RULE IN THE MIDST OF YOUR ENEMIES

Streams of Joy Abuja on Sunday 7 June 2026, the first Sunday of June. Theme: Rule in the midst of your enemies. Worship opens with blessing the Lord and a prophetic shout that this service is a signal the new season has come. The day's cry is "I rule in the midst of my enemies" and "I am in charge." Pastor Jerry tells the house that "enemies" are not mainly people: they are systems, structures, sickness, delay, fear, and anything that does not look like God. The week on NSPPD is Furnace of answers / fullness of answers: "Let the fire fall."

The teaching is one charge preached four ways. From Deuteronomy 7 (first service) he names the seven nations in the land as seven spirits to be thrown out with no mercy: Canaanites as humiliating transactions, Hittites as terror and fear, Hivites as wickedness, Girgashites as powers that turn men back, Amorites as mountains used against you, Jebusites as trampling that says it is the end, Perizzites as unwalled vulnerability. From 1 Samuel 17 (second service) he came "to reverse the lie." Goliath speaks the devil's native language; David answers with the truth of God's word: the battle belongs to the Lord, you are not a servant of Saul, you do not go back when the giant draws near, and the stone you already have is enough. From 1 Peter 5:8 (third service) the devil is as a roaring lion, not the Lion: be sober, be vigilant, he is your adversary not your friend, he walketh about, roar is intimidation, and the attack on your "what" is aimed at your "whom." From 1 Samuel 30 (fourth service) David recovers all: do not let all the strength sit with one person or one area of life; destiny is not emotional; speak in tongues 15 minutes a day because English cannot deliver this season.

Ministry ran through the day: mass deliverance, seven shouts of "In the name of Jesus" over named enemies, "Loose them, let them go," and dated words including a 24-hour sudden miracle and something good in 10 days. Testimonies were heavy: dollar contracts and viral business; hepatitis B reversed; a UK nurse restored after NMC suspension and a son's seizures stopped; seized cosmetics released and a growth gone; a pastor-mother restored by her daughter's mantle; UK visa and six job interviews after a 28 April word; kidnap and crash deliverance; a baby boy named Perez against eight months of "it's a girl"; Miss Nile 2026 after hospitalisation; a 45th birthday and a matron's appointment after a death pattern; laryngeal cancer gone, pipe out, voice back.

