPPD link in March 2021, in May Papa said: "a woman in your late 40s, bleeding for the past nine months, the doctors say the only solution is the removal of your womb. Heaven says no." She jumped up, sowed a seed, slept for hours, and the bleeding stopped in under 24 hours; five years of normal cycles since. Further: a West African professional society award and fellowship three weeks after the 2022 prayers for businesses and careers; a dream on 27 October 2024 of Papa delivering her at a crusade "in front of the house" that was the root of her problems; three months sleeping in her car under a "siege of rejection" for apartments, broken by declarations; a fall on a dual carriageway near Area 3 junction on 5 June where speeding cars stopped; six months without her voice, restored at the word "your voice is your livelihood", then best newscaster of the year 2024. She and her twin turn 50 on 28 January, and her autobiography, ending with chapters "The Encounter" and "Celebrating a rare God's General", launches in three weeks.
  • UK mother, baby "without a brain" (name unclear): joined in October 2020; a dream in which she killed her late uncle as he attacked her sister was followed by the sister's graduate-level posting; after being singled out in a spousal visa case, she received indefinite leave to remain on 4 December; a three-month job-suspension pattern broke; a scholarship. With fibroids and a pregnancy, a scan and MRI said the baby had no brain, would be disabled with seizures, and termination was urged near 30 weeks. On 22 September around 7:20 am Papa said a baby "not developed well" in the womb at five to six months "is reversed". She refused early delivery; at 40 weeks and 4 days a healthy girl was born, "came out praising God", now one year old and "the smartest among my children."

Service 4

  • Mary John, interior decorator: from September she heard voices of death and cancer and dreamed of funerals; about 15 minutes into the first day of the fast Papa said "you are afraid of dying, you will not die", and the fear and the dreams left. On 27 October 2024 she dreamed Mommy Eno praying for single ladies, then Papa and Pastor Ugo walking in and Papa calling her full name. In late November a client silent for three years paid for a job, then a hotel, then her biggest job yet, an NDDC decoration contract.
  • "E", 22: driving to church on the Monday, her car left the road and "flew" into a tree; she climbed out unhurt, and an NSPPD woman at the scene said "nothing missing, nothing broken" and reminded her of the "Oh earth" prayers that Monday. Her brother died four years ago at 21.
  • Woman from Abia (place unclear in captions): of 11 siblings, one died every two to three years, including an elder sister pregnant with twins; a prophet kept telling her she was next, and her head felt "like someone cutting okra." In the meat market she heard of four older women who married within one month through NSPPD, found one of them, and was connected by phone. During the fast the head pain stopped and her alcoholic brother stopped drinking. She was then made a zonal women leader, a heavy truck owners' chairman, and in December signed an MOU as South South (first Southeast) chairman for a federal fire extinguisher replacement programme under the Ministry of Interior; she refused offers of 300 to 400 million naira and brought it to the altar.
  • Woman from Streams of Joy East London, birthday today: refused entry at a US port in 2014 despite a valid visa and sent to Nigeria with two suitcases; a pattern of jobs under a year; left work in 2017 to nurse her mother, who died; five years of depression, suicidal on Third Mainland Bridge. Joined NSPPD on 1 July 2021 and visited Abuja on the third Sunday of August 2021 ("give me three months"). On 9 October her UK visa came without queries; a job within one week, a better one in four months, a promotion in eight; served at the NSPPD UK conference 2022; passed both UK driving tests first time; healed of arthritis (three winters without it) and migraine. Her Hindu manager's mother was healed of cancer after emailing a prayer request. She asked for the father's blessing.
  • Tutu (name partly unclear), Abuja caterer: after a TV show, spiritual attacks and an emptiness from 2022; a boyfriend called her a "water girl" and she went to a Lagos beach to appease marine gods, which deepened the void. On 1 October 2024 she knelt and could only cry, then joined NSPPD daily; at the midweek service of 21 November Papa said "what you are afraid of will not happen." She left club events and alcohol sales, and her business, Coco's Kitchen, is thriving; this is the first fast she has completed.
  • Genevieve, East London: in 2020 her marriage crisis made her a mockery in the area where she did evangelism; via a link from a friend named Becky she heard "in that same place where you have been mocked I will honour you" and "never lacked data" again. Work with an employer after a minister's death (details unclear), then in 2022 her British brother-in-law paid for an express passport, a visa within two months, travel on her 2023 birthday. In the UK, recalled to an NHS-linked placement after being pulled out, made permanent, then a company that took over the NHS contract sponsored her certificate of sponsorship for free and she passed an exam after two weeks' preparation: "the thing you are saving money for, the Lord will give it to you for free."
  • Military officer from Zaria, Muslim background: about ten years of spiritual decline and battlefield gunshot wounds; spine surgery on 1 June 2022 at 44 Reference Hospital; a coursemate's wife sent the link and by late November he was glued to it in hospital. On day 21 of the 2023 fast, when Papa said fire falling on the righteous is revival, he began speaking in tongues; today is that anniversary. Later he prophesied over a nurse whose house was next in a demolition line, and the demolition skipped her house. His wife's line: "Have you seen flies perch on meat that is on the fire?"

