GOD OF MY JOURNEY

Streams of Joy Abuja on Sunday 17 May 2026. Theme: God of my journey. Worship opens by naming the Lord of the journey, then the house speaks into the week: the God of my journey has gone ahead, crooked paths are made straight, what swallowed others will not swallow me, every snare fires, the author and finisher completes the work, and the journey ends in praise and glory. The day's cry, shouted through prayer and teaching, is "The God of my journey has gone ahead of me" and "I will not fall." They also declared "I will get there," "move forward," and, by the close of the fourth service, "from a bottle of water to a well of water."

The teaching is one charge preached four ways. From Luke 10:30-35 (first service) a certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho and fell among thieves: you will meet affliction, depression, lack, family curses and evil patterns, but do not fall; they strip the raiment (identity) before they wound; the priest and Levite are protocol, the Samaritan is compassion; the wound is the place oil and wine enter, then rest. From 2 Samuel 11 and Bathsheba (second service) a journey can become a mess you never planned: God is still the God of that journey; whatever keeps pointing you back to the mistake must die; Nathan shows up so you do not walk alone; the woman the world would cancel later teaches Solomon the words of Proverbs 31. From Psalm 23 (third service) the journey is about the shepherd, not the scenery: verses 1-3 feed you for verse 4; the valley is a shadow, not the real thing; purpose determines location; keep moving even when you cannot see him, because he is behind you; pasture is secret food, the table is public advertisement. From Genesis 16 and 21 (fourth service) Ishmael grows in the wilderness and still becomes great: "I will do well"; Hagar throws the boy away when the bottle finishes; God says pick up what you dropped, then opens her eyes to a well that was already there. Man gives a bottle. God shows a well. Heaven heard the cry of the lad under covenant.

Ministry ran through the day: altar runs, fire to clear the way, restoration in 21 days, blood over 1, 2, 5 and 10 years ahead, lung cancer commanded out, arrows of sudden reversal broken, a mantle of visibility this week, male family members released from valley to mountain, a mud-dream of being stuck broken, and "it is only a shadow." Testimonies were heavy: 20-year chest pain gone and an open wound sealed; fear broken and a bus crash escaped; unpaid internship paid twice; a UK job trap broken into a senior sponsored role and a better house; a teen pageant crown and brand contracts; a rejected banking trainee recalled and promoted; ovarian cyst gone, a film script approved, a soldier husband posted out of danger; a 33-year struggle turned into university sponsorship and a gym partnership.

He closes into Monday: God of wonders, God of perfection. Monday's unique theme is "The battle has ended. I have my congratulations." Come with a dated congratulations list, prayer points for family and friends, and pictures of children. Next Sunday is "When God helps a man." Closing confession: "I am dwelling in the secret place of the most High."

Theme and timing

• Theme: God of my journey. Sunday 17 May 2026, Streams of Joy Abuja, four Sunday services in one recording. Pastor Jerry is lead pastor of Streams of Joy International and is in the house.
• This week on NSPPD: God of wonders, God of perfection. Each day has a unique prayer point.
• Monday 18 May (tomorrow on the altar): "The battle has ended. I have my congratulations." Also called congratulations service and operation sudden congratulations. Stubborn challenges, delay, rising and falling, and evil attacks are to be replaced with congratulations.
• Monday prayers also cover breadwinners, children (bring pictures if they are far), and prophetic words over the cities and nations you live in. There will be a slot to pray the prayer points you collected from family and friends. Do not show up alone.
• Come with a list of every battle that must end immediately, and write congratulations notes as though they have already happened, with a date on them.
• Next Sunday (24 May): "When God helps a man." All four services.
• Midweek Word and Fire continues this Thursday, 6:00 p.m. Series: The exploit of a sent man (continue from last Thursday).

Salvation

• No separate sinners' prayer with a follow-up email is captured in the captions. In the fourth service he teaches that being a pastor's child, or never missing church, does not convey salvation: "If thou wilt confess with thy mouth and believe." Hagar the bondwoman cried; heaven heard the lad who was under covenant.

Communion

• Not served as a congregational ordinance in this recording. A testifier (Ola) carried mantle, communion and oil into a pageant; another testimony mentions drinking communion. Those are personal, not a house serving.

