AND THE LORD REVERSED IT

The Sunday live carries all four services of Streams of Joy Abuja on the last Sunday of February 2025, under the theme "And the Lord reversed it". Each service opens with praise ("Here comes the glory of the Lord", "He is turning it around", "There will be joy in the heavens on my account", "God is turning it"), a prophetic declaration over each day of the coming week, and a long burst of warfare prayer in which Pastor Jerry has the church shout "Reverse by fire" over delay, affliction, iron houses, marine and ancestral attack, familiar patterns, evil coverings and untimely death. In his words: "The delay is over, it has been reversed. The shame is over, it has been reversed."

He preaches a different passage in each service. In the first, from the Gadarene demoniac (Luke 8), he starts from the end of the story: the delivered man was found seated at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind. Sitting at His feet is learning, and the devil fears your next revelation; being clothed is a new identity, so stop naming yourself by what was done to you ("I may have failed but I am not a failure"); and a right mind will not keep living among the tombs. He explains "Legion" as a Roman formation of about 5,000 with a shielded cavalry, an intelligence cohort that gathers data on your habits, and units that arrive one after another, so a believer must break the pattern the enemy is used to and finish every fight. In the second service, from Elijah and Jezebel (1 Kings 19), the point is that Jezebel sent a messenger instead of coming herself: the devil sends fear so you will agree with it, so the church shouts "I will not agree". Elijah then walked into the wilderness on his own, so "I will not cooperate with the devil against myself". Heaven had to feed him twice; he says not to sleep on divine encounters, and to beware the "cave", a system of confinement that follows the battle to stay alive.

In the third service, from Athaliah and Joash (2 Kings 11), the royal seed was destroyed, but one child was hidden in the house of the Lord for six years. Something in you did not die: your faith, your prayer life, the life of God within you, and from it a mighty miracle will arise. Athaliah thought she was in charge while the true king was being prepared. "In the seventh year" Jehoiada called the captains; Pastor Jerry teaches that the believer's "seventh year" is the Jesus moment, complete in Him, and that when the seventh year comes without perfection you switch to warfare. Athaliah was slain because she crossed the ranges, so he draws a line in the spirit around marriages, children and advancement. He says openly that this message was not the one he had prepared. In the fourth service, from the pool of Bethesda (John 5), he asks searching questions: What are you waiting for (a stirred pool, or Jesus showing up "without drama")? Will you be made whole (healed, and everything that went wrong because of the sickness restored)? What is your posture (Lazarus at the gate with open sores, Job's thanksgiving, blind Bartimaeus shouting louder, the woman with the alabaster box)? Where is the God factor when men have decided? Along the way he tells of his own "demonic shyness" from a poor background and how he proposed to his wife at university.

Testimonies run through the second, third and fourth services: a woman given a visa-sponsored job at a top e-commerce company 59 minutes after her interview, a Tanzanian scholar and her asthmatic daughter, two kidnap victims released, a medical lab scientist heading to the US, a 44-year-old son healed of 26 years of mental illness, a breast lump that vanished, a dead driver who sneezed back to life within 15 minutes, a first baby boy after a family curse, an electrocuted husband who revived, and a VP-level global job. Pastor Jerry also tells of the flight home after the NSPPD prayer conference in Lagos: his spirit did not accept the pilot, he prayed the whole way, the plane landed hard and burst all its tyres, and everyone walked out unhurt. Each service ends with offering, the week's fast and announcements, a welcome for first-timers and new members, the Psalm 91 declaration, and "walk up to 14 persons and shout: it has been reversed". In the fourth service foreign visitors (Kenya, Uganda, USA, UK) are prayed for, and Pastor Philip Olak (spelling uncertain) of Supernatural Life Church is recognised.

