AND THE LORD BROKE THE DELAY//CONGRATULATIONS EVERYWHERE

The stream opened with a montage of altar moments that plays again at the very end: wheelchairs seen lifted, a woman looking for the fruit of the womb told to carry her evidence "no matter what the medical report," the cry "whatever followed you here, you will not live with it," "my Lazarus is not dead," and the salvation prayer. Then the prayer proper began, and it had one target from start to finish: delay. The day before had been announced as the day the altar would take on delay, and this was it.

Pastor Jerry built the attack on "the Lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed," "behold, I will do a new thing," and "the Lord will speak, and it will be fulfilled without delay." He declared that God sends forth his commandment and his word runs swiftly, that a great and effectual door is open though there are many adversaries, and that the Lord has finished the work and cut it short in righteousness: "a short work has the Lord done in my life." Whatever the heavenly Father did not plant, delay included, must be uprooted. The years the locust ate were called back, rain was declared "in due season, not after the season," and the congregation was made to shout, "Have you not heard? I cannot be delayed."

The long middle of the prayer was a map of the kinds of delay, each answered with "let it be broken" or "let it be reversed": delay that comes as slow movement so you do not know you are being delayed, movement without direction or vision, delay at the edge of breakthrough, delay passed from one generation to another, delay from your own mistakes, from repeated disappointment, from mystery, delay wrapped up in systems, policies and structures, territorial delay where nobody moves forward while "they" are in charge, delay waiting at your transition gate, delay that makes 2 days become 20 years, one area of life working while another is held back, a calendar altered, a strong man supervising delay, and the garment of delay a person wears without knowing. He had people shake off every delay they had accepted as part of their lives and shout "I have overstayed... I break out in Jesus name." Two Gospel stories carried the teaching: the man at the pool who waited 38 years for one moving of the water, to whom Jesus came instead, so "what you have been running to, they are running to you"; and the fig tree given one more year while the vine dresser digs around it, so "I will not be cut down."

A run of words of knowledge followed with "if you are the one, put it on the live stream." He then led a seed of thanksgiving with the narration "delay has been broken," a rededication of businesses, careers, children and marriages under the blood of Jesus (the rededication announced the day before), and a set of declarations against delay: "I operate by the speed of the Holy Ghost. I am not inhibited, limited or controlled by the calendar of man. I am ahead of time." The prophetic word for the day: "No more delay." He closed the prayer with "Oh Lord, show me mercy, my case is an emergency," which is tomorrow's prayer.

Five testimonies were played: a woman in Australia whose marriage, relocation, delayed visa, baby and permanent residency all came through the altar; a UK girl healed of tics who went on to score all A's in her GCSEs; a boy in Ghana who went suddenly blind and could see the moment the word came; a mother healed of seizures and then of a diabetic wound that vanished in the bath; and a woman whose scan showed a malignant breast mass and came back clear. Pastor K reflected that delay had been given a technical knockout and a funeral, and the service ended with Psalm 91 and seven rounds of congratulations.

Tomorrow's prayer

• Wednesday 23 September: "Oh Lord, show me mercy." If you were on today's prayer for delay, nothing should stop you from being on the mercy prayer tomorrow, "because mercy is about to speak in places where you can never speak."

Salvation

• Salvation prayer led (and shown again in the montage): "Lord Jesus, come into my life. Come and be my Lord and personal Savior. Forgive me my sins. Cleanse me. Sanctify me. And make me pure and holy again."

Seed of thanksgiving and rededication

• On your knees, put together a seed of thanksgiving. The narration: "Delay has been broken." He told people who knew today was for them to do whatever the Lord asks.
• Rededication: raise whatever you want to rededicate, business, career, children, family, marriage. The Lord was declared to be placing his hand on it, consecrating it, anointing it afresh, setting it apart, and releasing blessing, access and newness, under the blood of Jesus.

Declarations against delay

• I operate by the speed of the Holy Ghost. I am not inhibited, limited or controlled by the calendar of man. I am ahead of time.
• I am born of the Spirit, and spirits cannot be tied down. Delay does not even know who I am; we do not operate in the same environment.
• My father's house, my career, my business and my children are totally delivered from the power of delay.
• A mighty restoration came out of where the enemy created delay. Delay became my miracle and my advantage. They thought I was being delayed, but it was divine orchestration.
• Prophecies have become answers. No gaps, no silence. This word is quick and powerful, therefore I am quick and powerful.
• Finally, my wait is over. Everything happened at the same time.