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

  • One part of the body paralysed after being slapped in a dream: reversed.
  • Two children with mental illness that begins when they return to school and stops at home, despite a change of school: broken.
  • A single person whose wedding ring "they hid under a rock": broken.
  • "I will announce you between February and March": a divine visibility.
  • A divine makeover in someone's father's house; "last minute restoration" on the last day of the fast.
  • People and those connected to them "coming out of pits", dragged out by a hand of fire; new crowns; names no longer in the book of delay, shame or bondage; angels entering offices, houses and families.
  • Strongholds dealt with "year after year" that refuse to go: the congregation ran to the altar or touched a screen.
  • "Your name is no longer cancer, afflicted, unmarried, disappointed. A new name."
  • Any weeping that has lasted more than one night: reversed. Tears that hijack joy: broken.
  • Service 4: "there is spare in the father's house": restoration of lost organs, doors, helpers, spouses, open heavens.

Important message

  1. The joy promised is the fullness of answered prayer (John 16:24), not a mood that ends with the fast. It should become your daily expression and personality.
  2. The opposite of mourning is oil. Move by the Spirit, not by calculations or emotions: "This is a year of the Spirit." Joy is a fruit of the Spirit, so it exists before the evidence and is potent enough to change the situation.
  3. Stop building anticipation of negativity. What Samuel feared did not happen; "the more you build anticipation for negativity, the more your joy is stolen." Kill "what if" after the 21 days.
  4. God may find you first to reach your family. Like Jesse, you may be the gatekeeper and signpost for your father's house; that is why the burden falls on you.
  5. God does not see as man sees. This is a season of people who "don't look like it" and will be embarrassed with evidence that sounds like a lie.
  6. It can be morning while it is still dark. Prayer turns chronos into kairos, so expect a kairos every day you leave the house.
  7. God is not angry with you; his anger is for a moment and his favour for a lifetime. Do not apologise for being favoured.
  8. When your morning comes, pray again, let God choose your circle, talk less, sow the morning as a seed, and use it to bring other people's mornings.
  9. Carry joyful news like Gabriel by living in the presence; your words carry the weight of where you dwell. Receive God's word from God, not through your situation or your body.
  10. When God speaks, a new season begins. Praise ahead of time; whatever contradicts his word must be silenced.
  11. The father is the first gift and all you need. There is spare in the father's house for everything lost.
  12. You alone can sabotage your joy: by standing outside like the elder brother, judging those God is restoring, by a restrictive mindset, or by feeding on immaturity. Open your mind; do not cap what God can do.

What he asks of us

Today / this season

  • Shout "my joy is full" 21 times on the way back to your seat; walk up to 14, 15, 7 and 21 people (by service) and tell them "my joy is full" or "my joy is full and my good news is on the way."
  • Reject in ten seconds whatever you do not want to see again: "The Lord has rejected it."
  • Declare what you see, from January to December, and rehearse your testimony aloud as if it has happened.
  • Drop "what if"; when English fails you in prayer, pray in pidgin or your own language.
  • Start night prayer small, 10 to 15 minutes, instead of scrolling past midnight.
  • Do not stop praying after the fast; keep the spiritual disciplines that make the oil flow.
  • Bring offerings, tithes and partnership as a wave offering.
  • Come back for the fast's closing service at 5:30 pm with your communion; hold on to your bags.
  • First timers and new members: fill in the ushers' forms.

Tomorrow / upcoming

  • Do not miss the five days of the God that answers by fire, starting with the "dimensions of the hand of the Lord" prayer on Monday.
  • Write your answers as already happened and bring them, with whatever you downloaded, to the altar and to next Sunday's "Rain of answers" communion service.
  • Attend the midweek service on Thursday at 6 pm ("I am living in my answers") and discipleship class from Monday 3 February at 6 pm.
  • Register by QR code for the NSPPD Nigeria prayer conference, 7 February, Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
  • Support the church building project; pick up testimony forms to testify next Sunday.

UK / other locations

  • Several testifiers came from the UK (North Wales, East London) and from Cameroon. Visitors from outside Nigeria were asked to stand in service 4 and were prayed over for "a turnaround that sounds like a lie."
