I AM IN MY NEW SERVICE
I AM IN MY NEW SERVICE || SUNDAY SERVICE || 15TH JUNE 2025
The new has already come, so wake up to it, dig deep and stay in the Father's house, because no power will cut you down on the brink of your fruitfulness: "I am in my new."
Auto-generated YouTube captions (about 7.5 hours, all four Sunday services at Streams of Joy Abuja on Father's Day). Names, numbers and some scripture wording are reconstructed from ASR and marked where uncertain.
Summary
The stream carries the whole Sunday at Streams of Joy Abuja: four services under one theme, "I am in my new", each opened by worship, a set of week declarations (Monday to Saturday) and a long prophetic prayer session before Pastor Jerry preaches a different passage. The day's cry, repeated in every service, is his: "The new has come... I am in my new." He tells the church that the old expired last night, that God "framed the world with the words of his mouth", so they should frame their business and career, and that whatever represents "the garment of the old" (old failure, disappointment, rejection, sickness, lack) will not be worn into the new season.
Service 1 (Acts 12) is the call to wake up. When the angel came, a light shone in the prison but Peter was still sleeping; the environment had changed while his mind still said "I am in a dark place". Many have entered the new asleep, still thinking sick after healing has come. The angel then made Peter put on his sandals and garment: God will not bring you out naked or empty, and the prison was a "school of destiny". The iron gate opened "of its own accord" even though it had keepers, because a superior power was moving: do not arrive at your transition gate powerless, and do not open your own gates to everyone, because the keepers who failed were put to death. Service 2 (Acts 3) lists the kingdom disciplines of people walking in the new: connection, transfer, manifestation, focus, wonder, results and audacity. Service 3 (Luke 15) is about mindset: the prodigal was in a pig pen but thinking about his father's house, so do not think like where you are. Service 4 (Luke 13:6-9) is about timing and depth: a fig tree starts fruiting in its third year, the very year the owner wanted it cut down, so dig deep and use even "dung" to grow your fig.
Between the sermons he releases many words of knowledge (asthma, a tumour in the intestine, premature ovarian failure, bleeding from the eyes, repeated immigration rejection, breast cancer, gallbladder stones, scoliosis, blackouts) and prophesies over businesses and careers: clients, customers and favour from other nations, "20 years in one day", "rule in the marketplace". Each service also has a Father's Day salute to the men, the announcements for the week (five days of Forceful Throne Room Verdict on NSPPD, the 15 minutes dance, the media fast) and a welcome for first timers and new members.
Two testimonies are given in the first services. Matthew, a footballer, lost trial after trial across Russia, Belarus, Moldova and Turkey, lost his mother, and came home ashamed; after a Thursday declaration his agent called before he got home to say a Moldovan club would sign him directly, without a trial. Honorable Henry (surname unclear) survived two fires on Friday 13 June: his car caught fire and exploded on the road, and the plane he then took to Abuja filled with smoke after landing; he links both to the NSPPD prayers against premature death that week.
The day closes with a rededication call ("I am not satisfied being an outside Christian"), prayers over guests who travelled from Belgium, the UK, the US, Canada, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Norway, and a blessing that this will be "the week of back to back testimony".
Information given
Theme and timing
- Sunday 15 June 2025, Father's Day, at Streams of Joy Abuja, across all four Sunday services. Theme: "I am in my new".
- Service 1 also had a woman minister ("Mama") declare blessings over the church before the next worship set.
Salvation and rededication
- Service 3 ended with a rededication call for those who are "a son outside": "I am not satisfied being an outside Christian... I want to come in."
- Discipleship class (Monday 6 p.m., church premises) is named for those who gave or rededicated their lives.
Testimonies played / recapped
- Matthew (footballer). Left Nigeria for Russia in 2023. In June 2024 a Russian Premier League team invited him, but the coach who brought him was sacked two days later. A two week trial in Belarus succeeded, but document delays from Nigeria (NFF) meant the transfer window closed on signing day. In November another big Russian club; on his second day he learned his mother had died, and he watched her burial in a dressing room. In December a Moldovan Premier League trial went well, but he was injured the Friday before signing. Another Moldovan club took him to preseason in Turkey; the injury returned at half time in front of scouts, and the president would not sign an injured player. He came home after a year and a half, his prayer life "from 100 down to 10%", and came to Streams of Joy Abuja. Sermons on the olive pressed for oil and the fruitless fig tree broke him; on a Thursday Pastor Jerry declared good news "even before you get home". As he left church his agent called: the Moldovan club that had rejected him wanted him back by direct signing, with wages already agreed; on Friday the release clause was settled. He returns next month for the Champions League qualifiers.
- Honorable Henry (surname unclear, caption "Oongo"). On Friday 13 June he was driving from Bayelsa to catch a flight to Abuja (departure airport unclear in captions). He sensed fire though the dashboard showed nothing; at a police checkpoint thick smoke came from the bonnet, fire had already started, and the car exploded after he stepped away. Strangers drove him to the airport while NSPPD prayers played. After landing in Abuja the captain ordered an evacuation because smoke was coming from the plane. He linked it to the NSPPD prayers of Thursday 12 June (earth open your mouth and swallow every power against your life; your season of rejoicing will not become bitter tears; premature deaths deleted from your family, Psalm 91:16) and of Friday ("no plane crash will touch you"). His mother died at 51, four younger siblings before 40, and his late wife at 41. Since joining Streams of Joy he wakes at 3 a.m. to pray.
