IT IS SETTLED

Sunday 8 March 2026 at Streams of Joy Abuja is communion Sunday under one cry: "It is settled." Worship names a faithful God, then the house thunders weekday verdicts of settlement, shouts "it is finished" from the cross, and sends people to the altar, the overflow screen or their devices. Arroi is breaking chains to deliver settlement. The shout of the day is "It is settled."

Service 1 reads Matthew 8:5-13, the centurion of Capernaum. Jesus offers to come; the man says speak the word only. His word is enough when you cannot see him. Authority over situations comes from being under authority. Jesus calls that great faith: faith based on the word, militant faith, faith that understands hierarchy in the spirit, faith that actually moves things, faith that has not become familiar. Communion in this service is a communion of manifestation.

Service 2 reads Matthew 8:23-27, the storm on the sea. Jesus sleeps while the ship fills. Settlement is already finished on the cross for past, present and future; suffering is only divine suspense. God wants a miracle out of the situation, but some people are too awake. Rebuke the wind. Do not blackmail God with your situation; he is moved by who you are. The disciples admire what they should have done. If you meet a wind, rebuke it.

Service 3 reads Matthew 9:20-22, the woman with the issue of blood. She is not hunting an anointed man's cloth. The hem (Greek kraspedon; he ties it to tetelestai) is "it is finished." Man starts to finish; God finishes to start. She said "I shall be made whole," and Jesus said the same thing; faith is the intersection of her agenda and God's. Communion in this service is a communion of wholeness.

Service 4 reads Luke 17:32, "Remember Lot's wife," then Genesis 19:15-26. Angels pull Lot's household out of Sodom by mercy. Her body moves; her desire stays behind. God says go to the mountain; Lot asks for a little city. He did not bring you this far to end small, to choose comfort, or to look back once the angel's hand lifts. Stand for Jesus when there is no service, no WhatsApp, no remote control.

This week is NSPPD's sixth anniversary on the altar: God of wonders, God of evidence, no more delay. Fast Monday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Next Sunday's theme is "My case is different." Testimonies of UK and Belgian immigration, a reversed suspension, a first female vice chancellor, a baby after failed IVF, and a woman walking in heels after a crushed leg run through the house. Fast

Communion

• Served in all four services.
• Service 1: communion of manifestation. Prophecies, prayers and fasting, let there be a manifestation.
• Service 2: served after words over poison, a growth, memory loss and a cycle of single parenthood. Every liquid becomes the blood; every substance the flesh.
• Service 3: communion of wholeness. Wholeness in families, marriages, emotions and thinking. Do not joke with this communion.
• Service 4: before the elements, kneel and ask the Lord for three things you desire. Then eat and drink; he has called you by a new name.

First-timers / visitors

• First-timers at Streams of Joy Abuja: fill the usher form and hand it in, or drop it at the inquiry desk, so the church can reach you and keep you in prayer.
• Those making the house their church are prayed over: prophetic DNA of the ministry, nothing missing and nothing broken.
• Last service: visitors from outside Nigeria are called out and blessed; those who came to stay a few days and pray are told they have their answers. What followed them here will not follow them out. Congratulations, said seven times.

