THE WAIT IS OVER; THE SIEGE IS BROKEN

The stream runs across more than one Sunday service, so the same theme, the same announcement block and the same welcome are heard several times. It opens with praise called prophetic: as I praise today, let foundations shake, let all doors open, let chains break. Pastor Jerry then walks the congregation through the week day by day, Monday to Saturday, declaring an end to prophecy that never arrives, to satanic enthronement, to famine and blockade, and to going round in circles. The cry of the day is fixed early and repeated all morning: "The wait is over. The siege is broken."

The first teaching comes from Mark 5. Before the legion ever spoke through the man of the tombs, the attack landed on his mind, and when Jesus was done the man was sitting, clothed and in his right mind. The Lord did not fix his scars, he fixed his mind, so your mindset should tell your story, not your scars. Pastor Jerry pressed two more things out of the same chapter: the demons begged to stay in the country rather than leave, which is how one battle moves from health to marriage to career, and the man lost his identity, answering "we are legion" when he was asked who he was. Never tell life what is going on, tell life what God has said.

The second passage is Luke 18, the widow and the unjust judge. The judge is the system that neither fears God nor regards man: pronouncements, foundations, environments, mistakes dug up and held before God by the accuser. The widow is a holy troublemaker, and the judge's one fear is her continual coming. That became the charge of the service, "operation continue coming": continual prayer, continual declaration, continual warfare, because no system is bigger than God.

The third passage is John 5, the man at the pool of Bethesda after 38 years. His answer was "Sir, I have no man", and Jesus never addressed the man he was waiting for. Where the angel troubled the water there was drama and competition, but Jesus came with no drama at all. Then Jesus spoke to him as though he were already healed: rise, take up thy bed, walk. Change your posture, take responsibility, move. Watch your company too, because the man lay among the blind, the halt and the withered, all of them waiting.

A long testimony block follows, with immigration reversals from Canada and the UK, deliverance from a spiritual husband, a stroke reversed, a customs officer decorated as assistant comptroller general, a valedictorian son, a business turned around, and a baby weaned off oxygen after sepsis. A separate teenagers section, the Trailblazers, ran under the banner Storm Crushers, with a generation gap panel, a courtroom sketch and a message from Matthew 14 on focus, words and action. Pastor Jerry closed by preaching to the teenagers from the life of David between the ages of 15 and 19.

Theme and timing

• Theme of the day: the wait is over, the siege is broken. Sunday 6 September 2026, Streams of Joy Abuja, across the Sunday services including a teenagers service.
• Next Sunday's theme: "When God helps a man." It is a communion service and it holds in all four Sunday services.
• Monday: Fullness of Answers, also called Furnace of Answers, the global crusade on the altar of fire. Special prayers for children, special prayers for females and the males who love them, special prayers over the works of your hands, and prayers for those who should have crossed over but are still tied up. Come with a symbol of the work of your hands.
• Monday: discipleship and membership class at the church premises, 6 p.m., for new members and those who just gave their life to Christ.
• Tuesday: maturity class at the church premises, 6 p.m., new series on seeing visions, this week on how to see God ordained visions rather than false ones.
• Thursday: midweek Word and Fire service, theme "Built to Last, the kingdom that never ends."
• 22 and 29 October: midweek services at the new church site, returning to the current premises for Sunday service. From the 29th the move is permanent.
• 1 November: first Sunday service at the new church. No more services at the current auditorium after that.
• Sunday 6 December: global church anniversary in all services at the new premises. Dress code is black monochrome head to toe for men, including the embroidery, and gold monochrome head to toe for women.
• The inauguration and dedication of the new church will feature the ministry of Pastor Nathaniel Obasi. There is no dress code for the inauguration itself, come as you are.
• Saturday 12 September 2026: choir audition for new and intending members at the church premises.
• 20 September: Gems and Jewels singles hangout for those 39 and below, "Becoming, the journey of purpose", 4 p.m.

Salvation

• First timers and those making Streams of Joy their church were called out, prayed for, and asked to fill the usher's form and hand it to an usher or the inquiry desk on the way out. Prayer over them: whatever runs in the prophetic DNA of this ministry, let the same run in your life, nothing missing and nothing broken.

• Offerings, tithe and partnership were raised as a wave offering in every service, with the charge not to normalise withholding the tenth.
• The church building project is ongoing, account details on the screen. Pastor Jerry noted that single individuals who do not even live in Abuja have given billions to the project.
• Devotional books and MP3s of the man of God's messages are available at the emporium.