Words of knowledge / healing declarations
- Arrows of asthma reversed; someone moving from one sickness to another.
- A mother who suddenly became mentally ill ("mentalistic").
- An area of life that was fruitful and suddenly became dry.

- A tumour seen in the intestine.
- Singles with repeated marital disappointment: thrones restored.
- Someone with one leg in the new season and one in the old, who goes back to square one at every transition.
- Parents with children studying abroad: no child brought home dead; any bad group will reject the child.
- Generational patterns of mistakes broken; a picture turned to face the sand for a diabolical purpose reversed.
- Someone who used to see things before they happened and lost it: the gift restored.
- Premature ovarian failure; bleeding from the eyes with no wound; repeated immigration rejection.
- "Nobody will use your life to balance a satanic transaction."
- Service 4: breast cancer; a siege over the male members of a father's house; swelling of both legs; stones in the gallbladder; scoliosis; someone rusticated from school for something they did not do; blacking out for about five minutes at a time.
- Business and career prophecy: customers, clients and favour from other nations; doors of nations opening; "20 years in one day"; "rule in the marketplace"; "the season of hanging prophecies is over".
NSPPD this week: Forceful Throne Room Verdict
- Five days of "Forceful Throne Room Verdict: They Will Say Yes" on NSPPD. Also described as fire for fire, restoration by force, thrones and crowns, reign of abundance, "verdict must change", "I will be remembered", "Mordecai must be honoured", "Esther must be crowned". Main thrust: divine alignment.
- Bring seven prophetic verdicts for on one sheet and seven verdicts against on another. Be specific. Supporting scriptures for and against will be released on the altar.
- This is the week of the 15 minutes prophetic dance, starting tomorrow (Monday). Any time of day: play music, put what you do not want under your feet, hold what you want in your hand, then say "Thank you Jesus".

Offering
- Each service took offerings, tithes and partnership as a wave offering: no loss for tithers, the devourer rebuked. In Service 1: "God is restoring what you lost." In Service 2 a special prayer over businesses and careers: "the days of smallness are over... we place it on the mountain".
Father's Day
- Every service saluted the fathers and men ("thank you for carrying the burden... for provision, protection, integrity"); the women were told to clap and say "Happy Father's Day".
Guests and locations
- Pastor Ola, introduced as chairman of the EFCC, was recognised in the fourth service as a regular worshipper.
- First timers and new members were welcomed and asked to fill in the ushers' forms.
- Visitors from outside Nigeria were prayed for: Belgium, the UK (Bristol, London, Streams of Joy London), the US, Canada, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Norway. "NSPPD is coming to Sierra Leone this year."
- A guest minister or artist (caption "sensational Bidel", name uncertain) will be back for Men's Day.
Important message
- The new has already come. The old expired last night. If any man is in Christ, old things have passed away. Do not wear the garment of the old into a new season, and do not carry the old you into it.
- God made it happen in you; now use it to make things happen for you. On this side of eternity he routes his work through people, as with Gideon. He gave you power and put the word in your mouth, so do not keep quiet before a mountain.
- Wake up. The light shone while Peter slept. Many have entered the new still asleep, thinking sick after healing and still missing what was restored. "I am awake... I am not a slave to sin."
- God will not bring you out naked. The delay in the prison was for sandals and a garment, for patience and character. What others call your prison is your school of destiny; when you come out you will come forth as gold.
- Do not show up at your transition gate powerless. Every gate has keepers; they did not stop Peter because a superior power was moving. Ask who you are following. Guard your own gates: not everyone who knocks, smiles or offers help should be let in, or death enters.
- Three helpers at three seasons: God opening doors by himself, your own God-given capacity and wisdom to find your way, and a person (a Rhoda) who recognises your voice at the gate.
- Kingdom disciplines for people in the new (Acts 3): connection (Peter and John, not Peter and Judas; delete what drains you), transfer (you carry something to pass on to children and workplaces), manifestation (the lame man was the platform; the problem is how God shows you off), laser focus (the world focuses on what you focus on), wonder (keep a fresh layer people cannot predict), results (be a result giver, not a talker) and audacity (Elijah, Jehu).
- Do not think like where you are. The prodigal was in a pig pen thinking of his father's house, and his thoughts carried him there. You are not what happened to you; you are what you are thinking.
- Rejection can mean you are bigger. No one gave him the husks because he was not a pig; if he had eaten them he might not have remembered home. Whatever fits cannot be forced.
- The protocol of the Father's house: "Thou art ever with me" comes before "all that I have is thine". The robe and ring were already there. Mercy shown outside is an invitation to come inside where the party is.
- Know your season. A fig tree starts fruiting in its third year, the year the owner wanted it cut down. Many quit prayer, church or service right before the answer. Like Issachar, ask which season you are in.
- Dig deep. The new season will not answer to cosmetic prayer or impressive English. You are a fig among vines with aggressive roots, so you need nutrients from outside, and God can turn even "dung", what looks like the end, into the beginning of life for your fig.