Testimonies played / recapped

Second service

• Jasmine Johnson (name from caption): joined in 2022, moved to the UK to study in 2023, got part-time work at once. Wrote down a well-paying, fulfilling, visa-sponsored job before graduation and an excellent 2024 graduation. Rejected by the US branch of a top global e-commerce company and 30+ others; then a recruiter from that company told her she was at the final stage of a job she never applied for. Her rota left her free on 4 December; on 3 December Pastor Jerry said "December will bring a completion". 59 minutes after the interview she was offered the job, with sponsored visa and paid relocation. She used her graduate-visa savings to fly in and testify.
• Maria from Tanzania (name uncertain): during lockdown she left her master's unfinished; a friend sent the NSPPD link in 2021, she printed a graduation gown and graduated in 2021. Rejected for a scholars' paper presentation in 2023, accepted in 2024 (a global human rights programme across eight African universities, theme climate and justice); the only one from Tanzania, paper presented in Abuja. Her asthmatic daughter, having a severe night attack, was prayed for by phone and has not used an inhaler or had an attack since; nosebleeds declared stopped. Peace replaced a heavy foreboding on a trip to Ghana in 2023.
• Kidnapping in Abuja family: on Saturday 15 February her twin sister's husband and his cousin were kidnapped on the road to the village; kidnappers made demands and tortured them, while the wife answered only "Arroi". The family came to NSPPD live; Pastor Jerry declared "the Lord has blocked it", "the sighing of the prisoner has come before You, preserve those that are appointed to die", "the knife on the neck of your loved one has been dropped", "in three days you will hear the testimony". Before three days the men were released and came home beaten but alive.
• Pastor Jerry's flight after the Lagos conference: all the tyres burst on landing, nobody hurt: "nothing missing, nothing broken".

Third service (named as coming: Rufina, Blessing, John Bosco, a Dr, and Nimi)

• Health worker (medical lab scientist): career setbacks since graduating in 2015; after the NSPPD third anniversary prayers (March 2023) an agency sponsored her US process; got the CGFNS certificate on 15 October; a recruiter found her on LinkedIn though they "don't recruit from Africa"; told she failed the interview, then on 12 December, after a word of restoration, offered the job. US visa approved and issued; collecting her passport tomorrow.
• Businesswoman from Enugu: in 2022 dreamt she lost her business and that her father's fate would be hers; heard mocking voices and developed a diamond-shaped mark on her forehead. Joined NSPPD around September 2023: six years of migraine stopped, the mark cleared through repeated deliverance. Made Streams of Joy her church in May; her shops grew from five to fifteen; her father attended the Lagos prayer conference.
• Young man: joined in 2023 through a friend; bound by pornography and masturbation from 2010 to 2023; raised his hand at every altar call and one day simply hated it. In a dream Pastor Jerry pointed him to Psalm 121 and the demonic thing blocking a door was gone. Now bold to preach to the friends he sinned with.
• Dr Ma... (name unclear), 75, obstetrician and gynaecologist who helped start the National Hospital Abuja: her fourth son, 44, was mentally ill for 26 years and had to be chained. On 17 March 2024, worshipping with NSPPD in Houston, she heard a word about a young man mentally ill for 26 years and claimed it; he has since been well. A relapse threatened from 24 January (she was given Nahum 1); two weeks ago he could not speak; she flew in and found him healed: "Mama, I have been dead but I am now alive." Pastor Jerry: "I even said to myself that might be an exaggeration. It was God that specific."
• UK social worker (previously testified in 2022 of healing from a tremor): suspended over a safeguarding allegation from July; held the word "all-round settlement", sprinkled communion on the manager's name; the director apologised and she was paid in full. Defrauded by someone using her account, she won a grant (one of 50 applicants) that cleared almost all her debts. Her 31-year-old son who hated his parents reconciled after a November word. Her nephew was kidnapped last Saturday while fencing her land, with a 30 million naira demand; after Tuesday's word "a knife on a boy's neck is taken away" he was released and given 1,000 naira for transport.

