SUPERNATURAL SHIFT - A NEW SEASON IS HERE

This is the full Sunday broadcast from Streams of Joy Abuja on the last Sunday of August - four services, all under one theme: Supernatural Shift - A New Season Is Here. It opens with a long praise set and a "supernatural shift" prayer altar: "Whatsoever that is not in alignment with the will of God - shift! Now, now, now." Pastor Jerry calls people out to the altar, prays against garments of the old season, satanic entrapment, evil landmarks and buried sacrifices, and closes the altar with the day's refrain, "Fire has cleared the way."

The first service message is from Ezekiel 37. He borrows three members from the congregation to act out the Lord, the word, and Ezekiel, and makes the point that Ezekiel's exploits came entirely through speaking what God said: "There'll be no shift without the word." God never called the bones dry - they said it of themselves - so "there will be no shift if you keep saying what God is not saying." He then walks through "the hand of the Lord was upon me": the hand comes before the assignment, the hand is not for you but for the dry bones, and the hand is proved by the process, not by everything clicking at once. "Don't assess me by where I am. Pay attention to where I am going."

The second service message is 1 Kings 1:11-21 - Nathan, Bathsheba and Adonijah. A word had already gone out that Solomon would reign, and yet Adonijah was in charge. Nathan's counsel becomes the charge of the service: "It's time to go in. Don't stay outside." What worked from the outer court will not work now; Abishag is already inside ministering to the king while Bathsheba is outside. He preaches tenderly to "the Bathshebas" - the unlikely, the ones with a history - and prays for "the gift of men," Nathans who know the road map and have the capacity to walk in with you.

The third service he deliberately turns into a thanksgiving service - almost no teaching, only worship, declarations and testimonies. "This is a house of thanksgivers." Speaking of a man raised off end-stage kidney failure he says plainly, "I wish I knew how these miracles happen. Not because I pray better than the others, but because God has put his name on this altar." He mentions sitting down with CNN on Friday, asked the same question: how are these things happening.

The fourth service is Luke 4:1-13 with two charges - "Don't bake bread in the wilderness" (the wilderness is transitionary, not your destination; bread there will make you settle) and "You have nothing to prove to the devil." Every temptation began with "If thou be the son of God"; Jesus proved nothing, and afterwards the angels came and brought him food. "The problem is not the food - it's where it is coming from. What you want to get through the wrong means, heaven already has it packaged for you." The service ends with the dedication of over 70 children plus properties, businesses and marriages.

Theme and timing

New church site

• Inauguration of the new church site is now 1 November 2026 (moved). Everything is built and working - power and air conditioning are running - but they are finishing snagging, pathways and exits, expected done by end of September, with a few midweek services held there first.
• He moved it to 1 November so visiting pastors can attend and then travel on to the NSPPD Ghana prayer conference on 7 November.
• New-site rules he asked for in advance: no food, no water bottles, no chewing gum in the auditorium (coffee shops and eating areas will be outside); parents must take their children to the children's church; no colonising or reserving seats; dress warmly - the air conditioning is very cold.

Offering

• Offerings, tithes and partnership were received as a wave offering in every service. In the third (thanksgiving) service he asked additionally for a thanksgiving seed - "don't wait till the end to thank him."
• Church building project is ongoing; account details were displayed on screen. He said another large church elsewhere in Nigeria is also finished and will be inaugurated.
• Devotional books and MP3s of his messages are available at the emporium, along with other ministry materials.

Salvation / new members

• In each service he welcomed first-timers at Streams of Joy Abuja and those making it their church home, prayed over them, and asked them to fill in the usher's form and hand it to an usher or the inquiry desk so the church can reach them and keep them in prayer.

• Pick up testimony forms from the inquiry desk, fill and submit before the next service to be scheduled to testify in church on Sunday.

Child, business and property dedication (fourth service)

• Over 70 children were dedicated, along with houses, properties, businesses, cars and marriages.
• Protocol: fathers (or family and friends) carry the babies - mothers do not ("they already carried them in the womb"); those dedicating property lined up behind.
• Every parent received a free copy of his book, Supernatural Parenting, with a charge to actually read it.
• Prophecy over the children: they will not be called average, will not fail where their parents failed, will carry revival fire, will enjoy global visibility before age three; epilepsy, Down syndrome, autism, ADHD, premature death and obituary were commanded out - with a promise to the parents, "by this time next year there will be something again to dedicate."