House rules for the new auditorium

• No water carried into the main hall, it is rugged end to end.
• No food inside the main hall, so no rodents.
• No chewing gum stuck under the chairs, and no littering of the auditorium.
• The new children's church is described as classic and ultra modern, and children are to be taken there.

Testimonies played or given

• Cynthia, a teacher at SOJ Academy, immigration challenge reversed. Her first son left for Canada on 3 January 2012 and his papers stalled. She joined NSPPD in January 2021 through a colleague, and the PR came 12 years later. She wrote "what God cannot do does not exist" at the end of a reminder letter for her second son, and the passport was requested the second day. A refused work permit renewal on 14 September 2025 fell on a service also titled the wait is over. The first son's citizenship ceremony held on 24 July after he scored 20 over 20 on the test, and the second son's permanent residency was approved on 15 August with his job restored the next day.
• Kennet Jennet, salvation and deliverance. Molested from about age 12 or 13 by her stepfather, who claimed a prophet told him it would bring money, she left home for the street. She first joined NSPPD in Lagos through a friend, dropped it, was sent the link again on Facebook Messenger, then became consistent on the fire altar. She burned her smoking materials, gave her life to Christ last June, joined the 2025 midyear fast, and the demonic dreams of a spiritual husband stopped last month.
• A woman who survived a road accident travelling from Bayelsa. The tyre burst, she shouted Arroi, and she came out with no injury apart from her hand, with a bridge ahead of her. Pastor Jerry's reply: the angel over this commission is ever at alert, you do not need papa's contact.
• Osazoba, family restoration, salvation, visa, distinction and three jobs. He joined NSPPD in 2023 during a family restoration service, and a father estranged for about 20 years started calling. He got born again the same year, was offered a UK nursing place, and his visa was approved in under 25 days after the 2024 midyear fast. He submitted an assessment with no reference list, an automatic fail, and still got a B, then graduated with distinction with 95 in more than five courses. He wrote down what he wanted, and got a band five nursing job on the day of his February 2026 interview, then two more offers, and withdrew from more than ten interviews. He has not yet graduated from nursing school.
• Judith, based in the UK, two testimonies. Her son Gerald's blood pressure fell to 77 over 40 after medication, and her daughter woke at 11.30 p.m. saying she had dreamt he died. She used the mantle, the anointing oil and the recorded morning service, and his readings climbed back to 101. Her own attack came on 28 April, after a dream of a skeletal hand reaching into her rib cage. She lost consciousness in waves, felt her spirit leaving her body, and the ambulance and hospital found nothing wrong. Her aunt gave her the mantle, holy communion and the 7 a.m. prayer, she flew to Nigeria, became consistent on the altar, and her healing was completed after the pastor's birthday. She also began speaking in tongues.
• Cynthia from Manchester, immigration, marriage, exams and job. The UK told her to leave on or before January 2023, and with three or four days left and a ticket bought, a word came that the wait was over. A woman she had never met said her spirit had been troubling her, connected her to a man who returned from Nigeria to help, and the application went through in hours and she was given a certificate of sponsorship. She married through this altar, passed her nursing exam after Pastor Philip prayed, then did the 15 minute dance from 1 April through the month and received three offers in one week. She came heavy hearted on Sunday 25 April, the wait is over, went blank in her 26 April interview and asked them to call it off, and the manager rang later the same day to give her the job.
• Narmon, protection, medicals and a Kuwait visa. After the morning prayer his son moved away from a spot where a pole then fell and scattered, minutes before his wife's sister arrived with her baby who usually sat there. He had earlier stopped drinking. His travel medical came back unfit with abnormal liver function and sugar at 246. He used his bangle as a mantle, took communion with sachet water, and the liver test moved from 10 over 30 to 30 over 30 and the sugar fell to 88. After a declaration that every darkness expires, the embassy called within 20 minutes and the visa was issued.
• Chibu Debor, Nigerian Customs Service. She found the ministry in the BlackBerry ping days and joined the NSPPD live prayer in 2020. Her brother in law survived a container falling on his car in 2020 and her husband survived a 2023 crash, both with nothing broken. She drops a symbol of the rank she is believing for in church before each interview. Promotions followed to deputy controller, then controller two years later, then acting assistant comptroller general, and after the board sat on 2 September she was decorated with the substantive rank of assistant comptroller general.
• Joy ODK, accommodation, job and a broken pattern of death. She came to Abuja from Benin traumatised, and a family gave her accommodation and a job. Three cousins had died in successive years on 31 July, 19 July and 29 July, the last a 27 year old. Her family fasted 15, 16 and 17 May, and she shared the 15 May family liberation prayer link with her siblings. July passed and nobody died.
• Laric Edge, her mother's stroke and her own new season. Her mother, then 62, arrived with a paralysed right hand and leg. She played NSPPD, gave her communion with water, and after a declaration that every stroke in families be reversed her mother recovered her weight, her complexion, her walking and her bladder control within a month, without drugs. Laric then travelled to Abuja on faith with no money, and a family friend sent her full fare at about 1.03 a.m. A shop space in Guzape was held for her for three weeks until her mother sent the money, five days after a word that help would come. She is 32 and now self employed.
• Uloma, a job, a school and a valedictorian son. She walked in during a third service in 2024 with no job, took hold of the "give me three months" word, and within about a week walked into Christian School Abuja with her CV. She was given an appointment letter just before the third month. Her son Derek Odwagu was admitted to the school in September 2024. She laid hands on the honour board and declared his name onto it. He came second in year five, then took overall best and valedictorian for 2025 and 2026, with awards in eight of twelve subjects. He had been born lifeless eleven years earlier and was revived after she prayed in tongues for an hour.
• A businesswoman with a marriage under strain. She rented a store in December 2024 with her savings, gave birth in February, had no start up money after her father in law's death shifted the family funds to a burial, and was turned back from another church because the baby was not yet dedicated. She drove to Streams of Joy instead and raised her three month old on a children's day. On 22 August 2025, the pastor's birthday, her sister sent her 7 million naira after a dream. Weekly profit rose from 40,000 naira to over a million, her tithe from 10,000 to 100,000 a week, her page reached the UK, Canada, the US and Italy, and she bought a delivery bike for 1.7 million with the store still full.
• Gloria, from Warri. She has gestational diabetes in every pregnancy. Her second son, born in 2024, had sepsis, jaundice and low sugar, spent two weeks on oxygen and died on 15 September 2024. She joined the altar, conceived in March 2025, and her daughter was born with the same sepsis, jaundice and low sugar, then seizures, and needed a full blood transfusion in ICU. Holding on to "affliction will not arise a second time" and "Oh Lord show me mercy", she heard a service on Jabez where the pastor said foolish people will still call you the old name but this time your blessing will do the talking, and he called out her name, the only English name among the four he listed. She went in an hour later to find the oxygen already being weaned off, and refused to let it be put back. The baby is nine months old, with no seizure since, and is meeting her milestones despite the slow development prognosis.

