I AM ANOINTED FOR THIS - PART 3

Thursday Word & Fire, 19 March 2026, is Part 3 of I Am Anointed For This. Worship runs long before the fire: No one can worship you for me, Receive my worship, I will always worship you as long as I am breathing, My hallelujah belongs to you, You deserve, From the rising to the setting of the sun, Adonai, King of kings, Something's moving, something's changing, The lion of Judah has broken every chain, Power and might be unto the Lord, Blessing, honor, and praise to the Lamb, Glorious God, beautiful King, Everywhere he went he was doing good, O see a fire so divine, I confess my love for you, Igbo praise (O le / E we, Onyema, Onyebu), Who can challenge you?, and The Son of God is lifted higher. The house is told to stir the spirit, pray in tongues, refuse to be a spectator, and ask that the word come with simplicity and power. Mantles go on heads; they cry for fresh oil and fresh fire. The cry of the night, shouted to neighbours and through the fire, is "I am anointed for this."

Fire prayer treats the anointing as mountain-crossing, Jehu-speed, and helper-attracting oil. They picture mountains of cancer, delay, sickness, rising and falling, and oppression, then command them down: "Who art thou, O mountain, standing before me? Were you not told that I am anointed?" Gates and two-leaved doors open in the order of Cyrus. They are a Jehu generation: yesterday's battles qualify them for today's oil; they ride furiously, swallow time, take over July, October, and December in March, and refuse to slow down. Jezebel in the father's house and in career is thrown down. Helpers come from east, west, north, and south until they become like the army of God. The anointing chose them; they cannot fail. Healing decrees land on breast lumps, respiratory distress, migraine, arthritis, anemia, and hepatitis. They tell neighbours: you got this; I am the man for the job; Christ in me, the hope of glory; do not lie to the anointed.

The Word is 1 Samuel 17:38-54, read together, with last week's David backstory in chapter 16 and the rest promised for next week. Teaching is a diagnostic of lies to the anointed, lies for the anointed, and lies against the anointed, focused tonight on the devil's lies to the anointed. He names seven lies you should never tolerate. 1. You are anointed; the oil is Holy Ghost and power, not a smear. "Touch not my anointed" is not reserved for the pulpit. This series is bringing you to the awareness of the life you carry: operations of the supernatural. God anointed Jesus with the Holy Ghost and power, and he went about doing good.
2. Do not tolerate the devil's lies to the anointed. Tonight is diagnostic: lies to, for, and against the anointed. The first lie is disdain: Goliath looked at David and minimised him because he was a youth. The devil always finds something true about you (disappointment after prayer, youth, lack of CV) and uses it to discredit who you are in Christ. Your identity is who God says you are, not what the giant sees.
3. You are who you are because of whose you are. Many believers know who they are in Christ, then forget who Christ is. Identity is not a standalone and not a mental construct. Jerry Eze: the name is connected to the father. In him we live, move, and have our being; your life is hid in Christ. If you lose sight of the source, the devil punctures "I am healed" and "I walk in prosperity" by the next day. Faith is not emergency boldness or courage; faith is the word of God built up. Courage and faith can sound the same; only one has eternal value. Never declare who you are when you do not know where it is in the Bible. The energy of your identity is the word that supports it.
4. What you called it in prayer is still what it is. David told Saul the Philistine would be like the lion and the bear: an animal, not a warrior to dress for. When Goliath later asked, "Am I a dog?", David did not reverse the verdict. Do not finish praying "this is nothing" and then agree it is something. Poverty, that medical report, cancer, asthma, ulcer, delay, rising and falling: the verdict of heaven over that matter is still what it is. Goliath shouted "give me a man" for forty days and still did not take the land; the size of the bark does not change what you already named it.
5. They can see the staff; do not show them the stone. Goliath judged David by sticks. The staff was not the winning strategy. Stop throwing trade secrets and distinction in their faces. They can copy the staff; they do not know about the stone. Keep the stone until the right time. Do not be pressured to prove who you are. If they like, let them rate you; you are already who you are. Present manifestation is nothing compared to what the Lord has already done: there is more anointing, more outpouring, more grace. Let them not see you coming.
6. Do not let what you have dominion over dominate you. Genesis 1:26 gave man dominion over the fowl of the air. Goliath said those same fowls would eat David's flesh: an aberration of the mandate. The devil still tells that lie: affliction, disease, and hell under your feet try to rear their heads. Balaam could not reverse a commandment to bless. An open door no man can shut stays open even if people leave. Lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, pride of life, and the deeds of the flesh stay mortified; they do not rise to abrogate God's plan.
7. When the giant charges, go forward. Goliath drew near so David would go on the defensive. David ran toward the army. Bad news in the morning is not a cue for depression. What you are scared of is scared of you. Shake off delay and depression; stay on the offensive. Jesus was manifested to destroy the works of the enemy. The devil is only like a roaring lion. Women on NSPPD received their dead because they refused the lie, whoever authenticated it.
8. Finish the giant with his own sword, and come home with a gift. The battle was not over when Goliath fell. David had no sword; he used Goliath's. May their sword, conspiracy, betrayal, and dark words work against them. The head went to Jerusalem (it will decay as a display); the armour went into David's tent as a gift. God wraps gifts in what looks like negativity. Before the end of March, a miracle will come out of it. Out of shame and battle, the same way David hung Goliath's armour in his tent, good news and mighty evidence are coming.

• Stir your spirit; pray in the Holy Ghost; refuse to be a spectator or distracted. Ask that the word come with simplicity and power, and that every sleeping giant in you wake up.
• Put the mantle on your head; cry for fresh oil and fresh fire; blast in the Holy Ghost.
• Picture the mountain (cancer, delay, sickness, rising and falling, oppression), point at it, call it by name, and command it: get out, go down. March on those mountains.
• Declare "I am anointed for this" to neighbours (five persons before the Word; again after healing). Also: I am the man for the job; I am the man the Lord has chosen; I got the oil of God; Christ in me the hope of glory; do not lie to the anointed; I do not tolerate lies; you got this.
• Put on the whole armour of God. Rise from captain to king. Ride like Jehu; do not slow down; swallow time; take over remaining months in March. Throw Jezebel down. Attract helpers from every direction.
• Keep the picture of God as healer; connect every confession to whose you are; locate identity in the Word.
• Do not reverse heaven's verdict after prayer. Tell a neighbour: it is still nothing; it will not stop anything; you did not lose anything; nothing is missing.
• Keep your stone until the right time; do not show everyone your winning strategy. Shout "there is more."
• Put affliction, disease, and the lie of the pit under your feet. Shout "I say no" and "under my feet."
• When delay, depression, or a roaring report charges, go forward. Tell a neighbour: I'm not going back; I will not be on the defensive; I go to the offensive; you are anointed for this; don't go back.
• Pray: let their sword work against them.
• Put together offering, tithe, and partnership as a wave offering.
• Share with a neighbour what blessed you tonight.
• Close with two hands lifted, Psalm 91, then walk up to 14 persons and tell them "a miracle is coming out of it."
