When Israel was leaving, Pharaoh knew he could not stop them, so he would mix: faith with doubt, favour with disappointment, promise with delay, prophecy with negative confession, laughter with sadness, consecration with defilement, good news with bad news, joy with pain, health with sickness, rising with failure. Every good and perfect gift comes from above, with no variableness and no shadow of turning, so the mix is refused. When Pharaoh wanted the Hebrew infant boys dead, he looked for Hebrew midwives: he uses the Hebrews against the Hebrews, your order against your order, your mistake, your helper, your brother, your sister, your mother, your father. The answer is no, and the shout is \"Reverse.\" There was light in Goshen and darkness in Egypt, and Pharaoh was still saying no, and they were still in bondage. Light shines in darkness and the darkness does not comprehend it. The entrance of the word brings light, and the eyes of the understanding are enlightened. If you have seen light, you break out. You are not an ordinary light. You are the light of the world, a city on a hill that cannot be hidden. Pharaoh's other trick is to let you go and then run after you: you start to celebrate, you lift your hand to thank Jesus, and he comes to rubbish the testimony. Miscarriage, fibroid, depression, and whatever is following family, career, and business that is not of God: fire, clear the way. The children of Israel entered Egypt because of the good news of Joseph; years later that good news became bad news. Any Pharaoh that rises to turn your good news into bad news is reversed. The magicians told Moses they could do the same. You prayed and they fortified it; you fasted and the attack seemed to return. Aaron's rod swallowed theirs. Let the rod of God swallow anything that arose because you prayed. He prays that the Lord break the backbone of those who want you to fail, and the confidence of those who predicted your shame, who said the Lord will not help you, who said \"let us see how we will be alive and this one will thrive\", and who took counsel from an evil altar.\n\nWords of knowledge run through the prayer, several of them tied to \"if you are the one, put it on the livestream\". A child in hospital about to give up is reversed. Someone woke with a swollen face and swollen legs, afraid it is organ failure: Arroi said no, and before the prayer is over the swelling goes, if the testimony comes back. A demonic traffic warden is diverting what is coming; they will not divert it. Every trap and banana peel set for you fails. You will not love what will destroy you or shame you. Anyone standing at the transition gate, saying you will not enter, is blown out by a wild wind of the Lord. Nothing will come out of their wickedness. Anyone in the house who is not of God, from the help and the gateman to the steward, the chef, the cook, and the friend, is picked out by fire. You got to the door and they shut it in your face: that door opens. Lift the project you want completed. A mantle of transgenerational longevity comes on business, ministry, and career. Your name is coming up in rooms, houses, offices, and high places, and it will be for your favour. You will not get it and lose it again. Lift the congratulation note and let the Spirit breathe life into it. He asks why you are discouraged, and says your desires will be fulfilled upon your children. Five more years added by a satanic delay, seven more years because of a mistake, ten more years because of their conspiracy: the Lord is deleting them. Lift what you wrote. The cry he gives them to scream is \"It will still happen.\"\n\nHe tells them the altar is not done with Pharaoh. Tomorrow, Friday, is a day of glory and honour: come with the paper where you wrote \"it will still happen\", and they will declare it again. Tomorrow's cries are \"My joy is full\" and \"No negative crossover\". They will pray for families again, so come with pictures of family members. Any woman desiring the fruit of the womb should not miss tomorrow. Any woman delayed in marriage and marital settlement: tomorrow is her day. On their knees they release a seed of thanksgiving, intentional, listening to whatever God tells them, and they write everywhere either \"Pharaoh has been crushed\" or \"No more spirit of Pharaoh.\" The decree over the seed: no more spirit of Pharaoh; every Pharaoh has been crushed; Arroi has lifted your head; this is the season you prayed about and it is raining answers; what is yours is no longer bound; your open door has appeared; carry your evidence; delay is broken; disappointment is chased away; every negativity is rolled away. Testimonies have started: the email has entered, the SMS has entered, that conversation has ended in your favour, and the voice that said you will never get it has been silenced. A woman joined the UK conference from her living room: back pain for about two years, two emergency visits, a physical examination the caption calls \"dumb instability\" (lumbar instability is the likely reading), physiotherapy dated 31 March 2026 which she did not attend, and strong painkillers including codeine. She danced until her husband, who is not on NSPPD, joined her. She stands about eight hours a day for work. Through two weeks of long shifts, seven to eight hours, the pain was gone and she stopped adjusting her stance. A second back-pain testimony, from the UK conference grounds: pain since a 2024 C-section, CT, MRI, physiotherapy, and acupuncture had not ended it. During the shaking prayer she took her healing. It was instant. She had not worked for 24 months and has gone back to work. A woman marks one month since she joined that UK conference and received healing of constant urination and a hyperactive bladder: it stopped