Testimonies played / recapped

• Favour. Four 2026 requests. Moved to Abuja in October; asked God for viral business and 50 Valentine orders as the sign to stay. 10 February: video went viral, over 100 orders. April 13 ten-minute dance: naira-paying job the same week. Next week's dance she wrote "dollar-paying job"; last week of April an interview, "the job is yours in 24 hours"; contract delayed, then 1 May the contract arrived, double her budget, in dollars.
• Woman from Mbaise (caption: Ma). (1) Husband hepatitis B since 2013; during NSPPD a word "hepatitis B reversed"; strip then hospital test negative; family intact. (2) Sister-in-law also hepatitis B; third pregnancy test negative. (3) Another sister-in-law, teacher, deep coma, Glasgow Coma Scale 3/15, ICU; she looped "Oh Lord, show me mercy" at the bedside; same day 9/15, third day out of ICU, two weeks later back at work.
• Veronica (UK nurse; birthday the day she testified; flew in Friday). Eliminated from nursing 2008; registered again after 10 years; UK 2022. Son dreamed they would be mocked back to Nigeria. Suspended after being found sleeping on a mother-and-baby unit, reported to NMC; four months later a panel found no evidence, ban lifted. Last son: seizures from 9 months after a fall, epileptic-form waves on EEG; she refused medication, blessed communion, claimed "seizures be reversed." Last seizure February the previous year; November scan: no wave; discharged; he is 12, seizure free. Children fast and pray with her.
• Mrs Wo, from Imo, based in South Africa; joined NSPPD March 2026 via her daughter. (1) After a bank-manager testimony she took as a seed, her old clearing agent called: cosmetics seized since 15 December 2025 released after a year-plus, none leaked or destroyed (caption: "goose" for goods). (2) Unnamed expanding growth in the middle of her laps, not cancerous but scary: gone in three days after claiming healing words. (3) She is a pastor who had fallen out of prayer and church; daughter (Streams of Joy Owerri) laid a mantle on her head, took her to church; she rededicated, now prays many times a day. Greatest testimony: a changed life.
• Patience, from the UK. Ill the day before a 2023 master's trip, oxygen and drip; she pulled them off and travelled Ghana, Lebanon, London; well on arrival. Late registration accepted. June 2024 misconduct panel with four other Nigerians; she stayed when others left; a new marker, they passed, she graduated. Post-study visa refused twice; lawyer, six months silence. 28 April 2026 word: something shifts in seven days; 1 May "Congratulations," a fresh two-year visa; 6 May six interviews, she chose the best. Children kept her on the altar.
• Mary / kidnap and crash (Kogi to Abuja). 2023 night attack: gunshots at the door, he escaped over a fence; DPO said thank God, kidnappers or assassins. Two days before this service, a truck hit their vehicle near Gwagwalada (caption: Guaguada); car spun about three times; no life lost, no scratch on him; bag recovered from under the truck in the bush.
• Ema Collins Au (introduced with Patience and Mary). Lost a Lagos contract job; sister Anki sent NSPPD links. Word "that thing you think you lost, you are getting it back": called back to the Lagos job. 25 applications for permanent staff failed; Pastor Jerry in dreams: "The man you are becoming is who God is more interested in." February 2024 Abuja role; word of knowledge "you will meet three people: the king, the friend of the king, the messenger"; interview panel were people he already knew. Resumed Abuja 7 October. Baby: Pastor Jerry said a baby boy would confirm Abuja; doctors said girl to the 8th month; he stayed with the word; bouncing baby boy, named Perez because the boy brought breakthrough. Joined teens church; given a week off probation for 2025 teens camp; returned to a monetary award and a compensatory award.
• Video: son accident 5 May 2026. Bleeding lip, broken tooth, head pain. That morning on NSPPD she kept shouting only his name under "Father, open the door." CCTV later showed how badly it could have gone; God went ahead.
• Video: Michaela. Village housing project stuck 14 years (2012 to January 2026). January 21-day prayers: grace as advantage, complete the project, something between January and March that looks like you lost nothing. Resources aligned (clip cuts while doors are opening).
• Dina, from Germany (real estate / investment). Institutions tried to terminate a contract and trap her into more credit. 12 February: word against evil decrees on mortgages; next day headquarters meeting with three banks. She dictated terms (about 1.7% instead of their 5%), five-year exit when she wants; they said yes. Protocol broken; contract on her terms.
• Tahila Godinima (teens church, 18, 100 level, Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja). Earlier anaemia testimony; devil tried to return with blood issues and transfusion around this time last year, stretching a gap year. 25 February 2026 started a hair business; after she began tithing at a midweek service, international and out-of-state orders. About two weeks before this Sunday she entered Miss Nile; period and weakness, hospitalised two days before the pageant, almost quit; Pastor Jerry's word "in your time of congratulations, may you not be absent." She competed; Miss Nile 2026, face of the university.
• Security department sister (birthday this Sunday, 45). Pattern of untimely death: mother 2019 in Mali, father 2020, husband's attack 2021 stopped on the altar, younger brother 2022 already in the mortuary when she was called. She tore her heart in her father's compound and declared the pattern broken. Family said none would reach 40; she is 45. Restoration: Nigerian nurse-midwife, fifth-year medical student in Mali, no hospital work after 2024 move to Nigeria. Word of three people (king, friend, messenger): schoolmate recommended her, UK owner called after prayer, she is now matron of the hospital. A Women's Day role went viral.
• Morin Kulum (Port Harcourt; caption also Cologne). Four years: voice faded, then she could only breathe in one position. CT: tumour in the larynx, biopsy cancerous. Tracheostomy pipe; doctors said wear it for life, remove the voice box, never speak or eat solid food. Friends sent the NSPPD link. She refused the first plan, got a second opinion, surgery in Kaduna removed the pipe. Follow-up yesterday: larynx clean. She is cancer free, breathing, talking, swallowing. She claimed a word of knowledge on laryngeal cancer; testimonies gave her faith to challenge about ten doctors.