Testimonies played / recapped

Second service

• Yoyo (musician, from Lagos) - suicidal in 2022 with career, family and finances collapsed; stayed alive for her manager Jonathan Owanszi. She kept "fetching testimonies" from NSPPD without surrendering. In 2024 she ignored an instruction she heard on the broadcast to take communion and watch the testimonies, went to the wrong address and missed a long-awaited meeting - and wept over the disobedience, not the meeting. Then came a dream of Pastor Jerry with three instructions, including kingdom finance. Major sponsors followed; a project budgeted at ₦12 million became a ₦40 million breakthrough. She has since done the 21-day and 14-day fasts fully.
• "Chi-Chi" (name as called from the altar) - lost her mother at 14 and her father at 17; became addicted to smoking and drinking and would beat anyone who mentioned God. A friend kept sending her the NSPPD link; she went to the friend's house in Utako to fight her on an "Oh Lord, show me mercy" morning and stayed to the end. Days later, at a conference, she heard a word of knowledge: "Your name is Chi-Chi and you have a heart problem" - her family's private name for her. The heart pain left; she entered a church for the first time in 23 years. Before the 40-day fast she asked God for help with the job she hated; she lost it on the Sunday before the fast began, prayed through, and now has a job, her own business and her own two-bedroom flat, having been homeless when Pastor Jerry called out "you are homeless" from the altar.
• Dr. Emmanuela and a group of 11 medical students - seven years of medical school; the cases Pastor Jerry called on NSPPD were the ones they read up and then met verbatim in their final exams. All 11 passed. Named (spellings uncertain): Dr. Tamos, Dr. Saki, Dr. Kuruma, Dr. Morolayo, Dr. Najima, Dr. Emma, Dr. Chiso, Dr. Johanna, Dr. Aisha, Dr. Hajara.
• Abasi Olu (Ajibola), MD/CEO of Clean Right Facility Services - nearly three years of business stagnation with equipment rusting outside; had surgery and was told to stay on the altar. She applied for the ministry's grant (process handled by KPMG; Muslim applicants also won it), scored 98%, was shortlisted, and received about ₦4.2 million, with which she bought equipment and completed NAFDAC registration for five products. On 22 August she became a chartered accountant - the first in her family.

Third service

• Jane / Jen - her brother received US citizenship after seven years of applications; her sister graduated with distinction in Ontario, Canada and has a good job; her own juice business had 13 NAFDAC rejections before approval on 17 August. She reintroduced herself as CEO, J Fresh.
• Lorna (from Lagos) - her father was suddenly hospitalised and unable to walk, was given communion, and is walking again; her daughter's recurrent UTI with blood and protein in her urine cleared before needing a kidney specialist; her sister in Canada was healed of a kidney infection; her son's nasal blockage went; a nephew's cleft palate resolved before the scheduled surgery at nine months; a sister who collapsed at midnight was resuscitated after the family played "Oh Lord, show me mercy"; her husband got work as the media fast ended; and she received a major promotion.
• Doris Nkuma - hadn't been to church in ten years, is now two years born again, has read the New Testament through and credits the maturity class. Alcoholism ("beer was like juice to me") led to diabetes diagnosed in 2021, with sugar readings around 29.7; after Pastor Jerry declared "that diabetes in your life, let it be reversed" in April, the hospital reading was 6.2 and has stayed normal; her vision recovered and she stopped wearing glasses. Her son, 16 (17 in September), had multiple seizures from 8 months to 6 years and ADHD with severe learning delay - he didn't know money denominations at 16. He now talks intelligently, threads a needle and sews the family's clothes, does calendar-and-date calculations accurately, prays for hours nightly and completed the 40-day fast: "He is no longer a child with special needs - he is a child with special skills."
• Fatima (military personnel) - placed first, with the only first class among 1,468 people, in her promotion exam after Pastor Jerry said "your name will be on that list." Her son was run over by a car; the bone was broken and doctors at two hospitals, including the Nigerian Navy hospital in Ojo, Lagos, said they would amputate his leg. That morning on the altar she heard: "That amputation you are scared of - that amputation is reversed." The leg was not amputated; the boy runs, jumps and dances.
• A process / mechanical engineer (unnamed) - after treating malaria and typhoid in July-August 2025 he was diagnosed with stage 5, end-stage kidney failure. His PCV fell from 43% to 18%; he had six blood transfusions, oxygen, a wheelchair and dialysis three times a week, was told to prepare for a transplant, and at one point his eGFR read 3. He left NSPPD, then went back. Pastor Jerry called "glomerulonephritis, let it be reversed" - the exact diagnosis - and later, after a night of prayer asking God for confirmation, called "end-stage kidney failure, let it be reversed" within the first minutes of a Thursday broadcast. His urea dropped from the 80s to 45 on a re-test; the swelling stopped; dialysis went from three times a week to once, and he has not dialysed since around May 2026. He went hiking in Kubwa in August. He lost his job, his house and his phone in the process and is still believing for work as a process/mechanical engineer. Verses he named: 2 Kings 3:16-17 and Psalm 3:3. Pastor Jerry returned to this testimony repeatedly in the third service.

