OH LORD SHOW ME MERCY - MY HELP HAS COME

Day 10 of the 14-day prayer and fasting. Pastor Jerry opened straight into the altar - "anything in my soul, in my spirit, in my body that is not in line with the will of God for my life must be altered" - with wheelchairs seen lifted, a word for women waiting on the fruit of the womb ("no matter what the medical report… carry your evidence right now"), and the running refrain "whatever that followed you here, you will not live with it."

The cry of the day was mercy. Praying Psalm 61 almost line by line - "hear my cry, attend unto my prayer… when my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I" - he led the church into an extended plea: "I may not be qualified, but all I ask is mercy. There may be mountains in front of me, all I ask is mercy. I have made mistakes - all I ask is mercy." He pressed the argument that God is not obliged but is merciful: "I have waited, I have fasted, I have trusted; you will have mercy on whom you will have mercy - make me a partaker of your mercy."

The teaching centre was the God of my journey - the God of Jacob's stone pillow, of Hagar's bottle turned into a well, of the woman with the issue of blood, of Mary and Martha, of the widow of Nain, of Mephibosheth. The charge: "Will you allow the devil to finish what you started in my life?" From there he moved to "by the mercies of God, let there be a turnaround," speaking into ICUs, hopeless cases, shame, addiction, and closing the segment with "the Lord is rewriting your history" and Luke's "weep not - your son will rise again."

A long block of words of knowledge followed ("if you are the one, put it on the live stream - the devil is a liar; let it be reversed"), covering cancers, Kawasaki disease, pelvic-floor prolapse, rheumatoid arthritis, anxiety, cardiac patterns in families, and a woman who lost the ability to walk after her last baby. He then had everyone place whatever they wanted mercy on beside their device, kneel, name three things they want this fast remembered for, and put together a seed of thanksgiving, before the corporate declaration: "The mercy of God has prevailed."

Six testimonies played - two marital settlements, cervical cancer reversed in Tanzania, a miracle baby after two ectopic pregnancies, a baby's Hirschsprung's disease reversed, and a woman in Port Harcourt whose surgical wound healed after four failed surgeries. Pastor Jerry's own comment on them: "Four surgeries - he didn't fix the wound. But one word." Three communions followed, and he closed with Psalm 91 and seven rounds of "Congratulations."

Testimonies played / recapped

• Mrs. Osha Esther - years of relationships ending before marriage; after a 30-day fast in another ministry her fiancé's mother said "over my dead body will my son marry me", and the man married someone else within two months. She challenged God on the NSPPD altar. Court wedding 22 May, wedding 6 June. "Indeed, the Lord has shown me mercy."
• A second bride and her mother - the mother asked at the February Lagos conference that her children of marriageable age be married this year; the daughter had asked God for a July wedding. Court wedding 3 July, traditional 4 July, white wedding 7 July.
• Christine and Mary, Tanzania - mother diagnosed with cervical cancer in October 2025. On 31 December a colleague heard Pastor Jerry declare cervical cancer reversed; in April at the checkup, following the word "what they saw before, they will not see it again," the report came back that the cancer was gone.
• Karen, Germany - two ectopic pregnancies with surgery, plus a loss at 22 weeks 5 days requiring a burial, and a third emergency operation. She refused IVF after a word: "there is a woman on the sound of my voice, you've had two ectopic pregnancies - the next six weeks will not pass you by… your valley shall be full of water." Found pregnant on 10 November at the fibroid consultation; baby perfectly placed, natural pregnancy. Today her child is two years old.
• Mrs. Esther O. - baby born June 2025 spent 24 days in hospital (jaundice, phototherapy, 7 days on oxygen, pneumonia), then bleeding, platelet transfusion, readmission, and finally a paediatric surgeon's diagnosis of Hirschsprung's disease requiring bowel surgery within a month. She wrote the name down to place it on the altar and prayed that God would put it in the pastor's mouth. Around October, day five, Pastor Jerry declared "Hirschsprung's disease, let it be reversed by fire." From that day the baby passed stool normally without blood. He is now one year old. "There is power on this altar. I am a beneficiary."
• Angela, Port Harcourt, Nigeria - diagnosed after a collapse and operated three times; could not pass gas, two weeks without food, the wound broke down, her abdomen filled with pus, a drain was fitted; diabetic, so the wound would not heal. Four months in hospital, a wide open wound at home. She kept playing NSPPD, and heard the word: "that surgery site that keeps breaking down again and again… by the power that raised Jesus from the dead, let it be reversed by fire." The wound healed.

Pastor Jerry's and the ministers' recap: four surgeries could not fix the wound but one word did; a mother could not even pronounce "Hirschsprung" - and God named it on the altar; a baby that went 14 days without passing stool was free the same day; two ectopic pregnancies means both tubes were operated on, and she still conceived and carried naturally. "Which word hasn't God given on this altar?"

1. Mercy, not merit, is the ground you stand on. "I may not be qualified, but all I ask is mercy… I have made mistakes - all I ask is mercy." God will have mercy on whom he will have mercy; the prayer is to be made a partaker of it.
2. God is the God of your journey, not just of your destination. He met Jacob mid-journey, Hagar in the wilderness, the woman with the issue of blood in her weakness. So the question to put to him is: "Will you allow the devil to finish what you started in my life?"
3. You have a high priest who can be touched with the feeling of your infirmities. He knows your name, where you are, and what your body is. That is why the mercy is personal.
4. Mercy is not passive - it reverses things. "By the mercies of God, let there be a turnaround… the Lord is rewriting your history." Mercy gets into the ICU, into the hopeless situation, into the pattern in the family.
5. What men have concluded, God reopens. "Where men wrote their conclusion, your glorious chapter is opening." Today is your last day on this particular level, tied to the same cycle.
6. One word outweighs the whole medical file. Four surgeries did not fix Angela's wound; one word did. A named disease no one could pronounce was called out on this altar and reversed.
7. The danger is after the fast, not during it. "It is only after your fast that the devil comes to try some subtle tricks on you." Don't let the devil make you lose your fire or your fervency - you are almost at the point of receiving everything God has ordered for your life.
8. You have obtained mercy already - "whether you're willing or running, even in the areas you've lost strength to run, mercy has taken over. Help has come by mercy."

• Bring out whatever you want God to show you mercy over and put it beside your device, then get on your knees.