First-service recap (not a live testifier): a woman who blanked out and fell at three wedding attempts (traditional and civil); MRI clear; "too much excitement"; fire prayers broke a word that none in her house would marry until a strong man's last child married.

1. Rule in the midst, not after they leave. God did not say wait until enemies disappear, pressure drops, or only allies remain. Dominion is winning while the battle is raging. A table is set in their presence.
2. Enemies are issues, not mainly people. Systems, structures, cancer, delay, fear, anything that does not look like God. If a person parks themselves in that lane, the prayer does not change.
3. Discernment is the first weapon. Every good gift is from above. The enemy's design is to make you love what God hates, then call it his will. Familiarity that has become religion strips power. There is no "maybe" with God.
4. No mercy on what God is throwing out. Deuteronomy 7: seven nations greater than you. Canaanite: humiliating transactions that leave you empty (faith traded for fear, favour for loss). Hittite: terror. Hivite: wickedness that conceives evil, Jezebel letters, eyes gouged. Girgashite: powers that turn men back after progress. Amorite: mountains they can scale and you cannot. Jebusite: trampling that says it is the end. Perizzite: unwalled, covering withdrawn like Uriah. Do not tolerate what God wants out.
5. The devil cannot destroy you without your approval. Approval often arrives as unmanaged fear. "I do not fear the arrow of the enemy as much as I fear the fear within me." Job's fear came upon him. Reject "what if."
6. Nobody rules until they reverse the lie. The devil's native language is lying. Fluency is not truth. He cannot take who you are in Christ; he can only talk you out of what God already finished. The million-dollar question when delay hits: what lie am I believing?
7. Do not argue with the lie; speak the word. Two hours of "I am not sick" can be two hours of rehearsing fear. His truth is shield and buckler. The word is self-fulfilling. You do not tell it to be true.
8. The battle belongs to the Lord. First lie: destiny is all about your effort. Goliath wanted a physical fight; David said the battle is the Lord's. Second lie: you are only a servant of Saul. You belong to the armies of the living God. Do not let location, failure or family summary define you.
9. Do not go back when the giant draws near. Last Sunday's picture returns: the more it looks like they are gaining, the more David runs forward. Then stop talking and release the stone you already have: a teaching, a prophecy, an NSPPD word, a scripture that will not leave you. What you have is enough.
10. Be, do not act. Be sober, be vigilant. He is your adversary: he domesticates evil. Diabolos: the one who throws a stone and hides. You fight the wrong person while a pattern repeats.
11. The devil is your enemy, not your friend. You cannot rule what you babysit, tolerate or enjoy. He walketh about: if you block him in career he goes to the children, then to health. Put up "access denied" in the blood. He roars as a lion to claim territory that is not his. You carry the DNA of the Lion of Judah. Guard your "whom"; the "what" is bait.
12. Do not let all the strength sit in one place. Ziklag fell because the men of war were out. Raise more voices in the house so fasting is not a lonely "K" reply. Strength must go around: prayer and mind, creativity and favour, business and parenting, ministry and marketplace. Attacks often hit the area that is not yet strong.
13. Destiny is not emotional. David wept until he had no power to weep; the people spoke of stoning him. Cry, wipe your eyes, inquire of the Lord, pursue. "I recovered all." You will not be absent in the season of your own greatness.
14. This is a tongues season. Fifteen minutes a day after "My season is changing." English cannot deliver what must be birthed. He that speaks in tongues builds a house: you were meant to be a skyscraper.