Words of knowledge and healing declarations

• Every hole in the heart, seal up right now.
• The garment of rejection is being torn off someone who has suffered rejection upon rejection. Anywhere you suffered rejection before, it will not happen again.
• To someone told that good things do not last in their life, every such arrangement reversed.
• 16 miscarriages, it will never happen again, let it be reversed.
• Someone whose crown was taken and given to a person lower than them, reversed. Someone taken to a wilderness of dryness where their voice would no longer be heard, reversed.
• Nobody will associate you with an obituary this month, and nobody will gather to tell you sorry by Tuesday morning.
• The mantle of remembrance, that grace that makes men be remembered by people that matter, rest upon you. Conversations will be held this week where your name will come up.
• I decree that womb is open right now, you are getting pregnant, this one will work.
• Healing declarations over diabetes and hypertension, meningitis (caption "menitis"), respiratory distress, patterns of cancer that run in families, kidney, liver and heart, the reproductive system, migraine, insomnia, heart enlargement, fatty liver, fluid in the lungs, slow development in children, heart palpitations and tremors, any form of paralysis, and any lump, tumour, growth or skin tag.
• Every fear of death and arrow of death broken. Anybody the devil has marked for death, reversed. No stray bullet will find you.
• Timed words: your evidence this week; every day of this week will become one year, so seven years restored in one week; 40 years in one day; before Wednesday becomes Thursday this word becomes evidence; before Wednesday morning the big one lands at your door; before 6 p.m. today your testimony will be waiting for you.

