AND THE LORD REVERSED IT, MADE ME LAUGH AND MADE A NAME FOR HIMSELF 3

Day 3 of the series "And the Lord reversed it, made me laugh and made a name for Himself" opens after worship ("what You cannot do does not exist") with Pastor Jerry recounting two wonders from three weeks earlier. During the 7am prayers he had a word that someone was beside a dead woman and should turn up the phone volume and place it beside her. The mother had been confirmed clinically dead hours before; when the prayer ended nothing happened and the daughter felt God had disappointed them, but five minutes later the mother came back to life. In the second, a woman's husband had brain cancer surgery and the doctor said he would be unconscious for six months and might never walk. She answered, "What God cannot do does not exist," went to the ICU a few hours later, called his name and he opened his eyes; when staff removed the window to get the stretcher out, he stood up on his feet. "We are in a season of a revival of the strange acts of God."

The prayer of the day was a cry for mercy: "O Lord, show me mercy." He led the altar to come boldly to the throne of grace, to trust in God's mercy and "see His salvation", to cry out to Jesus like Bartimaeus even when sickness, affliction and circumstances say "shut up", and to say with Mary and Martha, "Lord, come and see." The declarations ran through "Your mercies are new every morning, I will not stay in the old", "I am Your vessel of mercy, make known the riches of Your glory" and "let there be a turnaround", with prayer for those in the ICU, those with terminal disease, women waiting for a child, and anyone stuck in a tight corner.

The ministry block was a long run of words of knowledge, each ending "let it be reversed" and "if you are the one, put it on the live stream, the devil is a liar". Then came a mercy declaration over the congregation on their knees, with their requests beside their device: weeping days over, the Egyptians you saw you will see no more, a new name, "you are the one the Lord has shown great mercy". A thanksgiving seed was released under the declaration "instant mercy intervention".

Testimonies followed: achalasia healed in the UK, HIV reversed after two years of communion as "daily drugs", 24 years of seizures ending after a church member prayed, and two decades of diabetes, hypertension and heart failure healed through a word of knowledge on 16 July 2024. Pastor Jerry drew out the lessons: the diabetic woman is the woman with the issue of blood who suffered many things of many physicians, and the man who prayed for his friend shows that "warriors are rising". Salvation call, three communions, the testimony line, the Zambia conference and the announcement for tomorrow closed the service, with thanks from the pastors and Psalm 91 declared standing.

• Mrs Ad Abdan (name uncertain): HIV positive for years while her husband was negative; fed her test strips communion, stopped her drugs two years ago and used communion as "daily drugs", joined the fast and the mercy prayers, sowed a seed; her self test on a Wednesday and a lab test on the Friday came back HIV negative. "I am not a spectator anymore, I am a carrier."
• Fei on behalf of Keith (church member): Keith had seizures from age 19 to 43, almost daily. Fei, encouraged by Pastor Jerry's word that "my faith is enough to carry you, go and minister", prayed with him around September 2024; no seizures for months since. Keith confirmed on video.
• Woman with diabetes and heart failure: diagnosed in 2004 at 29 while preparing for fibroid surgery; diabetic coma and six months fighting for life at FMC in 2014; insulin injections, hypertension drugs, congestive cardiac failure and arthritis, oedema and obesity from side effects. Joined NSPPD in June 2024; on 16 July, 45 minutes into the prayer, the word for diabetes and high blood pressure came. She has not taken the drugs since; BP from 180-200/100 to 130/80 mmHg, sugar from 250-340 mg/dL to normal or below.
