OH LORD SHOW ME MERCY//FURNACE OF ANSWERS [DAY 3]]

Day 3 of the Furnace of Answers (Global Fire Crusade) week was a "mercy day", the Wednesday "Oh Lord, show me mercy" altar. It opened in a charged atmosphere: wheelchairs being lifted in the hall, a declaration that "on this altar you will be altered", and short prophetic lines over the fruit of the womb ("no matter what the medical report, carry your evidence right now"), premature death, businesses and careers, addiction and marriage. Pastor Jerry spoke over the Lazarus in each life ("My Lazarus is not dead... wake up") and told people who did not know what to pray to simply shout "Arroi".

The heart of the service was a long, groaning cry for mercy. Pastor Jerry led the altar to come boldly to the throne of grace, to confess that some trust in chariots and horses but "who do I have in heaven but you", and to plead: "Don't leave me where I am. Show me mercy... I cannot go back the same way I came." The prayer moved through the God of the journey ("You cannot write the conclusion of my journey to be a shame"), intercession for the sick, the terminally ill and those in ICU, and a turn into the refrain of the day: "I trust in your mercy, I will see your salvation." He declared that when everything fails, mercy never fails, that every load of guilt is lifted, and that "you are not alone".

Words of knowledge followed in a long run of "if you are the one, put it on the live stream, the devil is a liar, let it be reversed": a man whose wife and mother both have cancer, three children with speech delay, a young woman rejected after bride price was paid (the seventh time), a former witchcraft member whose four children now have mental illness and who was told to go and confess, a woman with breast complications after childbirth, and more. With prayer requests and 11th hour prayer points laid beside their devices, the congregation knelt while Pastor K and Pastor Jerry declared mercy: wicked patterns reversed, shut doors opened, "your joy will still hold in 2025", "it will still happen this year". A seed of thanksgiving was invited under the word "instant mercy intervention", and the altar closed the prayer with Isaiah 50:9 and the confession "Great mercy at work in my life."

The testimonies came mostly from the NSPPD Ghana conference two weeks before: a left ear deaf for 15 years that opened, neck and back pain gone, a jaw that could not chew for a week. Chidima from Enugu State, married in 2020, told of triplets born on 3 March 2025. The headline story was a father whose two-year-old son was declared dead at Kubwa General Hospital on Wednesday 5 November; he played the NSPPD stream at the boy's ear, sprinkled communion on him, sent his crying wife outside and prayed until the boy woke and called "Mommy". A baby in the same ward, who had not cried or passed urine for five days, recovered during the same prayer, and that baby's father paid the family's hospital bill. Pastor Jerry and Pastor K drew the lesson: the right atmosphere, and people who will not stop when God has not stopped.

The service ended with the salvation prayer, three communion servings, the testimony line and social handles, the new declaration "I am an NSPPDian, great mercy at work, what God cannot do does not exist", Psalm 91 and six rounds of "Congratulations".

Testimonies played / recapped

• Ear: a left ear unused for more than 15 years; during the NSPPD Ghana conference the person told God about it, water drained out the next morning, and they now answer calls with that ear.
• Neck pain: weeks of excruciating pain from ear to ear behind the neck, disturbing sleep; gone during the conference prayer, no drugs, still gone a week later.
• Back pain: 3 to 4 months of severe back pain, healed while streaming the Ghana conference online.
• Jaw: from 25 October, pain in the right lower jaw so severe the person could not chew for a week; on the seventh day (the Ghana conference) Pastor Jerry said "what you could not do before, go and do it"; they ate a full swallow, meat and dry fish. No more pain.
• Triplets: Chidima, Enugu State, married 2020, childless and mocked by a co-wife. Prayed on 1 August 2024 to see her evidence before Pastor Jerry's birthday; tested positive on 16 August 2024, confirmed by scan. Smooth pregnancy; on 3 March 2025 she delivered three babies (two boys, one girl). Celebrated her wedding anniversary on 31 October 2025 with them. Pastor Jerry: "triplets after 5 years".
• Son raised at Kubwa General Hospital: on Wednesday 5 November a father at work (earpiece in, shouting amen to the altar) got a call from his wife. Their two-year-old son had not woken and went limp; at the hospital the drip had been removed and the doctor said there was no life in him. The father played "Oh Lord show me mercy" at the boy's ear, declared "my father did not bury me, I will not bury my son", brought communion from home and sprinkled it on the boy, sent his crying wife outside and refused fear ("Pastor Jerry has not died, why will my son die?"). Heat came into the boy's body; he cried, moved, and called "Mommy". A baby in the same children's ward, who had not cried, urinated or passed stool in five days, did all three during the prayer; that baby's father offered to clear the family's whole bill.

• "What you are going for today will be successful; you have been chosen, you have been prepared."
• Immigration challenge settled, autism uprooted, cancer reversed, "your name is on that list", an ambulance will not drive into your house, no parent will bury their child.

1. Mercy is the answer when everything else has failed. Treatments, experts and reports may fail, "but mercy never fails".
2. God is the God of the journey. He knows where you are and where you are going, and he will not write the conclusion of your journey as shame or pain; better is the end than the beginning.
3. Coming to him with nothing but need is enough: "I may not have gotten everything right, but you are all I have." He loved us with an everlasting love, even where our own mistakes kept us stuck.
4. The mockers are waiting to say "see how far he went but he did not get there"; mercy will not let them be validated. The victory belongs to the Lord.
5. What seemed dead is not dead: "My Lazarus is not dead." Whatever the enemy wants to kill in health, family, finances or career will wake up.
6. God can still do it this year. For everyone asking "will it still happen in 2025?", the word was that it will, because no one can speak a thing into being when the Lord has not commanded it.
7. Atmosphere matters. The resurrection testimony shows people who will not say no when God has not said no, and who refuse to cry in front of a battle. Wherever you hear people praying, go and shout amen.
8. An NSPPDian carries this confidence as covenant, not slogan: the devil avoids them, and miracles follow them.