Communion

Three servings:

3. The communion of answers. On your knees, thank the Lord for the three things he has done. "I decree it is done."

Every liquid and substance was prayed over to cease to be ordinary and become the blood and flesh of Jesus.

Testimonies played / recapped

• A woman in Australia (captions "Unalum"). Joined NSPPD in 2021, the youngest of four grown daughters with only the eldest married, nine years before, and no other wedding bells in her father's house. She met her husband on the altar and married in 2022. In that December's 31 prayer points for the new year she wrote down his career, and a job in Australia came exactly as written, all expenses paid. Her own visa was held up when her chest X-ray showed opacities from tuberculosis caught after an outbreak in her student days; retests dragged on and her husband had to go ahead. In the January fasting the word came, "that process may not have looked good, but suddenly you have your evidence," and the visa was approved. During Pastor Jerry's birthday season in 2024 she conceived that same week; her daughter is thriving. Latest: Australian permanent residency for the family, for the woman who was almost deported on arrival. Her mother joined the altar and was healed of a condition the captions garble ("entputations") and of hemorrhoids, and her single sister married and has a baby boy.
• Udu, from the UK, for her daughter Isabella. After chickenpox early this year Isabella developed tics (captions "takes"), involuntary jerking and shaking of different parts of her body, and the doctors said there is no cure. Her mother taught her to fast and vowed to testify. A word came: "some parts of your body will be shaking, you cannot control them, let it be reversed." Isabella sat her GCSEs in July and got all A's, and the tics are gone.
• A mother in Ghana (captions "Ailia"), for her son. In October 2024 he came home saying he could not see the board, and the next morning he could not see anything. She applied the communion to his eyes every day. Around March 2025 the word came: "your 11-year-old son suddenly went blind for no reason, let it be reversed." She asked him on the spot if he could see her and the TV, and he said he could see everything. He has seen since.
• A daughter, for her mother. Hypertensive since 2000, a stroke with paralysis in 2011, surgery in May 2025, then in August 2025 seizures up to four times a day; the neurologist found scars in her brain and prescribed medication at 250,000 naira for two weeks, to be taken for two years. In September the word "seizure, let it be reversed" came, and there has been no seizure for one year. In October she was diagnosed with diabetes, and in November woke with an open wound on her leg. On the 21st the word came, "diabetes disappear," and that evening in the bath the wound was gone. Her sugar level now reads five. The family said they were helpless after their father died and now know where to go.
• Blessing. She went for an MRI on 10 August for a check, and on 11 August the result read malignant (captions "Maligian"); a scan showed a cystic mass, lumps and thickening measuring 16 by 6. She and a friend's husband presented the result to God and took communion. She held on to a lump testimony played on 17 August and a word on 27 August, "this challenge will not lead to something worse" (the captions give the dates in that order). On the morning she went to see the doctor with a repeat scan, the word came, "any woman with breast cancer, by the mercies of God, let it be reversed," and the doctor found nothing. She had been healed on the altar before of a condition the captions render "high rod" (uncertain).
• Pastor K's recap: "this is cancer, not body pain"; the wound seen that morning gone by the shower; the precision of the word on the 11-year-old's sudden blindness; and the first testimony as a "multiple testimony" that touched her sisters, her mother, her immigration and her husband: "it will go around your family."

• "They are 10, six have been removed and they are giving you four, and you are still happy": the Lord says it is not complete. Any power that wants to short change you or your children in the new season, reversed.

1. Delay is not neutral and not normal. It has sources, a planter, a strong man supervising it, systems and territories enforcing it, and none of it was planted by the Father, so it must be uprooted.
2. Delay is often invisible. It can come as slow movement, as movement without direction, as a garment you wear without knowing, even as a cancer; the worst kind is the delay you have accepted as your normal way of doing things.
3. God cuts the work short in righteousness. What he speaks is fulfilled without delay, his word runs swiftly, and he can restore every year, opportunity and joy the delay stole.
4. This is not a season of making effort. At the pool the man ran to the water for 38 years; Jesus came to him. It is not only one door, and what you have been running after will run to you.
5. You will not be cut down. Like the fig tree given one more year, what looks fruitless is being dug around, and any hand, arrow or attack behind the delay is being dug out.
6. Grace carries you even past your own reluctance. Like Lot dragged out by the angels, even the one who likes their delay is being dragged out.
7. Faith is not the condition for this word: "whether you have faith or you do not have faith, this one will be confirmed with an evidence."
8. Things will now happen at the same time, one thing fast on the heels of another. The delay of yesterday is the testimony of today.
