Next morning: one room, given free (about £12,000 a year with catering).\n  - A part-time lecturer facing hostility from colleagues over PhD sponsorship, she resigned; afterwards the university emailed that it would sponsor her four-year full-time PhD.\n  - Widowed at 36 (husband died of a sudden brain tumour); this altar taught her the power of prayer and she now prays in tongues.\n- **Arian (Cameroon, on the altar since November 2022)**: on Sunday 30 June, as the fast began, her son was in a coma; after a seizure he was declared clinically dead. The Holy Spirit told her the power of life and death is in her tongue; she prayed the \"Oh Earth\" prayer (\"you will not receive the body of my son\") and in tongues. In the taxi leaving the clinic, with the body, he opened his eyes. At the bigger hospital in Yaoundé he slipped into a second-degree coma; she played the healing prayers at his ear. On Tuesday Pastor Jerry declared \"No ambulance will bring back your child dead\" and \"before the 5th of July your evidence will be in your hands\"; an hour later the boy came out of the coma, paralysed and silent. She played \"Oh Lord, Show Me Mercy\" at his ear, and before 6pm on Wednesday he got up and walked.\n- **Daughter testifying for her mother** (flew from \"Digital State\", likely Delta State, to Abuja): on 4 July, during the mid-year fast, her mother collapsed on the couch, eyes rolled back, last breath, hands cold; a neighbour felt the hand drop and shook his head. The daughter had \"Oh Lord, Show Me Mercy\" played into her mother's ear, heard \"Say something\", shouted \"Arroi\" and prayed \"I will not bury and I will not be buried\". After the prayer the mother's eyes came back to life; holy communion was poured into her mouth and within 5-10 minutes she regained strength and was saying \"amen\".