Fourth service

• Florence P..., Liberia: nine years of stagnation at work. In June 2024 (around 18 and 21 June) she saw a bright light in prayer that Pastor Jerry then described, and heard him count "six steps ahead of where you are". She was promoted six steps and is now Director of Motor Insurance, Republic of Liberia.
• Woman relocated to Abuja (name unclear): a breast lump found in September in Port Harcourt. On day two of the fast she bought communion and felt led to take a stone from the church doorway, soak it and bathe with that water for seven days; on the eighth day the lump moved and was gone. A hospital scan in Abuja (Asokoro, uncertain) on Friday was normal. Also, on 29 October, her first week on the altar (word: "you will not receive any wrong call"), the dead body of her boss's driver, covered in flies, was dumped at the gate; she refused it in prayer and within 15 minutes he sneezed and opened his eyes.
• Male child siege broken: a relative told her father he would never hear a male child cry; her mother lost every boy. Her elder sister, married since 2014 to an only son, had two daughters then miscarriages and stopped conceiving. In May 2024 she danced "dressed like your testimony" as a pregnant woman; after a communion word in late May ("you're pregnant") she conceived in June. Through attacks and a fall she held "what you are afraid of will not happen"; on 1 January Pastor Jerry said "you will name that evidence". On 29 January 2025 a baby boy was born, named Nathan.
• Electrocuted husband: on 17 November 2022 her husband, in the ice-block business, was electrocuted and declared dead; she stood barefoot and screamed "What God cannot bring back to life does not exist", and he revived. He later said he heard her voice and told his captors "my lioness is here". His new poultry feed business nearly collapsed in January; after the word "beginning mercy, process mercy, end mercy" a supplier called the same day and gave 900 units where he asked for 700.
• Visitor from the UK: nearly fainted on landing in Abuja that morning and refused hospital so she could testify. A temporary six-month job (ending this February) carried her after she left a toxic job; she held "global visibility" and wrote down the role and salary. She got a permanent VP-level global role covering Europe and Asia, salary above what she wrote.
• Robbery on the road from Benue: returning early from a burial, her bus was stopped at night near Makurdi (caption "Mardi") by armed men who beat and robbed everyone and took some people into the bush. Lying on the ground praying "Arroi, the God who sees me, show me great mercy", she was not touched or robbed: "as if I was invisible."

Words of knowledge / healing declarations

• First service: three people in one family have died of kidney failure and two have kidney disease; let the two go for a check tomorrow, the advanced kidney disease is reversed. Spiritual gifts restored, eyes and ears opened. A family where whoever rises is cut down: seven mega celebrations this year. Someone is getting married before the end of April. A mega career or business door that will bring ten years. Female children dying in a family: reversed. "Your sister will not die." Instant healings: fractured bones, spine issues, enlarged hearts, kidney failure, tumours, cancers, open wounds. A being standing in front of you blocking favour, so people stop calling back: kicked out.
• Second service: whatever is making you afraid, before 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday let it become a mighty miracle.
• Third service: in four days, before Thursday morning, a mighty miracle out of "what did not die"; within two months what has never happened before. Reversal declared over blind eyes, dumb mouths, skin conditions, blood diseases, organ failure, hepatitis, HIV and cancer.
• Fourth service: the Lord calls you by a new name; within 72 hours a major evidence of divine reversal. Declarations over a likely hernia (caption "king of Heria"), unexplained bleeding, something crawling around the body, a spine problem affecting neck and shoulder, an eye surgery that "will not hold" (be reversed), a lingering smell of a burial, and an addiction on a child.

1. Jesus came to destroy every work of the devil. We are not fighting for victory but from victory; the devil only refuses to accept his defeat.
2. Your identity is not what happened to you. When asked his name the demoniac answered with his demons; every time you present what the enemy did as who you are, you give him room to do more.
3. The enemy works like a Legion: shielded, gathering intelligence on your habits, coming wave after wave. Break the familiar pattern he knows, and finish the fight instead of stopping at the first win.
4. The devil sends messengers because he needs your agreement. Fear is Jezebel's message; refuse to agree, and refuse to cooperate with the devil against yourself by walking into your own wilderness.
5. When heaven feeds you, rise and move: the journey is too great. Do not sleep on divine encounters, and do not settle in the cave of confinement after surviving the battle.
6. Something in you did not die: the life of God, your faith, your prayer, your passion. Out of it God raises the king. Athaliah is not really in charge; you are being prepared.
7. In Christ your "seventh year" is now, the Jesus moment. When it comes without perfection, switch to warfare. A line has been drawn in the spirit that no Athaliah will cross.
8. Do not limit God to one way of working (the stirred pool). He can heal "without drama" and wants to make you whole: healing plus the reversal of everything the affliction destroyed.
9. Keep a posture of faith, not of pain: offer thanksgiving like Job, shout louder like Bartimaeus, and do not let others set your posture as they tried with the woman with the alabaster box.
10. Ask "where is the God factor?" when men have decided. A rejection or a failed interview is not final while God is alive.

• When you have prayed for yourself, pray reversal for your siblings, children, neighbours and colleagues.
• Do not hang around "dead things" or people who deaden your faith. When someone wrongs you, tell them, then let it go: "don't die on another person's beef".
• Turn what you are fed in service into a midnight prayer; do not eat the word and do nothing with it.
• Give your offering, tithe and partnership in Streams of Joy; support the church building project.