Fourth service (all dedicating babies)

• Evangelist Pauline - repeated miscarriages through 2024, including an "empty sac" diagnosis she refused to have evacuated. In 2025 she and her husband, Apostle Ernest, both dreamed of Pastor Jerry and joined the altar of fire. She asked God for a short daytime labour; labour started and the baby was out at 5 p.m. - baby Gabriella.
• Mrs Aok Bakare - stood on Psalm 126:3. Her business, which she had sown into the building project under its own name, was restored - "ten years in a few months." Two separate scans showed an empty sac; after prayer a heartbeat appeared. A recurring UTI was declared reversed on 9 December and cleared at the next hospital test. She gave birth on 7 April. Pastor Jerry called it "not limitation - restoration with compensation."
• Mrs Precious Es-jo - married 2018; eight years, three miscarriages, two failed IVFs, and a pattern where every pregnancy was lost between four and six weeks. She and her husband anchored on Exodus 23:26 and Jeremiah 15:20 and prayed nightly. At Pastor Jerry's 2025 birthday she knelt at her service post in the children's toilet and made a vow; she tested positive on 27 September with a line bolder than the control line, carried the pregnancy without medication or medical help, and presented her daughter, Kendra.
• Mrs Tammy Evans (UK) - waited nine years for her first daughter (now three) after multiple failed IVFs and blocked fallopian tubes; then, keying into "you will be in your evidence by your next birthday," was confirmed pregnant on 19 August - with triplets, conceived naturally. UK consultants classed it high risk and formally advised a reduction from three to one or two; she and her husband refused within the day. She delivered three baby girls. That same day her husband had a seizure at home, fell, cut his tongue almost in half, lost massive blood, needed a tracheostomy and was expected to be paralysed or a vegetable - he was out of ICU in five days and eating.
• Mrs Lydia Emmanuel (from Houston, Texas) - trying since 2016, IVFs from 2018, lost a baby at five months in 2020, close to depression. She printed the prayer sheets Pastor Jerry told the altar to print - "half of those papers were mine" - and kept one clean colour copy of a boy and a girl as her evidence to bring to Nigeria. Confirmed pregnant in October 2025 after his August 2025 birthday; twins, a boy and a girl, born May 2026. She and her husband came in from Houston to dedicate them and hold up the printed paper: "This is my evidence." Pastor Jerry, who knows the family personally, broke down after this one.

Words of knowledge / healing declarations (first-service altar)

• A blind or non-seeing right eye - "let that eye open right now."
• Stroke and incomplete recovery from it - "let the arrow of stroke be reversed."
• Memory loss.
• Repeated blood transfusions - "every now and then they will transfuse you with blood."
• Respiratory distress.
• Cancer of the kidney; also "I neutralise every tumour, every cancer, every witchcraft deposit, every poison."
• A family siege where women of marriageable age do not marry - "let the siege be broken."
• Hard labour placed on the best of the family - the ones expected to excel now suffering.
• Dust - "dust on documents, dust on clothes, dust all over your house"; a power that decrees the dust must settle before there is laughter in your house.
• Good news being cancelled again and again - "let it be reversed."
• Anything buried in your name or your family's name, any sacrifice made, anything used to represent you, your son, your daughter or your career in the realm of the spirit - "the Lord is breaking it now."
• A repeating pattern that blocks you at the last stage of every journey.
• Garments of the old season the devil wants you to wear into the new.
• Timed words: "I see a shift coming in one hour before 8 a.m. tomorrow morning"; "in less than 24 hours you will get an evidence"; "as many that said this from the depth of their heart, in less than 48 hours let there be a mighty shift"; and to your neighbour, "between now and the end of October, what has never happened before in your life will happen."