Teenagers service, the Storm Crushers

• The Trailblazers ran a generation gap game, Bridging the Gap, between team Gen Z and team OG, then a panel discussion with David, Mrs Chukura, Miss Caroline Chukura and Mr Barnabas, moderated by Timmy Dara Shuname. Themes were comparison, the reasons behind house rules, sexuality, and parents being the first and loudest voice rather than the last.
• A courtroom sketch, the accuser versus this generation, called trauma, depression and temptation as witnesses and returned a verdict of not guilty on the ground of Romans 8:1.
• A guest minister preached Matthew 14 on three practical steps to crushing a storm: focus, because Peter walked while his gaze was fixed; words, because the storms can hear you; and action, because faith without works is dead.
• Pastor Jerry closed by preaching on David between the ages of 15 and 19: he knew the covenant, he was separated and quarantined, he was bullied by Eliab, and he had a CV to present to a king. He warned against pornography, AI chat companions and early dating, told teenagers not to claim depression early, and promised to create more time for the teenagers.
• He also mentioned a CNN report on the ministry that became the second most subscribed story from the region in America, with a follow up planned in Manchester.

1. There is no such thing as endless waiting in the life of a believer. Divine waiting builds capacity, and while you are in it you grow without even knowing you are waiting. Satanic waiting is a lie sold to you through your mistakes, your ignorance, intense warfare, lack of revelation, wrong company, what was transferred from your parents, or the culture of an environment or a career.
2. The devil has no power to implement what you have not agreed to. When you are frustrated or discouraged you find yourself agreeing, so step back and ask what you agreed to, then reverse it.
3. Transition seasons are manned with gates, and gates need keys, not just authority. Even heaven has several gates. Without the revelation that opens the gate of your business or your city, you will stay average inside it.
4. The first attack is on the mind. The more ungodly things you let in, the more you are blowing a whistle for legions. God did not fix the man's scars, he fixed his mind, so let your mindset tell your story and let your scars become your thanksgiving rather than your depression.
5. You are not exempt from warfare, but you were mandated to carry victory, not warfare. Do not confess what you are going through, declare the victory you have.
6. Never lose your identity to what is happening to you. Jesus asked the man who he was and the legions answered. Life will ask you who you are, so tell it what God has said.
7. When a spirit leaves one area it will try to stay in the territory and move to another. Do not let it leave your health and enter your marriage. Make it pack its load and get out.
8. No system is bigger than God. Herod, Nebuchadnezzar and every empire that grew large enough to imitate God were reminded that there is a God who lives in the heavens.
9. The unjust judge does not fear God nor regard man, and his only fear is a widow's continual coming. Be a holy troublemaker. The devil is not afraid of a one off prayer. Continual prayer, continual declaration, continual warfare, until systems and strongholds shift.
10. When your answer comes it will come with no drama. There will be no troubled water and no competition. What God is doing for you is personal to you, and people will only hear about it after he has finished with you.
11. God speaks to you as if it has already happened. "Rise, take up thy bed, and walk" came before the healing. Live like it is already done. And even when the law of the day is against it, as the Sabbath was, the Lord has spoken a word.
12. Rise, take responsibility, move. Change your posture, take up your bed, then walk, and everything will align.
13. Be careful of your circle. The man at the pool lay among people who were all waiting. Your own will not be like their own, no matter what has always happened in your family.
14. To the teenagers: you are not too young to carry revival or fire, your bullies are empty vessels afraid of your potential, God separates you before he distinguishes you, and you should prove your supporters right rather than your haters wrong.

Today and this week

• Declare it out loud and keep declaring it: "The wait is over. The siege is broken." He asked repeatedly for it to be screamed into the ears of five, seven and fourteen people around you.
• Make your praise prophetic: as I praise today, let foundations shake, let all doors open, let chains break.
• Pray the reversal out loud: "My father, whatever I have agreed to that is against your will for my life, I reverse it." Then call your own name and say, come out of that delay.
• Declare "I break out", "I have walked away from every waiting", and "I have the keys".
• Speak your week aloud, Monday to Saturday, using the day by day declarations he led.
• Stop rehearsing the warfare and start declaring the victory. Tell your neighbour "we know how it will end".
• Guard your mind, cast down imaginations, renew your mind, and refuse thoughts of death and shame.
• Insist that experiences can never be the same, and refuse to accept a family or career pattern of waiting.
• Live now as though the answer has landed: make the call, request the retest, check the wedding shoes.
• Adopt operation continue coming. Do not stop praying because the answer has not shown yet.
• Take up your offering, tithe and partnership as a wave offering.
• Confess Psalm 91 over yourself, "I am dwelling in the secret place of the most high".
