SEPTEMBER SPECIAL NEW MONTH PROPHETIC PRAYERS

The fifth and final day of the September new month prophetic prayers was a Friday "glory" service. It opened with a preview reel of the altar's prophetic moments (wheelchairs lifted, "the last menses you saw is the last you will ever see" for women trusting God for the fruit of the womb, "wake up, Lazarus", a short salvation call), then Pastor Jerry led the congregation into a long atmosphere of "Glory, fire, power". He built the prayer on Habakkuk 2:14 ("the whole earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of God as the waters cover the sea"), Moses' cry "Show me your glory", and 2 Corinthians 3:18, "from glory to glory".

The first teaching thread was the Transfiguration: as Jesus prayed, "the fashion of his countenance was altered", his garment became white and his face shone. Pastor Jerry prayed that whatever in a person's life "does not look like your glory, let it be altered": works of the flesh, weaknesses, strongholds, oppression, limitation. The second thread came from Ephesians 1:19-20, "the exceeding greatness of his power to us who believe, according to the working of his mighty power which he wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead." His line: "When there is power, something must rise." He commanded health, gifts, favour and ability to rise, then prophesied to the four winds (Ezekiel 37) and asked for a "mighty rushing wind" like Pentecost.

The third thread was Elijah after the food of the spirit going into the cave, and God asking "What are you doing here?" (1 Kings 19). Pastor Jerry warned that there are powers that push people back into the cave after an encounter, and led the declaration "I will not go to the cave. Break out of the cave." He followed with Isaiah 60:1 ("Arise, shine, for your light has come") and John 17:22 ("the glory you have given me, I have given them"), prayed for spiritual eyes and ears to open, laid hands on bellies for what is "in the womb of the spirit", and led a "jump out of the old me" prayer: "Let the power from on high separate the new me from the old me."

Words of knowledge followed (fibromuscular dysplasia, dying livestock, stage four cancer found only last week, a prostate specialist with prostate cancer, two sisters with 8 and 16 miscarriages, an office where the body burns with fire), then an extended time in the Holy Ghost. The congregation knelt to hold a seed of thanksgiving and name three things they desire of the Lord, and the day's decree was sealed: "The glory of God has taken over," and "A new me has emerged."

The testimony reel centred on miracle babies (15 years, 5 years, full term in her 40s, twin boys after 7 years) plus a pneumothorax reversed within days, a son's blood cancer gone, and a mother's diabetic foot saved from amputation on the word "That surgery will not hold." The close covered next week's Furnace of Answers global crusade, three communions, a "badge of honor" declaration, and Pastor K's reflection on Elijah's cave and Ephesians 1.

Testimonies played / recapped

• 15 years without a second child: received the fruit-of-the-womb prayer at a three-day transition service ("Oh Lord show me mercy") and tested positive after 15 years.
• 5 years of marriage without a child: a friend sent her the NSPPD link two years ago; now has her baby. "Want a baby? Join NSPPD."
• Repeated miscarriages, full term in her 40s: trouble started at 28-30 weeks; played Pastor Jerry's prayer videos in the bedroom through the night; bleeding stopped, carried to term, children now 2 years old.
• Pneumothorax reversed (Mrs. Oye, Ibadan): diagnosed 10 July 2025 with a collapsed right lung, admitted at UCH 18 July, surgery 19 July with a 50/50 outlook and months of recovery. On Monday 21 July her brother-in-law, a doctor (caption "Dr. Guawi"), heard the word of knowledge "pneumothorax, be reversed" and sent the clip. X-ray that night; on 24 July the lung was normal and she was discharged the same day.
• Sudden death pattern and blood cancer (Christie): husband found dead in a hotel room abroad, cousins died suddenly; her son escaped death over ten times, collapsed twice, and was found with a rare blood cancer usually seen in people over 70. She received "a strange fire for anyone with cancer" for him; two or three weeks later tests showed no trace.
• Diabetic foot saved from amputation (Simi Afe's mother, Lagos): a small wound in December 2024 spread; orthopaedic hospital Yaba, then LASUTH, grade five, three toes lost, amputation scheduled and prosthetics arranged. On 21 February (Furnace of Answers) the daughter asked God for one word and heard "That surgery will not hold." The family discharged her against medical advice; by June the leg had colour, the wounds closed, and she now walks unaided.
• Twin boys after 7 years (Norma, Abuja): married 2016, daughter 2017, then no conception though doctors found no problem. On Pastor Jerry's birthday in August 2024 she grabbed twins in prayer and heard "The period you have seen will be the last you will see"; pregnant the next month; twin boys born mid 2025. "Double for your trouble."

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

• Wheelchairs lifted; women trusting God for children: "The last menses you saw is the last you will ever see."
• Strange empowerments coming from heaven "like raw fire"; the hand of God placed on wombs; people feeling fire on their heads and feet.

1. Glory alters. As Jesus prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered; in the place of glory, whatever does not look like God's glory in a life must change. "When your glory comes, all bondages are broken."
2. Where there is power, something must rise. The power God wrought in Christ was a resurrection, so God does not show power without something rising: health, gifts, favour, ability, ministries, whatever the enemy thinks is dead.
3. Do not go back to the cave after an encounter. Elijah ate the food of the spirit and still hid; there are powers that try to send people back to the old place after a Friday of glory. They are liars.
4. There is a higher and more glorious version of you. The glory the Father gave Jesus he has given to his people; the power from on high separates the new you from the old you.
5. The testimonies show that a single word from God, held on to, outlasts medical reports: "Once has God spoken; he is not a man that he should lie."
6. Gratitude protects a new season. The one leper who returned was made whole, not only healed.