1. A shift is necessary whenever things are out of sync with God's will - when the foundation speaks negativity, when hell mobilises against you, when there is a boast against the name of the Lord, when the calendar of God is not in tandem with your destiny mandate. Left alone, the devil keeps repeating the same things that make you afraid.
2. There is no shift without the word. Ezekiel's exploits came entirely through speaking what God gave him. Stop bringing God your analysis of the bones and the language of your emotions - "I don't know," "I'm frustrated." God did not call them dry bones; they said it of themselves, and what you call yourself is what you become.
3. The word does not answer your feelings. He is touched with the feeling of your infirmity, but he answers in his word: "Even if you can't feel the word, receive the word. You don't have to feel healed to receive healing."
4. The more you speak, the more he shows you. Ezekiel prophesied, then was told to prophesy again. Don't tell God you already prophesied once.
5. Heaven raises a man before it births a shift. The hand of the Lord comes first, often long before any assignment - the seasons you couldn't sleep, the seasons people said you had become too churchy. And "the hand upon you is not for you"; you were found because someone else's bones are dry.
6. You know his hand by the process, not by everything clicking at once. Ezekiel saw bones, then sinews, then flesh, then breath. God takes you the long way so you know his ways and not merely his acts, and so you can comfort others with the comfort you received.
7. Don't let anyone assess you by where you are. "I don't know where you were, but I'm aware of where you are going." Caleb at 80 still said, "Give me this mountain."
8. Adonijah reigning does not cancel the prophecy. People who ran ahead without the right foundation are not your problem; your only question is whether your own foundation fits your destiny.
9. What worked from the outside will not work now. Bathsheba once caught the king's attention from outside; that season is over, and Abishag is already inside. Fifteen-minute prayers, "today in, tomorrow out," laziness in the spirit and fleshly gimmicks belong to the old season. "Go in."
10. God chooses the unlikely. He built Solomon's throne through the woman who came in by adultery. "Despite everything that may have gone wrong, a miracle will come out of that situation."
11. Ask God for Nathans. Nathan means "the gift of God" - a man who knew exactly what she had done and still came back to fight for her son's throne, and who had the capacity to walk in with her, not just point at the door.
12. Bearing a child is not enough - birth them into royalty. "You owe Solomon his throne. Don't let Solomon fight for what you were meant to secure."
13. Don't bake bread in the wilderness. The wilderness is transitionary, a training ground; bread there will make you settle in an environment God never ordained. "Even if bread comes in the wilderness, it's still a wilderness."
14. You have nothing to prove to the devil - but everything to show him. Every temptation began with "if thou be." Stop proving to your father's house, to those who said you would fail, to people who won't believe you anyway. "When the devil wants to drain you, he surrounds you with people you have to prove something to."
15. Stop making others prove themselves to you, including your husband or wife. "If you want to believe them, believe them. If you don't, leave them alone. It's becoming witchcraft."
16. Your reward is already packaged; don't reward yourself out of the divine programme. The angels were already on the way with food. "Let not the Lord, in presenting your reward, find that you have rewarded yourself."
17. Thanksgiving is the culture of this house. "If you get easily tired of thanking God, this church is not your church, I cannot be your pastor. We are people who know where God is bringing us from." And on the miracles: "Not because I pray better than the others, but because God has put his name on this altar."

Today / this season

• Speak the word instead of your feelings and your analysis: "I declare the word over my life, over my family."
• Prophesy again, even where you already prophesied once and nothing appeared.
• Receive the word without waiting to feel it - "I may not feel it, but God is at work."
• Go in. Move from the outer court to the king: real prayer, real word, real consecration. Do NSPPD "like your life depends on it."
• Stop proving yourself to anyone, and stop making anyone prove themselves to you.
• If you are in a wilderness, don't settle and don't eat the devil's bread; wait for heaven's provision.
• Give your offering, tithe and partnership as a wave offering - and in the thanksgiving service, a thanksgiving seed.
• Speak the week's declarations aloud, Monday through Saturday: "my old season has expired," "September, I come in the name of the Lord - fire has cleared the way," "what fought me before cannot follow me forward," "helpers have arisen from expected and unexpected places," "I am a living evidence of a supernatural shift."

Tomorrow / upcoming

• Be on the altar for Last Day of the Month prayer, Monday 31 August - "No crossover of negativity."
• Write down everything you do not want to cross over into the ember months and bring the list to the altar - "we're going to be tearing them tomorrow." Invite family and friends.
• Come next Sunday for "The wait is over - the siege is broken," in any of the four services.
• Word & Fire / midweek Thursday for "Built to Last"; discipleship class Monday 6 p.m.; maturity class Tuesday 6 p.m. on visions.
• Pick up and submit a testimony form at the inquiry desk before the next service.