Testimonies played / recapped

• Moses A. About 20 years of chest / "share" pain; hospitals in Nigeria and Turkey found nothing; he stopped sport. In 2021 Pastor Jerry mentioned chest pain; the pain left, he did not testify, it returned, the case was mentioned again. He finally came. Second: his mother's open wound, prayed as "open wound, seal up"; she now walks and runs. Third: during January 21 days of prayer and fasting ("Oh Lord, show me mercy"), after touching the floor in prayer, a car from nowhere scraped his friend's car a second after he stepped from the driver's seat. Fourth: shyness broken; he stood and testified.
• Joyu (Jo). Came from Port Harcourt rather than testify online. After Mugo last year, a gripping fear: she would run, cry, walk the road at night like a mad person, could not sleep without Christian music. A sister in Kaduna sent the NSPPD link on a Saturday that was "Oh Lord, show me mercy"; the fear left; she sleeps like a baby. Second: 28 December bus toward the village; she prayed "God of my journey" and placed Arroi's hand on the driver while joining Sunday service; brakes failed ("boom"), the vehicle ran, a trailer waited, the Lord steered them into bush and stopped without the assault others described; two days earlier 18 passengers had died in a similar fall. She said her name is Jo, her case is different.
• Divine. 2024 internship: the firm said placements of six months and below would not be paid; hers was two months (September to October). After a morning word "it will still happen," a colleague said payroll was held because of her name; she opened a USSD account with a 100,000 limit; about 225,000 entered, then on 31 December (Oh Lord, show me mercy) another 400,000-plus, though she was only an intern. Also graduated with a first class in cybersecurity after a project defence where she could not speak until God helped her. First time seeing Pastor Jerry in person.
• Husband testifying for his wife (UK). Joined NSPPD in lockdown. Wife's 2022 postgraduate trip became a 2023 job that robbed peace and church; they needed a sponsored alternative. He flew to Streams of Joy 1-2 October 2024, laid printed prayer points on the altar after NSPPD and on "Oh Lord, show me mercy," and vowed to return if God gave a settlement job with peace and time to serve. June 2025 the sponsor licence was lost; visa shaky. They asked for something by her birthday (20 August) and Pastor Jerry's (22 August). 23 August, NSPPD UK prayer conference 2025: landlord quit notice that morning; he asked three things (better house before the leave date; settlement job with peace before December 2025; a mega request before the 2026 UK conference). House far better and better located, moved 15 September 2025; interview that month, senior role by October, office about 7 minutes from the new house instead of an hour.
• Ola de Olato Kumbbo Patrick. Mother dreamed she was a model. Teens camp (Supernatural Warrior) the previous August: she wrote the problem of her father's house and said this year she would carry testimony. A Christian pageant form came; an NSPpdian friend sent a believing modelling coach who prayed through Esther with her. 15-16 September 2025 throne-room words ("they will bring the throne to your house"; "mercy for coronation" at 8:04). She fasted in camp like Daniel, won best dress and the head-to-head, then Face of Regal; 28 November word about David bringing back Goliath's head. Brand-ambassador contention in a dream; 10 April 2026 signed with Beauty Essence by J as first ambassador; 17 April 2026 signed as Face of Regal Nigeria. First runway: Afro Hair Culture and Beauty Festival.
• Chisom, from Enugu. After NYSC, graduate banking-school trainee; 19 April 2024 rejection mail while others got congratulations. First week of May 2024 (10-minutes dance week): danced Monday; Tuesday 6 May, about five minutes into prayer, "before 6:00 p.m. Nigerian time that rejection mail will change." About 5:00 p.m. HR reached her through her sister; someone had dropped, she was the replacement; Friday documentation mail. Promoted before two years (among 1,001 names, she was 829th); marked two years on Friday 15 May. Sister married 2022, miscarriage 2024; 18 September 2025 a baby girl named Chinyem ("God brought her"). Thanks God for Streams of Joy in Enugu.
• Gift (military officer's wife). Ovarian cyst 4-5 years; did not believe Pastor Jerry or the testimonies. Last day of a fast she laid hands where it hurt, used oil; Monday pain spiked, scan the next morning: cyst gone on both sides, hospital confirmed, she still delayed testimony. Script Unseen Heroes (military families) submitted after he laid hands; Army Headquarters approved it within days. 3rd of the month she wrote three requests in fourth service; Tuesday after early prayer her husband WhatsApped a posting out of a dangerous station (Sokoto / Maiduguri stretch of almost five years). She now believes there is God on this NSPPD altar.
• Donald Aba, Abia State, JD Fitness, meters-and-greeters. Father Chief Jonah Wka died two weeks after Donald's birth (1993); mother (second wife) later died. Years of delay, a UK trip, football injury, fitness career stall. Came back to Abuja 19 March after his HOD said give God three months. Thursday "I'm anointed for this," used as Goliath. Clients opened; a prominent man (friend of Papa) offered to sponsor university start to finish; first tuition for Baze University; he said he resumes tomorrow. Same man: find a space around Wuse, partner so JD Fitness goes global; Donald had already built a website from digital-marketing skills. Word from the 1st: evidence before the 16th.