Testimonies played / recapped

• Karen Iamu (captions: Karen Iamu), UK. Doctor; master's then post-study visa. Employer checking service came back negative; Home Office immigration bail and threat of removal. On the altar she keyed a word: in the land where they try to push you out, Arroi has established you. A later ECS came back positive; certificate of sponsorship; she resumed the sponsored job in January after six months on a conditional offer.
• Michael Ihana, Enugu, Nigeria. NSPPD since 2020/21. Job with an international investment organisation. Driver left against policy; a trailer almost crushed the car from the passenger side. Company suspended both without pay and demanded repair money. Next morning on 7am Fire Prayers Pastor Jerry said that letter would reverse in three hours. He clocked in anyway; before 10:00 a.m. head office reversed the letter with immediate effect.
• Lucy Smith, Belgium (after the Netherlands). Visiting visa 2016; four refusals; two days in police custody then a deportation camp with no phone. Keyed NSPPD at 7:00 a.m. without internet. 21-day fast in the camp; on day 16 a voice said "praise day"; a worker released her on 4 May, twelve days before a 16 May hearing. Later in Belgium a six-month permit stalled toward a five-year stay. Words claimed: 16 May 2023, the Lord visiting immigration and deportation; 18 February 2025, dust will not settle on your documents. Approved about a week later; five-year permit 19 March 2025, "mercy day." Also blood pressure, cholesterol, anaemia, elevated sugar and a thalassemia / haematology referral. 23 September 2024: "thalassemia be reversed"; the next day the blood doctor said she was not anaemic and did not have thalassemia. She walks, jumps and runs.
• Jul. Joined August 2023 through a Ghanaian friend after walking out of a 33-year marriage. Heartbroken, depressed, bitter, in therapy; resisted "Nigerian pastors" and the shout of fire. A word came three times, including 5 October 2023: a woman so bitter at her husband, do not revenge, and "you are shouting no." Healing started; she took his pictures out of the garage and still prays for him. Healed of heartbreak, depression, bitterness and unforgiveness.
• Pastor Godwin. Wife in labour: contractions stopped 13-14 days after the waters; a madman asked why they wanted to kill the child; he rebuked it. Night vision of Pastor Jerry saying he had prayed. Tuesday night she delivered around 3:00 a.m.; cord (or similar) around the baby's neck, cut by the nurse; bleeding that would not stop; transfusion; doctors could not find the source. She keyed a word on the phone: someone bleeding internally, they have transfused you, let there be a reversal. Bleeding arrested; mother and child sound.
• Pastor Professor Osleri Akama (captions: Usula, Gazi Akawa, Osleri Akama), with her household. Word from 11 September 2022 about gatekeepers in Nigerian leadership; 28-30 September 2022, the seat reserved, name entering government houses. She printed "congratulations Pastor Professor Akawa, seventh vice chancellor and first female vice chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture" (captions: Michaela / Michael Labra) and pasted it in eleven places. Lived in the 2025 and 2026 declarations and Isaiah 31:3. Day before the 20 February interview: mountain, I have checked your CV, you are nobody. 18 shortlisted, 16 interviewed; she came first. Now the seventh VC and first female VC of that university. She also tells how at about age three her mother could not pay SS fees and offered mechanic or tailoring; a couple in the local church paid from SS1 through university.
• Mr and Mrs Collins, Italy (video). Married May 2021; IVF March 2024 failed. She joined the fire altar 30 September 2024 after a three-day dry fast; husband had been on it since 2021. During the January 2025 fast she laid hands on her stomach; she also rubbed communion on her stomach after another woman's testimony. First week of February she conceived. IUGR and a failing placenta in labour; a month in hospital; "nothing missing, nothing broken." Healthy baby. Husband received a lifetime contract the day of the Lagos NSPPD conference.
• Onilayo. From childhood, laughter in her ears; an herbalist died the night before they returned; python dreams; church attacked in the spirit; two pastors who tried to pray for her died; three old women/men warned ministers not to pray for her. 2022 she could not hear NSPPD (only noise); 2024 the Lord said go to NSPPD; hearing opened; a word on vipers; that night she cut down more than fifty. Later an oil prayer on death. Two of the three are now dead; she is free. Finances restored; no more bad dreams. July last year, fifth day of a fast: a vehicle crushed her foot as she pushed her son out of the way; bones out, vein damage, two months in hospital, infection, failed skin graft, oedema / suspected elephantiasis / DVT, talk of amputation. December word: skin grafts gone wrong, reversed; DVT reversed. Graft dried in a week. Dropped crutches after the February Lagos/Nigeria prayer conference (online); walks in heels.

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

• Eye surgery reversed; hole in the heart sealed; resurgence of breast cancer reversed; first son and first daughter, arrow of mental sickness reversed; a body that "shocks" when the hands touch it; keys of bigger doors dropping in the house; a mouth speaking evil permanently silenced; anyone planning to use a family member for ritual, reversed; volume of enemies reduced until their voice cannot be heard.

• Service 3: demonic snake coiled around the head; serpentine spirit; trap that would lead to death, broken; whatever is buried, resurrect; it will not cross the next three days.
• Service 4: in your 20s they say you have no eggs, reversed; any form of cancer reversed; three surgeries on fractured bones that will not heal, reversed; a loved one who ran away, this is the week they return; siege that keeps you below destiny, broken; what they stole, restored; bone marrow aspiration that became complicated, reversed; throat cancer reversed.
• Immigration, career, family, conception, children, favor, business: take your settlement. Giants in the place of settlement, what are you doing there. Altered calendars (5, 6, 7, 10 years) reversed. Covering over visibility torn. Glory season will not become lamentation. Obituary will not arise again. Affliction will never arise a second time.

1. "It is settled" is not optimism. On the cross he said it is finished, not it will be finished. Your past, present and future were already in the script. What looks like suffering is only divine suspense; after a while he perfects, establishes, strengthens, then settles.
2. His word is your settlement. When you cannot see him, hang on to what he said. The word has no shelf life. Drama is not the proof; fake prophets live on drama.
3. You cannot command what you will not obey. The centurion's authority over the man below him came from the man above him. Disobedience dilutes authority. Poverty, cancer and headache do not answer a believer who will not take the instruction he already heard.
4. Great faith is not familiarity. It is based on the word, militant, aware of hierarchy in the spirit, and it moves things. Jesus found that faith more often in outsiders than in covenant people who had grown casual.
5. Sleep in the storm. The hindrance to a new season can be panic. God is watching; you do not have to watch over yourself. Rebuke the wind. Do not discuss with it. The devil does not know your heart; he works by what you confess. Do not feed a "demonic algorithm" of fear.
6. You cannot blackmail God with your situation. He is moved by identity: you belong to Jesus; you are a child, not a slave. As long as the heir stays a child, he looks like a servant.
7. The woman with the issue of blood was reaching for tetelestai. Man starts to finish; God finishes to start. Faith is the intersection of what you are saying and what God is saying. Leave faith out and you and God are talking past each other.
8. Lot's wife is a warning to a generation whose body is in church while desire is still in Sodom. Mercy will grab your hand; after that you must choose the mountain, not the little city. He did not bring you this far to end small, to choose comfort, or to look back when the angel lets go. Stand for Jesus when there is no service and no one is reading your WhatsApp.