when she opened YouTube, she stood five hours, and a month later, with no medication, she can go ten hours. She also tells of a 63 year old woman on the grounds who had lived with it since she was six, 57 years, and went five hours with no need of the washroom. Barid Leon (spelling as captioned) from Port Harcourt (caption \"Portac\") brings three. His son damaged a knee ligament playing rugby in the UK about four years ago; the NHS record named bilateral osteochondral defects and multiple loose bodies; the knee locked, with fever and a life of pain. Brought to the altar last year, the young man walks and runs. His wife had two friends walk into her office almost together: one offered an opportunity, the other financed it, and months of searching finished in 30 minutes. A later checkup found an asymmetric density in her left breast; a month later they could not find it. He himself, almost two years on the altar, has moved from anxiety, frustration, fear, and near depression into peace. He has not seen the wind or the rain, and his valley stays full of water. Pastor Jerry tells him the oil on his head will never run dry, it will cross this generation, and God will put a man in the home to carry the torch.\n\nAn auxiliary nurse tells a fifteen year story. Ulcer and gas pain, injections of pentazocine (caption \"pentatosin\"), a collapse in the United Arab Emirates, and a bladder stone quoted at 21,000 dirham, about eight million naira at the time, in 2023. She would not do the surgery. A tenant pointed her to NSPPD; the English was too much and she did not join. In 2023 an open wound on her leg was large enough that she believes the leg would have been cut if she were not a nurse. In December a visitor opened the programme on her phone. The next days she ate beans, yam, and bread, foods she had avoided for fifteen years (only pap, and rice if it was soft). She stopped the injections. She began to fast that January. On the 11th, Pastor Jerry called bladder stones and she claimed it. Urination returned. Her blood pressure, 200 over 190, came down. An abandoned foundation from 2020 became a house at the back and a hospital at the front, which she named Arroi Clinic. She speaks of eight men in the family who thought a girl could do nothing unless she lived loosely, and of relatives with degrees whose own hospital had closed, now asking who owns hers. She prays that Pastor Jerry will live, longer than 120 years. Another woman (the caption opens \"Nikipedia\", so the name does not settle) joined in 2023, believed for a son, and was pregnant by October 2024, after Pastor Jerry's birthday. At seven months a cat kept defecating in front of the house; she shouted and it ran. That night a boy and a girl in a dream both said they would deal with her. Two weeks later she bled from the breast. A mammogram was BIRADS 4 (caption \"bridge four\"). She delivered her boy, then was partially paralysed, and walked again. Biopsy stayed suspicious. After the lump was removed she was told metaplastic carcinoma (caption \"metablastic\"). On 11 September 2025, results still showed cancer despite treatment. On the altar the name moved, as she heard it, from metastatic to invasive carcinoma, and she claimed the reversal, including a lymph-node word (caption \"leaf note\" \u002F \"leave not\"). Her CT cleared: the liver was no longer enlarged, and there was no evidence of metastasis. An older sample, on immunohistochemistry, then read as triple negative. The next day the altar called \"triple negative cancer, be reversed.\" Doctors said the CT was clear and ordered a tumour-marker test. The normal range she was given was 0 to 36 or 32. Hers was 16. She lists what Arroi cleared: metaplastic carcinoma, invasive ductal carcinoma (caption \"invasive daughter\"), and triple negative disease. She is alive, and her son is breastfeeding (caption \"basting\").\n\nPastor Jerry's reading of the reel: he does not care how many names the devil has put on a life or on a family member; let them all drop off. Metaplastic, invasive, triple negative: the devil kept changing the name, and the healer never changes, the same Jesus yesterday, today, and forever. An auxiliary nurse has built a hospital and will employ doctors. The testimonies today are multiple problems cleared in one life, from the last story back through the bilateral osteochondral defects, and the UK conference is still producing them. If that is so, the one coming in Ghana includes the person looking at him. Even if the demons hold a meeting in their camp today, you will partake. They repeat, \"My father, Ghana conference is for me.\" Nothing should stop you from what God will do tomorrow: tell friends and family, and recast it in their ears. Salvation is led again. They witnessed it, saw him buried, covered him with sand, and are marching on it. The Pharaoh who would use you against you, the one who stands at the transition and will not let you enter, and the one who brings a mixed multitude to mix sorrow with joy and disappointment with favour: the devil is a liar, and they have been dealt with. They will not return. Another minister says what strikes him is that the prayer is all-encompassing. Through this spirit you see a force that says even if you start with joy you will end in pain. They entered Egypt with joy, Joseph alive, a mega miracle, and Pharaoh said they must not leave with joy. We never start with joy and end with pain. No Pharaoh will cause your joy to turn to sorrow. They stand, lift the right hand, and declare Psalm 91: dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, abiding under the shadow of the Almighty, the Lord your refuge and fortress, in Him you trust. Ahead of what God is about to do, congratulations, said through to a seventh time.