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

• Restoration of whatever was lost on the journey, especially within 21 days.
• "I will get there. It is not late." Angels are here. In 21 days, I will get there.
• Those who have stayed on one mountain too long, or whom Jericho's wall wants to stop: run to the altar (overflow to the screen; online, hand on the device). Hear: "Jerry, move forward. Move into your celebration, congratulation, laughter."
• Journey of glory, ease, congratulation, written history, manifestation, alignment, direction, open heavens, spiritual capacity, angelic ministration, favour, fragrance of the Spirit, vision, purpose, divine validation, preference, approval, recommendation.
• Whatever they designed against you, let it return to them. He sees two hours, 10 days, 11, 13: God about to do what has not been done, and you will be the evidence.
• Reverse journeys of pain, tragedy, obituary. Prayer journeys becoming evidence.

• Pattern: when it looks like it is working, something goes wrong. Arrow, break away. Complications reversed in your favour. You will be the chosen one no matter how many they are.
• Blood of Jesus over the journey 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, 10 years from now. Help and laughter laid in the future. Coming out as if nothing went wrong.
• Burdens, demonic deposits, arrows: drop off the body, kidney, liver. Scream 30 hallelujahs on the way back to the seat.
• Mantle of visibility: you will be seen this week; they will turn the pages and your name will keep resonating.
• Male members of a family in a valley, released to the mountain. Destiny of any family member that has gone down, released.
• Recurring dream of running in mud, legs held: broken. You know where you should be; the hand of the Lord brings you out.
• Anything that points you back to a mistake, addiction, evil covering, atmosphere of negativity: die / reverse. Whatever came out of a parent's or your own misjudgment "will not live."
• Garment of irrelevance torn. Good done to someone being used as a token on an altar: reversed.
• Spirit of loss: you will not lose money, the right association, or the life of anyone connected to you. Object crawling around the body: broken. Atmosphere of people walking into the room to hold meetings (physical, not only dream): stopped. Hands on eyes: see things before they happen, see behind the scene, see whatever is missing.
• First-service close: because you did not fall, the thieves fall for your sake; your name is on that list; a king will send for you this week; prophecy fulfilled this week.

1. Life on earth is a journey God already authored. He is the author and the finisher. You are not the villain or the victim in the script; you are more than a conqueror. Outside of God, journeys become tragedies. Inside of God they become mega miracles.

2. You will meet thieves. That is not the scandal. The scandal is falling among them. Affliction, depression, lack, family curses, evil patterns and the "deliverance" of a father's house will throw blows. Hold the blow. He that is in you is greater. If you fall they take the garment and then they wound you.

3. What the devil wants is not first your car or your money. He wants your raiment: your identity in Christ. In that culture, clothes said who you were. Paul, Jesus and Joseph all had garments seized. If the cloth stays, the wound does not land. Look in the mirror when you come back from work and ask whether the cloth is still intact. A look, a word, a comparison can tear it.

4. Protocol will pass you by. Compassion will stop. You need God's compassion and the compassion of men: people who come into your matter with passion. There are wounds that introduced oil. The Samaritan poured oil and wine (anointing and joy) and then took the man to an inn, a place of rest, not an ICU. Testimony: the Lord brought me to my rest.

5. Some journeys become a Bathsheba mess you never planned. God hated what was done; he did not hate the person. He will even remove the living reminder of the failure so you can go to a higher season. Do not hold the guilt and ask him to work. Offer it. Nathan will be the second voice so you do not walk alone. Failing a chapter does not disqualify you from teaching the next generation; Bathsheba still taught Solomon Proverbs 31.

6. Stop scoring the journey by how far you have gone. Score it by who the shepherd is. Psalm 23 has three characters: the Lord, you, and enemies. Do not give the enemies most of the verses. Verses 1-3 (food, water, restored soul, paths of righteousness) are the class that prepares you for verse 4. The valley is a shadow, not the image. Purpose determines location. Never sit in a connection, call, or place you cannot name the purpose of.

7. In the dangerous valley the shepherd moves behind you. You may not see him. Keep moving. Feelings work against faith. There is pasture (secret food) and there is a table in the presence of enemies (food for show). Do not spend secret-place food as public consumption. He anoints your head where they can see it. Goodness follows you with mercy, so goodness does not run out when you miss a turn.

8. You can do well in the wilderness. If he moved you to rainfall, the location would take the glory. Ishmael grew where vegetation was not good, and God was with the lad. Fellow covenant people do not have to share the same address. Know when to take a bow.

9. When the bottle men gave you finishes, do not throw away the treasure. Pick up the prayer, the three chapters a day, the quiet mouth, the midnight watch, the friends who pray. The well is already there. God opens eyes; he does not always create a new well. Heaven answers covenant cries, not proximity to church.
